I brought the car in for a sunroof repair and they damaged my front windshield and the electronic panel in the car (could not connect to GPS and/or radio) and had to pay for three extra days on the rental car. This company has cost me $2545.19 for a new electrical panel and three extra days in the rental car about $83.00 and new tint on the windshield for $250. read more

I was excited about Head Over Wheels. I've been the only owner of a car that I'm very fond of, and when it was damaged, I took my time to sift through the big repair companies and the companies that did custom and specialized work. I wanted to take my car to a company that treated my Toyota 86 like it was their own. Brandon assured me that his company would be that company. I was so taken, that I decided to work with the company and change my color altogether, which doubled the price. I was gravely disappointed. After the initial paint job, I inspected the car to find swirls in the paint, my window tints & decals scratched, and other areas of the car just barely glazed over and chipping. I was assured that my entire car would be taken apart so that the original color would be a ghost from the past. My trunk looked as if someone spray painted it, as well as other areas. Brandon told me to wait about a month or two for the top coat to settle, and the swirls would disappear. This didn't happen. My back window was also scratched in the original damage and had to be replaced. The company forgot about this, and I had to coordinate this way after the fact. Brandon assured me that it would all be taken care of. I took the car back and a month later it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, it actually wasn't ready and I waited about half an hour for it to be cleaned. What truly was the nail in the coffin for me is that my entire car (excluding the windshield) was tinted. Once my window was replaced, I mentioned the replacement tinting to Brandon. He took it to a third party that applied tinting with a block excluded, which looked silly to me. I wanted what I originally had, after all, that is what insurance pays for. When I brought this to Brandon's attention, he contacted the third party. They told him that they made the executive decision to apply tinting that would pass state inspection, and that what I had would not. This refers to the 5% tints that I have, not the block of window they left untinted. They actually did replace it with 5% tint, and lied about it. Either way, if I have 5% tint, I don't need any extra help passing inspection. It is your job to confer with the customer so that they have exactly what they had before. Now I'm riding around with a goofy window tint that I have to replace myself, and two companies I won't do business with again. Brandon told me that the tinting wasn't in the original estimate and that he was going above and beyond to replace it himself. If a tinted window needs to be replaced and you put the window in the estimate but not the tint, find the integrity to own your mistake and display attention to detail next time. He stopped responding to me after I told him this. I got called young lady a lot, and it was hard for me to decipher between a term of endearment or sexism. My license plates display the seal of the US Army, though, so I'd rather you didn't either way. The funny thing is, I originally planned to do a lot of customization with the business before this happened and Brandon seemed excited. The windshield on my vehicle shattered when struck by a large goose. Glass shards were all over the interior of the car. Head Over Wheels is a preferred body shop, used by my insurance company, so I was skeptical. Brandon was wonderful. He worked with us to have our vehicle completed by the time we went on vacation. The damage to my vehicle was pretty extensive, but their attention to detail was, in a word, impressive. Dents repaired, windshield replaced, glasses shards gone.
