What stood out: - Dedicated Project Management: Adam was the driving force behind this project. He maintained constant, clear communication and managed the schedule at an impressive pace. If you need a project manager who is extremely dedicated, organized, and focused on delivering high-quality results on time for a large project, Adam is your person. He was incredibly responsive and always available to address our questions and provide advice. We also never felt like he was trying to milk money out of the project. We did end up adding a lot to our original project scope, and we appreciated how Adam and the team adapted to our constant changes. - All-in-One Convenience: The in-house design services were a huge benefit. Having a dedicated designer made the often-overwhelming material selection process feel like a breeze. Furthermore, the convenience of Inspired Builders handling ALL plans, architect and engineer consults, permits, paperwork, and inspectors was an absolute lifesaver--it made the entire experience stress-free. - High-Quality Results: The construction work itself was excellent. We had very few and minor correction requests and it was clear that they had a quality assurance system for maintaining quality on this project. In the end, we were so happy with the results that we immediately booked Inspired Builders for a second, smaller project. 2) Garage remodel & exterior paint - 4/5 We are ultimately satisfied with the results of our smaller project. However, the timeline surpassed the original estimate by over 1 month, and we needed to dedicate a high amount of time to monitoring the work and requesting fixes. We started our partial home remodel (approx. 1000 sq feet) by interviewing several contractors who refused to give us a firm quote because we needed an architect and a structural engineer to give them the numbers for removing a load bearing wall and a fireplace that was centrally located. However, we interviewed Eden with Inspired Builders (who was also our project manager) and he gave us a firm quote on the costs of this project. He patiently worked with us over the details of this project and even asked us what it would take to give Inspired Builders this job. We felt very comfortable and confident after talking to Eden and decided to move forward with Inspired Builders. We also looked at photos of their remodeled projects, talked to past customers who had similar work done on their remodel and visited a project that was currently in progress. Our architect/kitchen designer was Sivan who did a wonderful job bringing our vision to life on paper and adding in her own excellent ideas. We were pleased with the professional work done by both Sivan and the structural engineer. Our remodel included tearing down a load bearing wall, removing a double fireplace, popcorn ceilings, flooring (tile, linoleum and carpet), and all kitchen cabinets. There were some problems that popped up, but Eden and David and his team of electricians, plumbers and roofers worked diligently to come up with good solutions. Julio and his team did an amazing job painting, installing cabinets, flooring, tile and doors. In particular, Julio's team worked diligently to install "custom" bi-fold doors and handle a pesky plumbing issue. Communication with Eden was excellent as he always addressed any questions or concerns quickly as well assuring us that the problem would be addressed usually within 24 hours. My husband and I were pleased with our experience and results with Inspired Builders. This project was completed within the estimated time frame and on budget, even with the extra work and materials. I would like to mention that since completion of our remodel, my husband has been in our crawl space beneath our house to add some wiring, and he mentioned that the extra wires that were installed by Inspired were neatly wound up UNDER the house (where one might not normally be looking). If Inspired took the time to carefully handle this normally unseen and small detail, then we feel confident that Inspired handled the construction of our remodel with excellent care. read more

Great for home addition !! Great working with a company that provided an interior designer, architect, structural engineer and build of course ! It was easy to have clear communication with the whole team through the whole project. We received bids from 5 contractors for 800 sqft addition ( for new 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a bigger kitchen) and we chose Barak from inspired Builders because he seemed to best understand our needs/desires, and had numerous photos of recent work that put his finishing touches on display. Barak was also a little more clear as to the details of the final cost, our responsibility in the process, and what they had to offer. From the beginning: Barak is very involved in the process from providing the design, choosing the right fixtures, and conducting final inspections at each stage. He actually saved us quite a bit of money by pointing us in the right direction for certain fixtures and final touches. His passion and desire to do the right thing for the customer should not be confused as a "hard-sell". We selected Ben for our bathroom remodel and overall had a great experience. Ben was our project maker and right from getting quotes we found ourselves very comfortable working with him. During the whole project Ben, the contractor and his crew were very flexible and accommodating. He was very transparent and communicated all progress/expectation/issues very well. Ben helped us throughout the project even when selecting and shopping for finished materials like tiles, vanity, bath tub, light fixtures etc. They helped us get the permit in a few days and we started the job. They protected all surfaces that need to be protected. Workers came every weekday to do their job and clean up everyday day too! Sweeping the floor and keep all materials and tools well organized.
