Owner is exceptional in communication and estimate in updates of project and completion status as well as start dates. Only criticism was on pricing - expectations were ~$800 for the effort, but cost ran over $1400. That did include 180 in unforeseen repairs. But still...I could have received brand new hand rail/railing for 2K. I don't yet know the integrity of the workmanship - A few places flecked off small pieces of coating while fastening the rail to the porch - I'll add a calking to avoid rusting.

Since found liable, they have refused to pay the awarded amount and have ignored any correspondence from me to collect. Highly dishonest, negligent, and no accountability. They caused over $2,000 dollars of damage while doing a bearing replacement and denied responsibility. I am not even that mad at the damage. But the unprofessionalism and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable.
