We were staying at the Best Western near the Fresno Airport. We had just drove in from Alamo, CA. That is some drive. I needed a beer, and some pizza. Summer Fox was the closest option. I've been to Summer Fox quite a bit and haven't had a bad beer yet. Doesn't matter what style I'm in the mood for, they have it and it's good. The taproom has a fun, social energy to it, and the pinball machines are a great touch. Easy place to grab a few beers with friends and stick around longer than you planned. read more

I've been coming here for a year now (not as much as I want to though) and it's still great! Staff is nice. The place is always clean. Tuesdays are bingo nights. This was my 2nd time and I think it's going to be a monthly thing we do. The ambiance is fun. Beer is good. I tried the day cay coconut ale. If you love coconut this is for you! The coconut taste is strong. We love viva la lager loca. So smooth to drink. Def one of my fav beer spots. read more

Summer Fox has become my go to brewery / hangout spot in clovis hands down. I love the environment, beers excellent and most importantly the Staff and their service is top notch. Harley especially is a great BeerTender, Super easy to talk to and always offers suggestions. She also makes efforts to remember and engage with all her customers. Recommend this place 10/10. read more

Stopped in on the taps and tacos bus. Enjoyed the beer we had along with the tacos and pretzels. Think they were a little overwhelmed with the crowd. Would like to check it out when it doesn't have a full bus of people being dumped at the bar. read more

I had heard about this place for a while and finally scheduled it with some friends to come here. The place isn't what I what I expected, it being in a shopping type of center, but it was really big and pretty chill inside. We did come when they had karaoke and we had our try at a couple of songs, that was fun. The beer, I would say is ok. We are super fans of IPA's and usually I don't have a hurt stomach or headache after a couple, but I did get a headache by the end of our night here. read more

Summer Fox is a fun place! I've been twice-once during the Tacos and Taps event and once for line dancing on a Wednesday night. They also offer half off wine on Wednesdays (so $5 a glass!). Their beer is delicious. The staff has seemed overwhelmed both times I've been. They are very nice and are working really hard. Not sure if they were short staffed because of call outs or staffing issues or if that's a usual thing. They have a good food menu with various options like nachos, pretzels and pizza. It's not a large venue but I've never had an issue getting a table. Will definitely be returning! read more

Beer was super good, but I stood to wait to get a second round and a small young waitress looked at me three times waiting for a beer before the blonde waitress saw me and came right over. The owner was very attentive but not... I know that sounds real but he was hanging out with a large group instead of noticing me standing there with three different employees not waiting to serve us. This was a great experience. The beers were great. The star of the show is the nachos. We got the order with shredded beef, as the bartender suggested. The shredded beef was tender and a little salty. The chips were crisp. The queso was drizzled over the chips before the other toppings and was great. The salsa was tangy but not spicy at all. Finally, it's topped with shredded cabbage. The cabbage adds a freshness and a touch of sweet. We came for the beer. I only had the brown ale. I saw several others I'd like to try. So, I will definitely be back. I also want to go to the mothership taphouse on Santa Fe. I was told that location can pack up beers in growlers and cans. read more

We came here on a rainy Saturday and we loved it ! This is a smaller brewery with great beers. I had the Joytone and the bine breaker. Both beers were amazing IPA's. The Bine breaker was a great clean west coast IPA and I loved the east coast IPA joytone. The service was incredible. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Also, it was a small family friendly brewery which scores points in my book. My only knock was the pizza was so so. But if you are wanting a solid beer give Summer Fox a try. read more

Cheers to new craft beer in Clovis! Been a fan of Amalgamation-now Summer Fox-for awhile and was so happy they opened a 2nd location ! We checked it out last Sunday afternoon-great space! Very open-bar seating and tables. They had the SF Giants baseball game on. So many beers to choose from. Can't wait to go back and have some of their awesome pulled pork nachos and beer. read more

We went here on Saturday night and the service was awful! The place was not very busy, but the 3 girls attending the bar were so bad! None of them were checking on customers and when we tried to pay our bill, we were totally ignored because the servers were snubbing their paying customers! We physically held up our debit card trying to get their attention and pay, but was ignored! We will not be returning until they get servers who really want to work! read more

During the crisis, you have to sit outside of course, but no problem. They've got a lot of tables on the patio, where you get a great view of the downtown area. So there I was, relaxing with a wonderful plate of street tacos, and a beer in hand, watching the beautiful downtown Clovis area. On my visit today I ordered a Pilsner and paired it with fish tacos. Yes, the pilsner was good, but I expected that. The two fish tacos surprise me. They are actually quite large. They're made in a little different style than I'm used to. The tortillas are actually more crunchy, with crunchy fish, of course, as well as cabbage and a mild sauce. It also includes slices of lime. It doesn't get any better than this folks. So all around, a wonderful visit. One of my favorite breweries, in one of my favorite towns.

Honestly, Livingstones is one of those places we like to stop by when we're in the Tower District, even if we're just there to have a drink and hang out. Now the beer - it's really good. We've only tasted IPAs so far because those are our fave and each visit, they have something new. Most recent visit I tried the Bees Deep, which had the perfect taste of honey - without being sweet at all. I'm looking forward to trying more beers here for a long time - much success to this brewing company!
