Don't go here. Not worth it. Try City Nails down the street they do a much better job. The employees here only care about looking at their cell phones and the lady did not even clean the dirt from under my nails. Don't do it!! read more

I found this nail salon because Andy (nail tech) moved to this location. They are very nice in there and it is always clean. I like when you walk in that it doesn't have that overwhelming smell of chemicals like many nail salons. They have a great variety of colors in gel, dip and regular polish. read more

I am giving Infinity nail spa one star because they don't offer a choice of zero stars. I had three guests visiting me and we all wanted manicures and pedicures. My regular spa could not accommodate all four of us so I found Infinity spa on line. I booked with them. All four of us were treated extremely rude by the nail technicians. They were down right nasty. Their work was also substandard. I was embarrassed for my guests. All extremely nice ladies. I will never, never go back and would never recommend them to anyone. Shame on them! read more

This shop is definitely one of the best nail spas I have been to. Both Michale and Mai are awesome! Super soft hands and great techniques. Moreover, they always try their best to accommodate same-day appointments/walk-ins. Reasonable pricing as well - my usual is gel manicure that costs $30 (takes avg. 30min - so quick!). I'm super glad that they are staying open during this special time.. highly recommended! read more

I've been coming to see Mimi for about 4 years now with my sister and we followed her to Infinity from her last salon. We love the atmosphere and all of the people who work here. The salon is adorable, clean, and updated as they recentlit! We have referred people of all ages here and all of them now exclusively go to Infinity. They are the best! read more

I highly recommend Infinity Nail Spa. I have been a client of Mimi's since before she had her own business, I have also had my nails done by Kymmie (both amazing). Every time I come in, there is always someone greeting me, the atmosphere is warm, bright and friendly. These ladies are very skilled and talented at what they do. They give excellent service and care to their clients. When I leave, my nails are perfect, and I feel so relaxed. Coming to this salon is like going to see a bunch of friends that you love. When I first started seeing Mimi, my nail beds had been through a lot, thankfully she reassured me that she could get them healthy again. Now my nails aren't splitting like they were before, they actually look and feel healthy again. You know you are in the right place when your well being is their priority. I have not found another nail salon like this one. read more

hello, this salon has had my business since opening day (been seeing mimi almost five years now), i mostly have my work done by mimi and at times with kymmie. never have i had a terrible set or post appointments complications. the environment is friendly and as a male, i can say, they make me feel welcomed. mimi has always gone out of her way to fit me in even if it is last minute and has done so happy and the end results every time are testament to it. *****be very careful with those negative reviews that are left on here, sometimes they may be written by a cheapster who tips probably minimum (i am being generous here) and i can assure ask for all the works on their nails at dollar store prices. they will drag a business with lies and false claims not thinking of long term ramifications (of course since they are not the ones with the business) hurt dogs will holler for sure but there are always two sides to the story. with that said, if you are looking for great nail service and actual attention to clientele, give infinity a try, tell them angel sent you. you won't regret it. :) read more

I love coming here with my sister. We look forward to coming every time we're scheduled. We've been coming to Mimi for almost 4 years now, and have never walked out feeling unsatisfied. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by everyone and are quickly assisted. If you are ever looking for a lovely set of nails and a positive experience definitely come to infinity nail spa and ask for Mimi. She won't disappoint! read more

Mai did my pink and white powder dip gel nails and Jennifer did a wonderful hot stone foot massage and gel pedicure. Today. The gel powder is healthier on my nails and so very strong, never breaking. For playing my guitar I need to have some nails shorter on my left hand and others longer for fingerpicking on my right. These nails are excellent for my guitar playing. I am so glad I found this place. read more

Favorite nail spot! I came here to get my nails done before my friends wedding in Hawaii. I got regular gel polish & they lasted me SO long. No chips or lifting. The second time I got my nails done, I did the SNS powder & I can't believe how long they have lasted without any chipping. My nails feel so strong! Definitely worth the upgrade. read more

I'm very particular about my fingers and toes. It's my treat to myself and time I take out to spend with my bestie so the place has to be exactly right. We searched and sampled different places, finally lighting upon Infinity, the answer to our quest. When it comes to the French manicure, promise me a precise and natural line, measured and natural, aligned to my nail bed, but also maximizing the amount of time I can go between manicures and absolutely dedicate to me the time and care to cuticles, filing and shaping so I walk out happy (OCD satisfied). Maia is not only precise but a joy to be around. I'm not always that, but she is and she is so warm and welcoming that she makes all our visits into a good day. The girlfriends leave after much chatter and connection, thanks to Maia and her team and our nails are also on POINT (almost by accident except totally calculated because this place is reliable and consistent). Our little secret and love that we can always get in without too much of a delay. I Maia. read more

