I wrote an email to them before I made this review hoping they would respond but they've literally ignored me, I don't normally write reviews especially bad ones but.. It honestly saddens me to have to write this email because I've visited your salon before and had decent experiences. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. My husband and I came in and spent a significant amount for two pedicures and, for myself, a manicure with builder gel before our vacation. Unfortunately, the pedicures were not done well--we both left with our feet still feeling rough and not properly cared for. As for my manicure, the result looked nothing like the inspiration photos I provided. While I was unhappy, I tried to look past it at the time and told myself at least the shape was decent and it would be fine. Now, I am writing this on the fourth day of my vacation, and my nails are already lifting and coming off. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given the amount of money we spent and the fact that this was meant to last through our trip. absolutely disappointed. this picture is what i asked for, and this is what I got. I was told this simple design could be done and was even charged an extra $10 prior to starting my nails only to be told after that they didn't have that gold color. I was refunded $8 but that didn't make up for the travesty of what was done to my nails after. my nails were filed to different shapes, my cuticle bled, and there was polish all over my fingers and nails, my nails were scratched up and the tips were done so sloppy. No base coat was even added!! This is what i get for not paying two times more for no chip polish. The difference in inspo picture is such a tragedy. Will not be coming back and would never recommend this excuse for a business to anyone. Rude and condescending staff. read more

Good experience - toes look good! Everyone was nice and liked the vibe. The classic pedicure had a little massage of your feet/calves which was really relaxing. They were able to take myself and 2 others without a reservation - which was super convenient. The menu they gave us when we sat down was SO nice- east to read and understand what all was included. STAY AWAY. If I could give them minus 5 I would. I've gone there a few times without incident today it was the worst pedicure I've ever had from woman whose name i was told is Vicky. i couldn't understand a word she said. she cut my big nails so short it was hurting almost bleeding. I called the manager over she wasn't much help. my nails looked terrible at the end. when I told the manager it was a horrible experience she absolutely didn't care. I asked for the owners name she wouldn't give it to me. when I ask what they do when people aren't satisfied. She said there is absolutely nothing we can do. Wouldn't give me any kind of discount for hurting me. I told her she was loosing 2 customers she said "oh ok, but you owe $40". Slow service and poor communication. Lackluster customer service, would not recommend.

This was my to go to place until a few days ago I got a fill in and the next day a nail broke. I went in the very next day the tech there fixed the nail but with such aggressive attitude behind it. I told the tech that she was hurting me and her reply is it hot? I prayed to make it through that visit. By the fourth day another nail broke off and I was told my nails was old and I needed a new full set after the fact that this set was put on less than a month ago, then had the audacity to charge me for their poor workmanship. All this because they chose to put a pedicure tech to do my nails and did I mention this is sad because the owners are out of town and they do quality work however the person they left in charge was an epic fail. I will NOT be returning there and that's unfortunate because I loved the work Grace and Mark do but to spend the money I've spent there and be treated poorly I think NOT! Yes it was one bad experience but that's all it take for me cause being a faithful customer on top of that a tipper then you decide my business isn't worth the fuss it's time to MOVE ON! He takes his time when doing nails and they always look amazing, people always compliment my nails and are amazed that these are my real nails and not acrylics ! I'm a male and went in for a pedicure. What a complete disappointment. I requested the lemon oil scrub upgrade at a price of $42. The tech hurried through the entire pedicure and never even scrubbed my calluses on my feet. The entire treatment lasted barely 35 minutes. read more

I used to really like coming here when they first opened. The last couple times I've had issues. The first time they charged me extra to do a particular nail shape when my nails were already in that shape without any transparency about the fact it was an extra charge. I've never been charged extra for a nail shape at any nail salon until that visit. I wouldn't have been so mad if they would've just told me when they asked about my nail shape. I decided to go back because I didn't want to write them off completely due to that visit. I went back for a no chip. I had three different people work on me (they were busy and I get that) but one nail chipped after two days after putting a shoe on. A second chipped after 9 days - I can usually last with no chip with no issues for 14+ days and have never chipped this early on so I am disappointed. I think I'll be taking a break from them. read more

they just lost me as a customer. I made an appointment a week ago For 10 am! I show up at 10:04 and they put me in one of the chairs for my pedicure, run the water, and 25 minutes later I'm still sitting there waiting for somebody to tend to me. I ask one of the persons working how much longer is this going to be and she says another 20 minutes. GTFOH! I tell them they need to not double booked themselves because it's crap and I left. I'm giving any stars at all because they are very nice people here and their salon is clean. I wanted to love them so bad but unfortunately they accept too many customers at a time. The service feels rushed with technicians leaving you to simultaneously do another customer. Many appointments I've made have either started late or needed to be rescheduled because I am unable to wait any longer. I understand accepting customers for business but it's a reoccurring issue that I wish they could resolve. I recommend going early on a weekday if possible. read more

I visited this nail salon for the very first time, last week. I had a no chip manicure, done by Kim. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. Three of my nails chipped within a week and 2 other nails broke. I've not had that experience with a no chip previously. I called the salon and mentioned the issue and the reply I received was, "Ok". Clearly they do not stand behind their work. I just moved into the area and will certainly be looking for a different nail salon. if i could give them zero stars i would. this nail salon has the worst customer service and doesn't know how to treat customers who aren't white. called over the phone said i would be there in 10 minutes and they told me to come in, after we arrive we're still waiting for some time and when we get sat in the chairs they stop doing our pedicures every 5 minutes to go help another customer. we sat in the chairs for over an hour and i could not even get my toe nails painted. i got up and left and was still charged full price for the pedicure. no one apologized for the incident, no one cared that i left unsatisfied, but if it were one of their white customers they would have done everything to make it right. if your a minority and want to be treated like a person don't come here. these people are awful and disgustingly disrespectful go take your $100 somewhere else. amy your the worst. read more
