Recently, Intelliguard installed my home alarm system and I would have to say that it was by far one of the BEST experiences ever working with a service company! From the very beginning, my experience was amazing. I had been shopping around for a new home security company and by chance, Intelliguard was highly recommended to me. My number was passed on and just a few day later I received a telephone call from Sarge. He was extremely detailed when telling me about all his company had to offer and kindly worked with me to build a quote for a security system that would best fit my needs and one to accommodate my budget. I took a few days to look it over and was immediately sold! I called Sarge back and he went over the contract in great detail. The next day, Ramena (friendly & professional) contacted me to set up an appointment at my convenience. Installation day arrived and it went flawlessly!!! He was very knowledgeable about his services and products. Not once did I feel as if I was just being sold another senseless alarm system. I felt as though both gentlemen sincerely cared for my safety. Words can not truly express how friendly and patient they both were (I'm an extremely picky individual). Both Sarge and Nerary were such a positive reflection of this company. They were extremely courteous, technically proficient and above all wanted to make sure I knew how to operate the equipment and online app before they departed. Sarge took a great amount of time to explain everything to me. Their quality of workmanship was superb, as well as the time frame in which it was done. They were neat and left all work areas clean. I developed a lot of respect for the work of these two employees and would like to address their unusual performance (meaning it's so rare these days to actually find companies who offer outstanding customer service) and professionalism in all aspects of the job. A few days after installation, Ramena sent me a friendly email to check and make sure things were operating appropriately and also to see if I had any questions or concerns. I had one minor concern regarding the placement of my wifi camera and she immediately responded and helped me get it solved. I have been very satisfied with this alarm system/company. It's easy to use and I love being able to keep an eye on my dogs and house when I'm away. Intelliguard has given me peace of mind at always feeling safe and secure. The most important part was that they took the time to educate me on proper coverage for doors, windows, and motion sensors. We were looking for a company that would install security cameras so we sent out for a quote to a number of local companies. Right away we got a response from Sarge at Intelliguard Security with a quote on exactly what we needed. He offered to come out the next day for a site visit. He was very professional , friendly and we set up a date for the installation. On the installation date they were on-time, called us before to let us know he was on his way, discussed there work plan with us and went right to work. They did every thing they could to make the installation as perfect as they could. They were very friendly and they would answer any question we had. This was a two day job and by the time they were finished, we were very impressed with the setup. The equipment they set up is state of the art and easily accessible from any device.
