I've been buying salvaged cars at this location for years already, I'm not a dealer but I know people who bid on the vehicles for me, prices for this wrecked vehicles are really expensive, I've been doing this for many years, all of my vehicles I ever owned had salvaged titles, I've years of experience as a body technician and now i work as an appraiser for body shops that have contracts with most of the mayor insurance companies here in California.
Making a long story short I've been having issues on the last two vehicles that I bought here , MISSING PARTS,I paid a lot of money for a vehicle two days ago and I went to pick it up vehicle today, guess what, car is missing the spare tire, both tail lamps, deck lid back up lamps, rear deck lid camera, and all the miscelaneaus clips , and bolts..
So on top of all the expensive additional charges that it was added to my bill , now I have to deal with extra expenses buying the missing parts.
I called and spoke to Robin the manager and she transferred my call to Andy who I believe is the lot foreman or manager. Andy was not available , left him a voice message and he never returned my phone call.
I know that we do tear-downs at the body shops for hidden damage estimates, but after a vehicle is declared a total loss we do put back all the removed parts inside the vehicles before the vehicle is removed from the shop parking lot, and also every tow truck driver always ask for the missing parts before removing the vehicle.
Someone at this locations is taking parts out of the vehicles , something not right is happening out there.and the consumer is paying the prices.I won't ever buy another vehicle from this places ever again. read more
