I was given a 15 day "rejection" sticker and a quote for about $430 that it was going to cost to fix. I was told that many other vehicles failed for the same thing that day (weird) and that I must not drive it that much for this to happen. Apparently driving 8hrs, one way, to visit family in upstate NY about once a month isn't driving it enough. I'm a single mom and I work my ass off for what I can afford. I understand car issues come up, but seriously. I've never had a vehicle fail an inspection before...and for something so odd. I was told by a coworker to bring it to Coop's and I'm beyond grateful that I did. They were happy to help and take a look. I was extremely relieved when they told me it was getting a sticker put on and my brakes appear to look almost new. I was so happy I wanted to cry. I can never thank you enough, to all the staff at Coop's!! I'm never bringing my vehicle to anyone else!

That's absolutely ridiculous, and they're fully aware of it. Needless to say, neither I nor anyone I know will be going there for any kind of service. Extremely disappointed with the repair experience at Crash Champions Stafford. I was notified that…read moremy vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived the repairs were clearly incomplete and not up to acceptable standards. The front bumper was visibly misaligned, the front right fender was misaligned, a screw/fastener was missing under the hood, and the headlights were improperly aligned with the bumper. The front right headlight is also physically damaged/broken in the corner and still has not been replaced. To make matters worse, the newly replaced front bumper itself is cracked/defective, which is completely unacceptable for a vehicle that was supposedly ready for delivery. When I pointed these issues out, I was told that 'sometimes new parts come with defects.' That is not an acceptable response. Defective parts should be replaced before a customer is asked to pick up their vehicle. I refused delivery of the vehicle because it was not restored to pre-accident condition. There were also delays and poor communication regarding the repair timeline and paperwork, and I even received an automated email incorrectly stating that I had already picked up my vehicle when the shop still has possession of it. I expect Crash Champions to fully correct all alignment issues, replace the cracked bumper and damaged front right headlight, reinstall all missing hardware properly, and complete the repairs to professional standards before considering this repair complete. Over the last year+ I have noticed condensation on the inside of my windshield, but I had no idea why. Finally, I got the answer. I opened the vehicle to see a two-inch puddle of water on the driver's floorboard. I traced the leave to a faulty windshield install. you could actually push the glass out from the inside. I had to buy a special tool to remove the driver's seat so I could pull up the carpet. I had fans blowing on the wet jute automobile padding for 4 days. I called and notified ASAP and they asked me to bring it in. I pulled up when they opened and the store manager informed me that it was not his windshield. Let me tell you, when you pay just less than $1000 to replace a windshield you certainly remember who installed it. It was actually the same manager, because like I said when you drop that kind of money on a windshield you remember the players. We actually stopped using ASAP last year before I had this issue with my Lincoln for our work trucks (I have 40 work vehicles) because they continued to make several mistakes replacing work truck windshields. I had my Lincoln fixed today by another company.
