As a single person in the city with little vehicle knowledge, getting car work done is always…read moresomething I always dread. So when a maintenance light came on in my car, I was not looking forward to going into a shop. My friend who has worked in auto shops recommended Edward's which is why I visited them today and I'm glad I did. The waiting room doesn't have a lot of fluff & it's a smaller operation but they do a good job. It took a while for my vehicle to get looked at because I didn't have an appointment, but that's on me. When they did look at my sedan, they were honest about what needed to be done & even offered to top off my oil for me. The staff were all kind & friendly as well. A very good experience, I will trust them with my car again.

Jayla from Soot Happens Towing was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond by contacting Tesla herself and changing the service from a tow to a loaner wheel, which allowed me to continue my trip instead of being stuck. The technician who came out was just as great--professional, kind, and efficient. He changed the tire quickly and even stayed to watch traffic behind me, making sure I merged safely back onto the highway before leaving. I'm truly grateful for their help during a stressful situation. Highly recommend Soot Happens Towing for their professionalism and genuine care for their customers.

This company has no respect for human life. My father, who has never received a single traffic…read moreticket in his life, was in severe pain from a tooth infection and had a swollen face. In distress and barely thinking clearly, he parked in a fire lane for just a few hours. We fully understand that it was against the law -- but his prescribed pain medication was inside the car when it was towed. I called and politely explained the situation, told them it was a medical emergency, and that he needed to take his medicine every 6 hours. Their response was cold and careless. After hours of pleading, I was told someone would get back to me -- but no one ever did. By 12:30 AM, there was still no call, no help, and my dad was left suffering all night. I even texted -- my message was read, but no one replied. By morning, after my dad had endured the entire night in pain and without sleep, I called again and was told we could retrieve the car. When my mom arrived, things got even worse. There wasn't even an office -- just a girl who came outside and asked for her ID. When my mom explained that her husband hadn't slept all night because his medication was locked in the car, the girl looked her straight in the face and said, "I don't care." That was her exact response -- no empathy, no professionalism, no basic human decency. To make matters worse, the car had scratch almond size that weren't there before, and they took no responsibility, even after my mom pointed it out right there. Just like they strictly enforce their towing policies and claim on their website to be open 24 hours, I wish they showed the same urgency when someone is in crisis. A car is like a person's home -- people often have essential items inside. What if someone died not having access to what they need? What if someone had to sleep outside because their house keys were inside? What if someone with a disability was left stranded without their medical device? This company is run by people with zero compassion, no professionalism, and no sense of decency. What we experienced wasn't just bad service -- it was cruel, cold, and heartless. If you care at all about being treated like a human being, stay far away from this place.

I called, they were understanding to my situation, kind, and someone was out within 30 mins! We had more issues than expected with the car and the young man that came out was so kind and he assured me that there wasn't a need to worry because he could take care of it! Wow... he picked up, transported, and delivered the car with such care! The price was affordable and I was very happy about that! The icing on the cake was the fact that after everything was done and the car was delivered, I got a call to ask me if everything went well. That is what customer service looks like!! I called up Philip and we arranged a time for him to come take a look at the whip. We looked over the car and setup a time. It was a lovely autumn day (November 15th for those keeping score) Philip and his wife Jessica worked NON STOP from 11:00am till 4:00pm in the afternoon. These two work like some well-oiled German machine! I swear they never took a break. They earned it too. My poor car was a wreck. My paint was so contaminated I think it destroyed an entire Clay-bar. All those things listed get performed to the letter. I was amazed. I've run a Shop-vac on my floor mats and I can never get them as clean as they do. I have cats and not a single hair could be found. I'm not kidding, not ONE cat hair in that entire car. I think I was most amazed at how well the dashboard and interior were cleaned. It just shined like it never has before. Whatever stuff they use is top tier. It still feels fantastic at the time of this writing. Now for the bad news. After the work is done, you see the nightmare that has become your paint job. I purchased my car used, and with it not being garaged, the elements have taken their toll. My paint unfortunately suffered permanent damage and nothing can be done to fix it. This has absolutely nothing to do with the work performed. It's simply a sad truth you might have to face. Think of someone with tons of makeup caked on. Layers of foundation poured on, powders, blush, all that girly stuff. Now remove all that crap and behold all the blemishes. It's a lot like that. Still, with the onset of Winter I'm glad I got this done. It has a killer SEALENT now and I hope that will help Kelly survive another harsh Virginia winter. Last little side note. After the detailing I posted a pic on my Instagram and my 12 year old son thought I purchased a new car. That's how amazing their work is. The before and after pics were so polarizing my son thought it was a brand new car.
