Worst customer experience with project coordinator. Business was recommended by a friend and I saw a lot of good rating on multiple platforms. Our solar does work but they rushed the job. Panels are uneven and dinged. They also left a big mess to include cut pipes, wires and debris all around the house. While I was inside the house, I saw multiple pipes fell off the roof that were not picked up at the end of the job. After the installation team left, they did not inform us what the timeframe was or what was next. There was a hole in our roof and a large opening around the new panel that was exposed. It took them 2 weeks to get someone to cover both areas due to not getting a response. A few days later, it began to rain and we sent multiple messages to try and get some help. After the 2 weeks, a man showed up unannounced and was there to patch and cover the openings. He was helpful, did a great job, and communicated effectively Little to zero communication between the project coordinator and us. We reached out multiple times, calls, emails, texts and was met with no response. We called and emailed others in the chain are we're still not getting responses. Kay, the manager, was helpful, kind, and apologized about the project coordinators actions. But I felt like it was too late in the game. Paid a lot of money for their services and did not feel like they cared about us at all. I would not recommend them. read more

I have recomended my closes family and friends after getting quotes from Peterson Dean (which went out of business), SunRun and one other, Infinity was just slightly lower priced but the quality of the product is substantial. Received an email while out of town that 12 of my solar panels were not working. I called over the weekend left a detailed message and received a call back on Tuesday. We worked with Kyle to get an estimate for a solar system installation for our home in November. He came up with a proposal and design that met our electrical needs. Kyle was able to answer our questions and his proposal was significantly less expensive than the proposal by another highly rated solar system installer. He designed the system to fully utilize our southern and western facing roof areas, with fewer panels than the other vendor. Infinity Solar was also able to upgrade our service panel and install 3 electrical outlets we needed for EV charging and security. The Infinity Solar proposal included more efficient Panasonic panels and a full 25 year warranty on the system which was not the case with the competitor. The system was installed in late January but City and SCE approvals were not finalized until late February. After receiving our Permit to Operate (PTO) and two bills, we are realizing the projected savings and only paying Southern California Edison the connection charges and taxes. Actually, we have a credit as we have been using about 70% of the electricity produced so far. If we were driving more and charging our electric vehicle (instead of sheltering at home), we would be pretty close to Kyle's projected electrical usage. We did have a few glitches but they have been minor and corrected as needed. The Infinity Solar crew was friendly and communicative. My constructive criticism for a better customer experience would be: 1) a little more advance/better communication about scheduled events, 2) a little better cleanup/painting and 3) improved array configuration. I hate giving poor reviews but Infinity Solar has left me with solar panels that are performing well under the projected efficiencies and over 3 months asking for a service appointment to no avail. The initial sales process was great and the response times were excellent however after the panels were installed and money was collected that is where the service ended. After my first year of solar my annual energy bill was in the thousands (when Infinity had projected the panels installed should offset all of my energy consumption). After reaching out to Infinty at the end of the year and being forwarded to many departments with multiple apologies, they still have yet to schedule an appointment for service 3 months later. At this point I regret installing solar and urge others to do your research before picking a company. They are by far the most professional company I dealt with and had the best warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty for the equipment. I wish I could give a 5 star rating, but so far I have been quite disappointed so far. I signed the documents with Infinity and made my first payment on Nov. 8, 2022. I was emailed on Nov 29,2022 by Patricia, our Project Manager that the permit process could take up to 6 weeks. We are well beyond that. I received an email on Dec. 22, 2022 from Blake, the Permit Supervisor that L.A. County needed additional information. Jan. 9, 2023 I receive an email that the project requires a permit verification check and can take 3-4 weeks. Nothing has changed since we signed the documents. Infinity knew that we needed a panel upgrade and what size. I even had Edison come out and they preapproved the panel upgrade prior to signing the documents. I am still waiting to hear from Infinity. I was notified by Blake that he is going to wait until the 4 weeks is up before contacting L. A. County again. My husband is getting upset because he felt we should go with another company that had a better price and pretty good reviews, but I felt better about Infinity because they had numerous good reviews. Highly recommend! After installing a new roof, and leasing an electric vehicle, we thoroughly researched a complete solar system with panels and batteries. We spoke to a dozen installers and Nick of Infinity Solar was the most honest and knowledgeable sales person we encountered by a long shot. He worked with his company to develop a comprehensive solar system, with Qcell Panels, and Enphase inverters and batteries at a fair pricing and a good value. SDGE is our utility, and we are thrilled to significantly reduce our electric bill since they have the highest prices in the nation. After doing my own research and getting multiple estimates, I decided to use Infinity Solar for my solar project needs. This project included an 8.14 kW system using 22 x LG370 panels, IQ7 inverters, and a 200 Amp Breaker upgrade. The pricing was comparable with similar systems from other companies. The main reasons for choosing Infinity Solar were their numerous impressive 5 Star reviews and their owner, Tim. I felt extremely with Tim and his answers, and the fact that this is a smaller company that could offer more controlled oversight of my project. As it turned out, I was extremely happy with the outcome of this project. Kay was assigned to oversee the project and she did an excellent job. I was always in the loop on what timelines were and how things were progressing with the project. Both she and Tim were always prompt with their responses to any questions that I had along the way. The installation crew was prompt and clean. All panels and the breaker upgrade was completed in one day. The stucco repair for the breaker upgrade and the EV outlet was completed on day 2. The final city inspection was coordinated by Kay be completed on day 2 as well. Kay also coordinated the change in plans with SCE. The whole process took a few months due to the homeowners association and city permit approval processes. This was all coordinated and submitted by Kay. Overall, I would highly recommend Infinity Solar for your solar panel needs. One of my neighbors has also decided to use them after seeing their work on my house. EXACTLY 90 Days! That's how long it took for Infinity Solar to go from signed agreement to Permission to Operate. I didn't even think was possible. Especially with the solar rules about to change and the high demand. I was blown away. I have always wanted solar, but have heard the horror stories and was very skeptical. After getting a couple quotes from big companies I was even more skeptical. How can someone in Atlanta tell me how many panels I need? Then I called Infinity. I was in sales for a while and I'm not sure what book Blake read but it's a good one. He clearly listed my options, walked me through the entire estimate while answering all my questions, and even guided me away from more expensive options that weren't in my best interest. The real kicker came when I texted him at 9pm on a Sunday night asking one final question and he responded immediately. I've never had a salesman keep texting me throughout the entire process. He didn't just hand me off after he sealed the deal. Unbelievable service on his part. Infinity handled the permitting process, installation, and all the paperwork with SCE in 90 days. The crew who installed all 25 of my panels were done in less than 6 hours and did it while I was at work. I had already decided on my system hardware and size and was looking for an installer who stocked what I was looking for. I strongly recommend you do your own research. Among the 4-5 installers who could provide what I needed, Infinity Solar stood out. My pre-sale interactions were with Kay Sayeda and she was a pleasure to work with. She made me feel confident that I am making this large expense with a company who will not let me down. We went through several proposals before arriving at my final choice. I asked for references, and she readily provided. I spoke with both customers and they were similarly very pleased with their experiences. A feature I especially liked in Infinity Solar's proposal is the included 30 yr warranty from SolarInsure. From the moment I signed the purchase, Infinity took care of the entire process including permits. All I did was to complete my loan application. Kudos also to their installation crew who came out. Despite their youth, they were diligent and worked as a well drilled team and completed the installation from 7am to 1pm. I have recommended Infinity Solar to people I know. it took several weeks before the city inspectors came out and he signed off the installation without any issue. We used Infinity to for our solar installation of 18 LG panels with Enphase IQ7 micros. I asked a ton of question up front as our home is a bit unique and we have large tress to the west that shade the roof in the afternoon. Chad answered all of my questions before I signed a contract and was honest in his replies. Installation went quickly once the city issued the permit. There were a few items that needed to be corrected after the install and Infinity came back out to resolve them to my satisfaction. Kay did a great job of managing the project and answering my questions post install. I received PTO from SCE in early November and have been officially up and running for over a month. So far so good. Unfortunately Nov/Dec are months when solar generation is at it's lowest so it will be a while until I have a good feel for whether or not my system will meet Infinity's production estimates. I am a retired general contractor of 45 years, and I always prided myself by in treating my customers with the utmost respect, and strived to offer quality at a fair price. From the moment I met Tim Polujancewics, the owner, I could see that he feels the same way. I did my due diligence and obtained 4 other bids from well known Solar Companies. I compared the product specifications for my 15.525 kw system. It was determined that we needed 45 LG Electronics LG345N1C-VS panels with 45 Enphase Energy IQ7+ Inverters. In my opinion, this system offered the best efficiency, quality and price, and an excellent warranty. I have a friend who just completed a major renovation on his home in Yorba Linda, and he said he used Infinity Solar and highly recommended them. I enjoyed working with Tim to purchase my system, but also have great respect for Jordan, who scoped out the technical aspects of my home prior to engineering. I got quoted by 6 different companies (signed contract and started with another company that didn't go well - you can see my other 2 star review if you want to see that story) and ended up selecting Infinity. Here is the break down: Price and sales person: 5 star Roofing work: 4 star - this was the only issue I had, but they bent back work to make me happy so I'm good Quality/ workmanship: 5 star I got Panasonic (16 pannels) and solar edge inverters. I waited a long time to do this review (went live in November 2019), and it's fair to say, I'm very happy with Infinity Solar and the system they installed for me. The salesperson I worked with, Chad, was great, and he patiently answered all my many questions. The proposal he gave me included estimates of how much electricity my system would produce, and although there has been some variation with the weather, I am currently way ahead of his estimates from January through May, with his predicted production of 3,145 kWh versus 3,475 kWh actual with a max monthly actual production of over 1040kWh in May. The install team was great, from Joseph, who did the site survey, to the actual installers who worked hard all day to get the system done in one day. It is a very long haul, though, with all the permits, reviews, and bureaucratic paperwork, and I wish the part of their team that nurses all that along had been better about keeping in touch, but overall, I was very happy at the time of the install, and I'm still happy six plus months later. read more

