Indaspec did a superb job installing two FranklinWH 'lithium-iron-phosphate' batteries (27 kWh total) and 12 LG440 solar panels w/Enphase microinverters. Their roofing team skillfully installed the solar panels on my heavy concrete tile roof without breaking a single tile (swapping some for QuickMountPV panel support tiles). The LG panels, Enphase inverters, and FranklinWF batteries are running trouble free for six months now. Their electrical team was happy to accommodate my in-garage control panel placement requests. When a problem arose with years-earlier-installed, under-the-house main feed wiring, they stayed into the evening until they resolved the issue. David Inda did a superb job interacting with the city building inspectors, passing inspections with ease. Alyssa in the office seamlessly and punctually setup of appointments and handled submission of installation plans and permits to the City of San Jose. FranklinWF's support team was also responsive to my questions about their easy-to-use iPhone app. All-in-all, a pain free experience. We have solar panels so having one company that can repair/replace the roof as well as removing and reinstalling the solar panels was perfect. We got trouble with another contractor and then we came to indaspec to fix the work. David showed up and explained everything super clear and professional. Then as the schedule workers showed up and started the job. They removed the old/wrong work and redo everything within the same day and second time they came half day to help patched the wall and other remaining work. On the day inspectors came, we got signed off right away. It was a very smooth process. One thing they could do a bit better is be more responsive on the emails and more proactive communication. We worked with Indaspec Energy to have three Tesla Powerwalls installed in early January, 2023. The Powerwalls were added to an existing rooftop PV solar system. David did the initial site visit and Marcos was the head of the 4 person crew that did the installation over a 2 day period. Both David and Saul came back for the Fire and Town inspections and to do a final check of the installation. We were very pleased with every aspect of the job. Saul was great to work with. Our power went out at 4:30am on a Friday. Had another company come out to look. Our main 200A breaker went out. The other company said it was a full day job and wanted to charge almost $15k to replace the whole panel as they said they couldn't swap the breaker. Saul was able to swap it out within an hour for a new replacement breaker for less than $400 + labor. I will definitely go with Indaspec for all of my electrical needs in the future read more

The team got our application in for NEM 2.0 by the deadline with no problems. Also needed to replace our roof, so Gilberto came out to inspect our sore excuse for a roof. Estimate was not the lowest but I liked the components they used. Most importantly, David and Gilberto were top notch professionals. Work took 2 weeks and everyone on the roofing and solar teams were first rate. Perfect job in all respects. Gilberto even helped us fix other hidden problems. These guys were great, we need a new roof on our garage and our old Sun Power inverter failed, no longer repairable. So these guys took off the old panels put on a new roof and new panels. System is great, work was done on time, even with weather issues. New 7.5 kW system is working great and the Enphase app makes it easy to monitor. The fact that one contractor can do your roof and solar at the same time really reduces that hassle, and they can't blame each other for problems. I have a SunPower solar system that was installed by another company about 6 years ago and they went out of business so when I needed service I had to search around. I was referred to IndaSpec by another solar company and I'm so glad that I went with them. David showed up on time and stayed for 3-1/2 hours until the job was completed. The main issue was that the original installer was using electrical connectors that corrode and fail in photovoltaic applications. David changed them (both at my electrical panel and on the roof where the panels are located) and now my system is up and running. I also had an issue with my data logger which David also fixed. Yep, this is a five start company. They were responsive and professional. The system we got has boosted our 2003 system and cost 1/5th the price. It will pay itself off in 3 years, possibly less. They were efficient in the installation - took about 1.2 days. The connection between our system and the app on our phones is super easy and now my husband and I have been high- fiving each other once we find out how much the new system is producing.
