Carlos and Team Are Exceptional We first hired Carlos in 2014 to replace our carpets with new flooring, and his work held up beautifully. A decade later, we reached out again during a flooring emergency--and he responded immediately and helped us resolve the issue without charging us. This reminded us why we trusted him in the first place. That reconnection led to hiring him for a guest bathroom remodel, and we couldn't be happier. Carlos is knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly organized and has a great team. He guided us through every step--from materials to inspections--and his pricing was fair and communication flawless. After a rough experience with a big-name contractor, working with Carlos was a breath of fresh air. We've already recommended him to friends and neighbors, and we'll be hiring him again for our next project. Highly recommend!

Carlos and his team renovated our Master Bathroom. Their work was impeccable. Carlos has done a couple of projects at our home in the past, so we knew his work was top notch, but he and his team raised the bar on this project. From complete demo of the old shower, tub and flooring, to the finished product, Carlos and his team exceeded our expectations! My wife loves our new master bathroom, or as she calls it, her "personal spa."

Our wood floors are beautiful thanks to the high quality work by Carlos and and his crew. What you can expect: 1. Excellent communicator as well as easy be around 2. Helps you figure things out so you can move forward confidently 3. Pleasant, positive, professional attitude 4. Keeps his word 5. Thorough in cleaning up each day 6. Pride in his craftsmanship 7. Effective leadership of his crew The Project: We needed our 1953 oak floors sanded, repaired, and then refinished. We added new wood flooring to two rooms, which he matched to the original. We also needed crown and base. If you want an efficient, honest, reliable craftsman, Carlos is your man.

Our refrigerator had been leaking for months, unbeknownst to us, until we noticed water in our Garage. When I moved the Fridge, our wood floor was completely destroyed, along with the bottom position of the drywall. Found Carlos on Yelp, sent him a picture, and he came to our house that day at no charge. Carlos and the team arrived, and we were quoted a price knowing that the wood match would be challenging. Five days later, at a great price, the floor, drywall, and baseboards were repaired, and we could not tell the difference in the new wood planks. We highly recommend this company for its professionalism and work ethic for any of your flooring needs.

5 stars all the way across the board !! Carlos and his team were amazing and very professional. From the beginning Carlos was always professional and he always responded to our calls in a timely manner. Everyday Carlos would show up early and his team was always ready to work. He brought our floors to life and we couldn't be more happier. We trusted him to upgrade our baseboards and they came out so perfect. Carlos gave us a specific turnaround time and he delivered. Don't hesitate to give Inter Urban Flooring a call... they will get the job done :)

We recently hired Carlos to put in a new floor. He worked with a partner and they both did a wonderful job. They were nice, fast, and paid close attention to every small detail. We were so happy with the outcome and the experience. We hired them again to paint a bedroom with a high ceiling. We were extremely happy with the results again. They are really professional and have skills and good equipment. They also clean everything after they are done. It's vacuumed and wiped down so carefully that you can barely tell anyone worked at all except for the bright and shiny walls and floor. They even removed a stain from my sliding glass door. I'm trying to learn to do some things myself and he answered some questions and even offered some pointers. He has a good heart and we will definitely be hiring his business again in the future.

I can't speak highly enough about Carlos and his team. I hired them to do hard flooring in my upstairs and they were great at letting me know options (ultimately I selected vinyl) and quickly providing pricing. Pricing was reasonable so I proceeded with the work and originally was told that it could take two weeks to coordinate painting and floors. I was pleasantly shocked when they were done over a week ahead of schedule and as the photos show their work was great. I originally just hired them for flooring but on the walk through I mentioned wanting to paint so Carlos recommended his brother who does painting. They coordinated everything seamlessly and overall I'm thrilled with the product. They keep you abreast of major updates as they work and I'd highly recommend them.

Carlos and his crew are the best. My husband was unable to completely install our flooring so we needed someone ASAP. Carlos came to give us an estimate. He was very friendly and professional. He gave great suggestions for laying the floor we hadn't thought of and gave us an estimate on the spot. It was very fair so we went him based on it and his reviews. I'm so glad we did. Carlos and his crew always wear their masks if that is a concern for you. They do beautiful work and are so fast. My only regret is not going with them sooner.

Carlos and his team were kind, professional, and masters at their craft. We hired them to upgrade our flooring from carpet to laminate floors. Our only regret is not having them do it sooner! We are so happy with the end result and highly recommend this company! Reasonably priced, and quality work. Could not have asked for a better experience!

When you hire a person for a job, you hope they are honest, you hope they are reliable, you hope they are efficient, and honestly you expect the worst and hope for the best. Let me tell you, Carlos is all you hope for and then some. This man is the ideal contractor, and honestly just a good person. It's very refreshing to know there are still reliable contractors and good people out there. Honest pricing, on time every day, checks in with you everyday, very detail oriented, multi day project and cleans up every single day, he truly cares about you and your satisfaction. This man and his team are truly a blessing. I would hire this man over any other team.

Carlos and Edin and there team are very very very great being a new homeowner in the Rosemond area I was skeptical trying to find a trustworthy contractor to help me upgrade my new property he came out gave me an estimate provided me with options from the beginning I felt like Carlos and Edin and his company were the right ones highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a quality work at a fair rate these are the guys my new go to home improvement company thanks carlos and Edin

If I could give more then 5 stars, I would. Carlos and his team were awesome. I've had fast contractors and good contractors but rarely do you get both. Carlos was both and at a very good price too. He and his team tore out my old tile and installed new LVP and baseboards in 2.5 days. A few months later everything is still perfect. The team wore masks (omicron back then) and was fast and cleaned up all the mess. All I had to do was pick the LVP and baseboards and pay. TBH, we did paint the baseboards for him. If you want an A+ pro job at a great price, go with Inter Urban. We almost went with Home Depot but they missed up the bid and schedule. That was the best mistake I've ever had.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job refinishing my original 1950's Douglas fir floors. The floors were originally very beat up and Carlos and I were not sure they were salvageable. He was very transparent and suggested a game plan to proceed with caution and stages to opt out if it didn't look promising. The team was friendly, courteous, and cleaned up every day. Their workmanship was fantastic and faster than I expected. They were really a joy to work with. Carlos was very communicative throughout the whole process and didn't mind when I hung around and pestered them with questions. They were also very accommodating to my my experimenting with stains to find just the right formula. My friend couldn't believe they were the same floors- she thought I had not been able to salvage the old wood and installed new flooring. Nope! It was all Carlos and team. Thanks a million!
