Just finished my nail appointment here today and Jade did an absolutely beautiful job! I previously went to a different nail salon and wasn't happy with those but came to Infinity and she fixed them perfectly and they came out exactly as I pictured. She was very meticulous and made sure all the edges were smooth and they don't look chunky at all! She was fast too and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back!!

Very clean place and all the ladies inside were really kind and polite! They use fresh sterile packs of tools which was nice to see. I got a manicure and was a walk in. I got cat eye gel which was an extra $10 upcharge. It would have been a great experience except the lady that did my manicure ripped/tore my cuticle and I bled for a bit after leaving and for a day or two afterwards as well.

Do you enjoy getting pampered? My daughter and I were walk- ins and Luanne and Anna were quick to seat us on a massage chair to get started on our heavenly pedicures. We chose the Signature Pedicure. Granted we have never been here before so we didn't know what to expect. For $60. We opted for the Signature pedicure which included callus removal, sugar scrub, a spearmint mask on our legs, a paraffin wax for our feet, hot rock massage, and hot towels followed by another leg/foot massage. Anna and Luanne didn't rush us. We felt so spoiled and pampered! The quality of the pedicure was top notch! This place is clean with a very welcoming vibe! The massage chair was so comfortable. It made the experience even more enjoyable! We will definitely be returning!

I've been going to Infinity Nails for several months now and I am always happy with the service. I get dip manicures and gel pedicures and it took me a while to find a place that does a good job on dip. Mimi always takes good care of me and makes me feel like an important customer. It feels good when you walk into an establishment and they know you by name. My nails never crack or chip and I know they will look great until my next appointment. I'm so happy I found them.

I came in one time last year, and it wasn't the best experience, but decided that everyone deserves a second chance, so when my daughter and I wanted to get pedicures for our trip to Mexico, I wanted to try them out again. I am so happy I did, because they not only did a total remodel of the interior, which made the space feel light and airy, but the service was outstanding!

Call ahead and make an appointment!!!! These ladies are busy and for good reason, they do an incredible job at a more than fair price. Relaxing music is played throughout and there are large TVs on mute, but with subtitles for other distraction/entertainment. All the pedicure massage chairs are brand new. This place is spotless with an array of products and colors. Cat did my pedi and took great care of my toes that were suffering from a previous gel pedicure. She was honest and told me to give my toes a break before putting gel back on. I took her advice and my feet feel rejuvenated. Mimi did my nails and I should have taken a before pic. My nails were short... I am a terrible biter, bad habits ‍ she put tips on and gave me the almond shape with French perfectly. I have gone other places and the moon shape was always off or messy or crooked. She guaranteed that I would not see where my old nail ended and the tips began. She was right and I am thrilled. Check out the pics! It is safe to say I have found my new home for nails and I have booked through August to guarantee my spot at this hidden gem of a nail salon.

I have been going here for about 2 years and have been completely happy with this shop! I prefer the dip process that they use. It provides greater strength and does not peel off my fingernails. Everyone is very friendly and they work quickly. Shop is very clean and all Covid guidelines are followed. Highly recommend this friendly shop ! read more

I am a first time customer. I called the salon and made an appointment with Kymmie. When I arrived, Kymmie was already gone for the day. The owner checked the appointment book and said that I was NOT on the schedule. Mind you, I called the day prior to schedule this. The lady I spoke to on the phone failed to schedule me. She only asked for my name and my requested time. She never asked for my phone number like the other salons do. Although the owner apologized, I am very disappointed and upset at the lack of professionalism. This will be my first and last time visiting Infinity Nails. I recommend that this salon upgrade to an online appointment system. In reply to the business' response below: Yes, you did mention that Kymmie went to urgent care. Caring for the employee is important but caring for the customer is equally important. I recommend that you call the customers to inform them about cancellations. Keep in mind, you also told me when I arrived that my name was not on the schedule book, so you had no idea to expect me, so that is the business' fault for not scheduling appropriately. I made one other appointment before this one weeks ago but had to cancel, so I called out of courtesy to let the salon know ahead of time as I was respectful of your time. I expect the same. Instead of pointing fingers, recognize your faults and make appropriate changes. This is poor business practice. read more

