Paul saved my child…read more Story time: I was with my two kids and we were getting ready to leave for my oldest's gymnastics class. Before I buckled my 2.5 year old in his car seat, I placed the keys in his cup holder. At some point while buckling him, the doors auto-locked. I did not realize that happened until after I closed the door -- unfortunately, with the keys still in the cup holder. As you can imagine, I panicked. Luckily, the van was parked in a partially shaded spot. However, the sun was shining through the windshield. I imagined the interior slowly heating up. Immediately, I called the nearest locksmith, A-Able Locksmith. I spoke with Paul and told him it was an emergency. I also called 911 because I wasn't sure how long it would take Paul to get there. To my surprise, he actually showed up before the fire dept arrived! And in seconds, he got my son out of the car. I am so thankful for Paul and will never forget how he saved my son.

KeyMe also said that many locksmiths would not stock this key, so I picked this place after reading some reviews. It took them three tries to get the keys that I got right because the lock did not seem like it was made by a major brand, and each time they attempted it, they were happy to do it. On the third try, I think it helped to remove the lock from the file cabinet and bring it in, so if getting good copies of a key is an issue, it may be a good practice to bring the lock to a local shop that can troubleshoot it in-person. The value was good; the amount came out cheaper than KeyMe.

I went to their location, they were super polite and professional. Location is very clean. He was able to do his work on the car, accessing the codes and get the key fob working. However the trunk button wasn't working. He advised I share the vin and he'll reach out to the dealership to troubleshoot. I was able to get him the vin a week later. And he contacted the dealership. He contacted me and then came directly my house to fix the issue. What service! I appreciate his professionalism and care.
