Highly recommend this brewery if you're an IPA fan. They have the best selection and flavors I've found in the area. They also have a great variety of other beer styles to please everyone's palate.

    Fun place.

Hidden gem. Found off the beaten path. Friendly staff with ample off street parking. Many hard seltzer's and beers to choose from. We will be back.

Awesome beer! Great bartenders! Love the selection. Cool spot with good music! I had the echoes of valor, great beer with good malt flavor. The vanilla cream ale was the best!

Had a great time at Incinerati Brewing a few weeks ago. They were one of the stops on the Clovis Tacos and Taps Trail. Very fun event. Enjoyed all the beers we tried at Incinerati, like their tap room and would love to go back soon. Purchased one of their beer glasses-very cool design!

Such a variety of crafted beer and, large samplers!  The space is decorated pleasantly and parking is easy. Al (one of the owners) was super friendly and genuinely cared about our thoughts on each taste and spent some time educating us on the process and ingredients. He loves what he does! and opening this Brewing Company is a dream come true for him. In fact, the logo, he explained, is a symbol of their passion for craft brewing.  We also very much appreciated that our German Shephard was welcomed, with a smile. This is a cheerful and laid-back place and we will be returning. PS we were able to bring in our own cheese & crackers packaging with no problem. I also understand that they are now openings on Thursdays.

Incinerati is a must visit if you are into craft beers. They've always got a great tap list with some good variety pouring including style not often found at breweries. 4 packs to-go. Food trucks on the weekends. Trivia on Thursdays.

Great beer. Tried 3 of them and all were fabulous. The owner served us and was very helpful.

Came in today to try this place out & loved their new beer (Caught in the rain again). I thought it was delicious & also liked the immortal corrupter. The bartender Randy & the owner Al were really nice too. I'll definitely be coming back to hang out & have a few beers.

    Is this place child friendly?

Hi Christina, I'm pretty sure yes. The space isn't big but there are tables and I believe some card/board games available to play. Pretty sure it is not a 21+ space only. I need to go back soon :)

The beer is the obvious starting point. They brew their own and the variety is legit. I'm not even a huge IPA person but I tried one here and it was good enough to finish. The staff actually knows the menu and can walk you through whats on tap without making you feel dumb for asking. The space is great too. Industrial but warm, good energy, not too loud to have an actual conversation. It fills up but doesn't feel chaotic. Its in Clovis which from Fresno is nothing, like a 10 minute drive. Totally worth it for a Friday night out or even just a low key weekday hang. Prices are reasonable for a brewery. Nothing here feels overpriced. Just a really solid spot. Go with friends.

I like how the location is tucked away and not on the main strip of Herndon, I like the amount of outdoor seating, the misters on the north side which helped a lot because there's plenty of shade on the East but the sun will beat on you around the other side. Only downside was there were no outside TV's, they did bring one from inside but with the sun it was hard to have an angle that allowed everybody to watch. The beers were great, I wish I could recall what I had but the only one I recall was taboo 50/50. EXCELLENT. The staff was friendly, helpful, and inviting. The place was packed, most there for the USMNT's World Cup opener and I feel like they handled the crowd well. Only reason I don't give this place a more favorable review is the food options and the restroom situation, the mobile lavatories and the food trucks were a real bummer, this is a big location and it feels like they could've fit a kitchen in there somewhere. I'm a bit of a prude though I don't care for food trucks but theres nothing else being offered no chips, no nuts, no small eats. I did see a party inside with little Caesar's and stuff but idk if that's allowed for everybody or just a group party offering. But the mobile restrooms were nasty, humid, dirty, and just felt like a bad option for the area, the steps and the people stumbling out of them idk. Aside from those two things it was a cool spot.