I went with my girlfriend. Hoa did her nails and they look like crap. He messed up (we all mess up - we are human) but he didn't try to fix it. She had to ask him to fix it and he got annoyed when she politely asked him to fix it. The man that did mine got the gel polish all over my fingers as well. My gf cried she was so frustrated and unhappy! read more

I had the worst gel manicure I've ever had here. She rushed me in and out in 15 minutes, she didn't push back my cuticles or even clean my nails, cut the sides of my nails (never asked what shape I wanted) before I even knew what she was doing, gave me a one minute hand massage with rough gloves, and my polish is coming off after 5 days! Never going back. ugh read more

3 stars only because the people are nice. To fix a nail it was $8 which is way overpriced. I did dip nails and my polish was soaked off incorrectly, so when I went back to my normal salon out of state, my real nails were completely ruined and shaped wrong so I had to get tips on almost all my nails. Other services might be great but depending on the tech, the dip looked good for the first week and then now my nails are ruined. Don't recommend coming here for $60 dip nails. read more

I've been going here several months since last March. I had a manicure done in June the nails broke off and did a number on some of my real nails. so I gave it a couple months for my nails to get healthy again came in in September for both a manicure and a pedicure. Told my manicurist I wanted solar nails ended up I got acrylic nails which proceeded to fall off or rip off my regular nails which are now stubs. Not happy with the girl that I usually go to who was very preoccupied talking on her phone. I did not receive the earlier good service I had in the past and the shape of my nails now we're going to take a month or two before I can get another manicure will not be going back. I gave three stars for my earlier very nice manicures but the last two have been bad read more

We walked into the salon located at 18148 Wedge Pkwy Reno, NV 89511 called "Infinity Nail Spa" the morning of July 6th 2019. Instead of making excuses and lying you could simply apologize and ensure that your Employees give the Customer what they ask for, rather than insisting the customer do as the employee prefers. Try showing you actually deserve people's business. Have you not realized there are many other businesses customers can go to for nail services? Do you think you're the only Nail Spa in town? Keep up this unacceptable customer service and watch customers never return to your establishment. Good luck to your business. If your leadership doesn't improve it won't make it. read more

I want to like this place, but after 2 kinda messed up manicures I'll only go back for pedis. It's nice, clean and new. They put liners for sanitary reasons which is a plus. However the two manicures that I've had were just not good. Your nail beds should not hurt after gel, dip or whatever gets applied. Period. Also, a manicure is the grooming of the nails, cuticles and skin surrounding. They literally just used the electric files to trim my cuticles, slap some lotion on and called it a "manicure" Again, great pedicure. Not so great manicure experience. IMO read more

So disappointed with my gel mani/pedi. The pedicurist was so busy talking to the person behind her that, more than once, she had her head turned to talk to the person behind her and was filing my skin... not my nail. She slopped the paint on and then used a brush to remove excess... except she didn't get it so the gel cured onto my skin and 2 days later was peeling off. They were super pushy about me getting a dip mani instead of gel and despite me telling them no multiple times, they still kept telling me that I was ruining my nails and I needed dip. I think it is just because it's quicker. I am only giving them 2 stars because my manicurist was nice and entertaining. I think his name was Andy... can't remember. I won't be back. read more

Andy is the go to, i got lucky being a walk in and getting him my first time. I went in for a fill and had two nails i had gotten repaired a few days earlier at a different salon and i hates them because the lady made them so thick and clunky looking, Andy took my request of thinning them out and did amazing now all of my nails are back to being snatched. I also told Andy how i get contact dermatitis from some chemicals and he helped me by using certain products that wouldn't cause a breakout on me. 10/10 experience overall he even cracks jokes and is super personable to talk to which you don't always experience at nail salons. They were super sweet! and after being turned down by a few salons because we wanted three pedicures at the same time, infinity nail spa actually accommodated us. They were inviting and kind and made sure our water was the perfect temperature. They were cleanly by using new tools for each person. We enjoyed our experience and our feet feel refreshed! Was really happy with the job that Mai did! Nails were "dip" gel nails (my first time) and she added tips because my nails were really short. Also got a gel pedicure which I was also very happy with. There was no wait. They've only been open for 2 months and are eager to make a good impression with all of their clients! I will definitely be back. read more

