We explained that a 3'x4' piece of plywood flew out of the back of a hauling truck on the Chesapeake Expressway and hit our front windshield on the passenger side and then flipped and sheared off our passenger side mirror. Even though we hadn't asked for a formal estimate, they went outside and took a look at our car and then started making calls to see if they could locate the parts. They went out of their way to help us. So, they replaced the windshield and the side mirror and they both look/work great. We couldn't be happier with the quality of service that we received.