If I could give zero stars I would I went to this nail salon for two years straight me and my best friend, exclusively saw only nail techs, Mimi and Kimmy. Prices got increasingly higher nail art became sloppier, and in the end I learned they used MMA acrylic on my nails. If you don't know what this is it's made for dental work like your teeth. I've never been in such excruciating nail pain. After over 2 yrs of loyal service once I stopped going I never heard from Mimi again, leads me to think they realized I figured out they were using ILLEGAL materials on my nails.my girl actually had to chop the nails in photos attached because of the pain, keep in mind these almond shaped chodes are supposed to be stiletto and the design is supposed to be cherry's and that neon light trend. Not to mention THIS WAS A $140 FILL not a new set. Please DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. read more

I have gone to this nail salon for a few years now. I always get my nails done by Mimi and I have never been disappointed. She is very creative and likes to try new products on me (which I appreciate because my nails may need some extra love from time to time). The spa itself is very cute and modern and the rest of the staff is very nice and accommodating. read more

IF you can get in here, they do an ok job on pedicures. It's frustrating because I've called and they say "no need for appointments". Then go in and they say "oh for more than one person you need an appointment." Then go again and hear, " sorry, you need an appointment, even for one person." Moral of the story? MAKE AN APPOINTMENT if you want service here. read more

There are new owners as of a week ago and they are great! I went today for the first time to get a pedicure and dip for my nails, What I appreciate is that Mimi took her time and listened to what I wanted and my nails turned out great! They are making a few cosmetic changes and upgraded some of the products, too. The 3 women (Mimi, Hannah and the other whose name I didn't catch) were all very sweet, courteous and went out of their way to make me comfortable. As we try to support our local merchants, I wanted to help the new management at Infiniti Nail Spa get a good start. I loved the previous owner and will miss her, but she did me right by selling to someone who can keep things going in a very positive direction. read more

I have been here several times now but, unfortunately, I won't be going back. I had a manicure recently and there were several things that happened that really made me question the cleanliness. First, after I was done soaking my nails in the little acetone dishes they use, the technician took both bowls over to the pedi station. She then proceeded to pour my "used" acetone into the bottle they use for pedicures! NOT OK! Secondly, when she came back to the table to continue my nails, she stuff a $10 tip into the top little drawer which was filled with cash. At the same time, she then pulled out the cuticle clippers. It wasn't in any type of case or cover. Obviously, that isn't very sanitary. I asked her is she could spray it with some alcohol before she used it. She assured me it was clean! Um... I don't think so! I am really sad not to be able to go back here but cleanliness in nail salons is a big deal and this place just isn't cutting it. read more

fantastic nail spa!!! awesome service!!! highly recommend their new sns powder polish! Awesome service and products!!

Decided to try Infinity because it was close to home and my usual nail place was booked. The pros: big polish selections, nice options for manis and pedis including a jelly pedi, they use liners on their basins, prices are good. The cons: they seemed rushed, there was nail "dust" on the arms of my massage chair (gross), my daughter and I weren't offered drinks (others in the salon were), they seemed irritated when I asked them to fix a toenail they had cut crooked. Also when I got home I noticed that they didn't file down the sharp edges on my nails...which means I get to do it. Basically, not terrible but not the best. There are better places out there for similar prices that do a better job. read more

I have been here several times for a pedicure, never the same person. They have been very pleasant and very good including the fabulous leg massage! The owner is very nice and will say hello to all that walks through the door. The best part, they are not talking to each other during your service in a different language! I haven't had a manicure yet, which explains the 4 stars. read more

Mikaela took me as a walk in this afternoon for a pedicure and manicure, and she was so pleasant. She has a very calm energy and is very personable. She is efficient but doesn't make you feel rushed. I am so pleased with my experience here, and the salon itself is cute and stylish. I wish I lived closer, but I may drive further just to come back. Thank you again! read more

We come hear all the time, and I love that they are fast but also high quality. I've done gel, shellac and regular nails here and have had a great experience with each. SNS dipping powder is not for everyone, please make sure you know what you're getting yourself into before they try to convert you. I was talked into it and was very disappointed.
