If I could give zero stars I would I went to this nail salon for two years straight me and my best friend, exclusively saw only nail techs, Mimi and Kimmy. Prices got increasingly higher nail art became sloppier, and in the end I learned they used MMA acrylic on my nails. If you don't know what this is it's made for dental work like your teeth. I've never been in such excruciating nail pain. After over 2 yrs of loyal service once I stopped going I never heard from Mimi again, leads me to think they realized I figured out they were using ILLEGAL materials on my nails.my girl actually had to chop the nails in photos attached because of the pain, keep in mind these almond shaped chodes are supposed to be stiletto and the design is supposed to be cherry's and that neon light trend. Not to mention THIS WAS A $140 FILL not a new set. Please DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. read more

There are new owners as of a week ago and they are great! I went today for the first time to get a pedicure and dip for my nails, What I appreciate is that Mimi took her time and listened to what I wanted and my nails turned out great! They are making a few cosmetic changes and upgraded some of the products, too. The 3 women (Mimi, Hannah and the other whose name I didn't catch) were all very sweet, courteous and went out of their way to make me comfortable. As we try to support our local merchants, I wanted to help the new management at Infiniti Nail Spa get a good start. I loved the previous owner and will miss her, but she did me right by selling to someone who can keep things going in a very positive direction. read more

I have been here several times now but, unfortunately, I won't be going back. I had a manicure recently and there were several things that happened that really made me question the cleanliness. First, after I was done soaking my nails in the little acetone dishes they use, the technician took both bowls over to the pedi station. She then proceeded to pour my "used" acetone into the bottle they use for pedicures! NOT OK! Secondly, when she came back to the table to continue my nails, she stuff a $10 tip into the top little drawer which was filled with cash. At the same time, she then pulled out the cuticle clippers. It wasn't in any type of case or cover. Obviously, that isn't very sanitary. I asked her is she could spray it with some alcohol before she used it. She assured me it was clean! Um... I don't think so! I am really sad not to be able to go back here but cleanliness in nail salons is a big deal and this place just isn't cutting it. read more

Decided to try Infinity because it was close to home and my usual nail place was booked. The pros: big polish selections, nice options for manis and pedis including a jelly pedi, they use liners on their basins, prices are good. The cons: they seemed rushed, there was nail "dust" on the arms of my massage chair (gross), my daughter and I weren't offered drinks (others in the salon were), they seemed irritated when I asked them to fix a toenail they had cut crooked. Also when I got home I noticed that they didn't file down the sharp edges on my nails...which means I get to do it. Basically, not terrible but not the best. There are better places out there for similar prices that do a better job. read more

So disappointed, I got the WORST pedi ever! I wanted my nails cut shorter but, there are now corners missing on my big toe. The polish job is terrible, I have nail polish past my cuticles onto my skin (maybe that was to hide the missing part of my nail?). I admit I have small baby toe nails but the polish job is so bad that they look twice as big as they are. I just spent an hour trying to file and nip off the extra polish (gel so I can't just use remover) but it looks horrible. I guess I should have paid more attention to the polish job!