I would not recommend them to anyone. Even with the 500 dollar referral bonus they offer. The communication was absolutely awful. If I wanted to get an answer I would have to call/email three or four times just to get a response to the simplest questions and it would only be a partial email response. If I called I could only make it through to the receptionist and no one else was ever available to talk on the phone and she couldn't answer my questions (Also, they never reached out to me during the whole process besides to schedule the install. I had to try to follow up or ask about anything that was happening). I even asked to speak to the owners because I was upset with how things were going and I didn't want to come on here and write this and give a bad review if they could correct what was going on but they were never available either. One time I made a special trip home on a day I had a bunch of stuff going on because the system was not working and they could finally send a tech out between 3-5 (magically right after I said I wanted to talk to the owners someone was available to come out). And the tech never showed up. I got an email at 5 saying he wouldn't make it because he was still 2 hours away. You really couldn't have figured that out sooner and let me know? Instead just let me sit there and waste my time. This is just a little bit about the things that went wrong for me. The system is up and running fine now which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. There are plenty of other people out there installing solar and if I would have known how everything was going to be handled with this company I definitely would have gone with someone else. read more

Infinity Solar has proven to be an outstanding solar installer. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they have done a great job. First off, Infinity Solar provided reasonable quotes and warranties. Blake was patient and took time to explain options.