I ended up at Summer Park's Brewing today by accident, and I'm really glad I gave it another shot…read more My first visit here was about three years ago on a busy Friday night, and it left a bad impression. I was standing in line, second or third, when another employee opened a register and pulled someone from behind me just because they were a regular. That didn't sit right with me, and it honestly kept me from coming back for a long time. That said, even back then, I tried a few flights and remember the beers being solid across the board. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad either, just consistently middle-of-the-road. Fast forward to today, and it feels like a completely different place. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by George, who was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, he took the time to answer questions, explain the brewery's history, and make thoughtful recommendations. He suggested the chips and dip, which I highly recommend, simple but really well done. I ended up going through three flights this time: a dark/malty flight, a hazy flight, and a sour flight. The sour lineup was fantastic across the board. That said, the standout of the entire visit was the dark Kölsch. It was exceptional and easily the best beer I had. Even the red ale, which I normally don't enjoy, was surprisingly solid. Overall, everything I tried was at least a 5/10 or better. Nothing here dips below average, and several options are genuinely impressive. For context, I tend to grade beer pretty harshly. I've tried a wide range of beers and actively seek out harder-to-find options, so if I'm calling something "middle of the road," most people will probably find it better than that. This lineup will land well for the average beer drinker. The atmosphere has also improved significantly. They've added more seating, expanded into a second room with pinball machines, and the music has been consistently great the entire time I've been here. The front room has four TVs, with one dedicated to the menu and three playing sports, which adds to the relaxed, social vibe. The space is clean, well-maintained, and easy to enjoy whether you're with friends or on a casual date. Parking is decent, around 20-25 spots, and wasn't an issue. What really stands out is how much this place has improved overall. If you had blindfolded me and brought me here today, I wouldn't believe it was the same place I visited three years ago. I'm still not thrilled about how that first visit went, but credit where it's due, this place has made a major turnaround. Between the service, the atmosphere, and the quality of the beer, especially that dark Kölsch, I would absolutely recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be back.

"Great Beer, Great Food, Wonderful View!"…read more I could not believe my good fortune! I've never been here before, but decided to give this taproom a try. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the front door. The server, Sparkle, was super friendly, and made some great suggestions for me. Guess what--they have a band coming in a few hours with a saxophone! I'm pretty sure they're bringing the band in just for me, but I could be wrong. During the crisis, you have to sit outside of course, but no problem. They've got a lot of tables on the patio, where you get a great view of the downtown area. So there I was, relaxing with a wonderful plate of street tacos, and a beer in hand, watching the beautiful downtown Clovis area. On my visit today I ordered a Pilsner and paired it with fish tacos. Yes, the pilsner was good, but I expected that. The two fish tacos surprise me. They are actually quite large. They're made in a little different style than I'm used to. The tortillas are actually more crunchy, with crunchy fish, of course, as well as cabbage and a mild sauce. It also includes slices of lime. It doesn't get any better than this folks. So all around, a wonderful visit. One of my favorite breweries, in one of my favorite towns.

We headed in at an odd time yesterday around 230pm. It was late for lunch and too early for dinner. Nevertheless, we were seated in the front dining area, and ordered some entrees. The menu offers a lot of familiar favorites that you would expect to see at a a bar/ restaurant. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a few specialty plates. For my meal, I ordered The Local burger (no pickles of course) which was absolutely fantastic. Piled high with cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes - this burger was executed to perfection. I ordered it medium, and it came out medium (imagine that). The best part was the sunny side egg that was placed on top. That first bite was heavenly. The yolk breaks, and all the goodness adds a little extra flavor to the already delicious burger. The shoe string fries were seasoned perfectly- I highly recommend this entree. The only thing I would add next time is an element of spice to take things up to another level. My wife ordered the BLTA sandwich , with sweet potato fries. I didn't try a bite because I had enough bacon on my burger , but I did sneak a sweet potato fry , and it was fantastic. My son order the chimichurri steak , he seemed to enjoy it although it may have had too much sauce on it for his liking. Perhaps it would been better if he ordered the sauce on the side. My picky daughter ordered the pesto chicken sandwich ,and she said it was pretty good. My family and I were full , but weren't going to let the dessert options pass us by. My family has a sweet tooth. We all shared the chocolate cake and bread pudding . Both are nice options if you need something sweet to top off your meal. The food and vibe of this place deserves 5 stars. I will deduct one star for the mediocre service and inconsistent food prep. Our meals were coming out one by one which made it awkward when trying to eat together. Our server didn't offer refills on our drinks , and didn't bring us utensils -until we asked for them. I will be back to try more menu items , and enjoy a cold beer while watching the game.

Our server, Jen, was also acting as host and bartender, and she handled it all impressively as the restaurant started to fill up.