Took my wife here during a day adventure because she was in dire need of a nail makeover. Andy took extremely good care of her! She saw an amazing idea for what she wanted on her nails and she got better than what she asked for. They definitely did a fantastic job on her nails. 10/10 would recommend. Andy is the man. The first time I went was fabulous! A regular gel Mani $30 I left a nice tip. 2nd visit the price went up $35 (same exact service, one color gel). I felt like that was weird because there wasn't a price change, but I didn't argue and I won't be returning for that reason. read more

Clean, competent, friendly, creative, and fun. The nail technicians all speak English. I know that's not politically correct but it means a lot to me. The salon is so pretty, the pedicure chairs are heavenly! Reina does my nails and she is fabulous. I highly recommend this salon. read more

Different process after years of acrylic nails & was not sure about dipping powder however I learned it's ALL about the nail artists level of skill & quality of the product & Infinity is top notch with both ! I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and had a great experience with Brea. I had expressed that I was I was feeling a bit self-conscious and anxious and Brea helped me feel less so with her calm and professional manner. (Side note, she likes to read so I found talking about books with her to be a great way to distract myself). It sounded like Brea had waxed a number of pregnant ladies already in her waxing career so that was reassuring. I thought she did a phenomenal job. I swear it wasn't as painful as waxing for me in the past had been and I was really happy with the results. I had forgotten my jacket but the company even texted me so I could return and get it. Excellent service all around. I also really liked the studio. It was clean inside and there were a lot of cute signs and things to look at that fit with the bee theme. I do wish they could have decorated the ceiling somehow as that was mainly my view during the service-- perhaps a dangling bee garland would be cute? I will say I wish they had an extra curtain or partition of some sort (what are those called, a Japanese room divider?). You enter through a door and then they pull the curtain closed to cover the door. Maybe they could put one more curtain perpendicular to that one at the foot of the bed just to give a little bit more sense of peace of mind regarding privacy. Overall, I'd highly recommend getting sugar waxing done here. It's a very nice and clean place.

There are also many different treatments and packages, so you can choose how much--or how little--you want to do. I tried the roller table, where you lie down for about 30 minutes while a gentle roller moves along your body. Very simple, but incredibly relaxing. I also did the chakra light experience, which combines the lights with music aligned with the different chakra vibrations. I became so relaxed listening to the music that I almost fell asleep! And then there was my massage with Camille. Her touch was absolutely magical and restorative. I left feeling deeply relaxed and recharged. They also offer an infrared sauna and several other treatments, and you can combine different experiences into packages depending on what you enjoy and how much time you want to spend there. Best place in town! The new owners are amazing! They don't only do nails but they also do facials and lashes and man are they good! They really care about their customers and make you feel right at home every time you walk in. My nail lady (kymmie she's the best FYI) recommended doing the powder dip and I've never done that before so I was a little hesitant at first but Kymmie explained to me how much healthy it is for my nails so I trusted her and went for it! Not only were they the strongest nails Ive ever had but they made my actual nails stronger and sooooo much more healthy! It's a Latino driven shop. They have pedicures, deluxe and VIP. I got the deluxe I wish now I got the VIP for $5 more to receive the paraffin wax . The range is $60-75 for gel and $5.00 for decoration. I was there for a hour and half, Isela took her time. She can do free style art work or stickers. I chose the stickers. The place was spotless and they asked if I like a small bottle of water which is always a nice touch. I paid with cash not sure if there was a credit card fee or not. No discount for cash. The Technician was very gentle sometimes I do prefer the cheese grater for my winter callous, but otherwise, I'd go back, but I'm always on a mission to try different nail salons in the area.
