Maria was very responsive in making arrangements. Javonte, our driver, was courteous and chatty with our out of town guests. He was helpful in offloading guests safely from the van. When organizing events, transportation is so very important. It's the guests' first and last impression of the event. I'm delighted that Modern Shuttle provided a great experience for our guests.

When I needed to try to arrange something last minute LS Shuttle were very responsive. I have appreciated so much that I could interact directly with a person to get estimates without having to go through a complicated website portal. I hate being forced to use those reservation portals, they take so long and often don't allow you to describe some of the details or nuance of a trip you need to take. I really appreciated being able to interact with LS Shuttle through text messaging. I have had several rides with them and they are super professional, reliable and prompt.
