    Sambal Lamb

Inchin's Bamboo Garden shines in service and hospitality. The staff was extremely attentive where our drinks were always full, and dishes flowed smoothly from appetizers to entrees to dessert. The American Salt & Pepper Corn stood out: a fun, flavorful twist on corn kernels infused with Chinese flavors. The Sambal Lamb was tender and well cooked, though on the salty side and very similar in flavor to the Chicken 65 appetizer. For our party of 20, the restaurant generously treated us to several Lava Cakes with ice cream on the house, which was a much-appreciated gesture. Strong service, mild flavors, and great generosity.

First time dining here, I have always had take out. We ordered some different dishes and it seemed like the only dishes we enjoyed were the Indian dishes. The other dishes were just not great. The side of white rice came stale crunchy as well. Our server was not really attentive and she was pretty slow. It was not a busy night so I am a little disappointed with the service. The place in the resturant was nice and clean, but the bathrooms where a whole other story. Just say, it can use a deep clean and walls had some um....crusty items stuck on it for a bit there as well. We got the gift cards from Costco to save a bit, and hope they can improve on cleanliness of bathroom and train the servers a bit more. I would recommend to here for the Indian food only and take out.

The food is incredible here! I have been twice now and the hot and sour soup is the best I have had as well as the chill garlic chicken noodles which are spicy but sooo good! I have eaten there once and had great service and have ordered to go which included the chicken chili wings which were delightful. Not sure why the reviews aren't better ..It's priced the same as other restaurants that specialize in Asian fusion in the area. I am a huge fan when working from Canyon Park!

While nothing was too bad about bamboo garden, not much stood out either. We went with the veggie samosa and garlic chili pasta which was recommended to us. The samosas were pretty big and had good texture and pretty decent filling with a good bbq like sauce. The garlic pasta wasn't quite as good though. The portion was great but I found myself wishing it had more vegetables for a textural improvement. If it had twice or three times as much vegetables it would have been pretty good. The sauce was decent but didn't stick out much either. The service was great with a staff member bringing water or checking on us constantly. Additionally the atmosphere was pretty great with pretty amazing paintings and good lighting. Overall the food was pretty middle of the road and didn't stand out but wasn't bad either.

The most authentic indo chinese food in the area! Highly recommend their dumpling platter. Chilli paneer and gobi Manchurian are pretty good too, hakka noodles could have been more saucy. Overall great service and decent ambience.

It was just ok. They have many vegetarian options and label them which is always appreciated. The chili garlic noodles were alright but not that exciting. The samosas were also just okay. It was a bit loud and the lighting wasn't my favorite. Service was great, and they were helpful with suggestions. If I went back I would get different things though.

This review is based on my takeout orders! Always heard great review about this place. but never dined in so far. Always preferred to takeout. Usually I do online order in advance and pick up later. Food was always nice! Zero complaints about the quality of it. First two occasions, everything seemed alright. The wait time was hardly 5 mins. Last time when I ordered the food the pick up experience was horrendous! I was supposed to pick up the food at 8.45pm. But I reached around 9pm. The food wasn't ready. I checked in at the front desk - they were quite busy assisting the dine in customers. They hardly cared about my question. After around 10 mins of wait, a lady walked out of the kitchen with food for an Uber Eats order. I explained that I was waiting for food for a while; she asked for the details and walked in to the kitchen. She walked out after some time and told me that they are working on the order - time was 9.10pm and the pick up time was 8.45pm! She mentioned that she was not sure how it was messed up. I had to wait for another 15+ minutes for my order to be available. Even after messing up the order - no apology from their side. They casually called my name and handed over the food! Tail end of the story - they messed up the order in a hurry. Ordered couple of Bowl size soups , they severed the cup size! Glad other items were accurate!

I need to update the review and give them four stars only instead of my previous five stars. I always order the Mongolian Beef and it's always good and sine tones it's great. However the white rice they provide is truly the worst. It's honestly just garbage. Old cold dry tasteless rice. Which ruins the whole dinner experience. I usually make my own jasmine rice at home when I pick up the beef dish ti go so I get to enjoy good rice to go with it but I forgot to do that tonight and I ended up eating that disgusting rice. They need to use a good quality rice and serve fresh warm rice at all time. This is the only problem in this place.

Food is great but service was slow. Can improve on the speed. Burnt chili garlic fried rice is the best!

I noticed that…read moreat 11:15, which is just 15 minutes after opening, that there were already four parties inside, including mine. When we had left just a few minutes shy of 12pm, the restaurant was full and there were a few parties waiting outside. The staff were very attentive and would immediately replenish our radish if we were low. The jjamppong and jjajangmyeon tasted fine, if anything the jjajangmyeon was a little sweet. The fried rice however (without the jjajang sauce) was pretty bland and a bit dry. I don't know if it's intentional because they give the sauce on the side but I'd like to have the rice taste good without the assistance of the sauce. Other than the bland and dry rice, my only other nitpick would be that the jjajangmyeon came out a lot later than the other dishes. Otherwise we paid around $117 (without tip), for five dishes and two appetizers, which I think is pretty good for this area.

I was expecting a noodle forward Korean place but it's a Chinese Korean fusion place. I struggle with fusion food.... The place was not busy on a Wednesday night and seated immediately with very quick and kind service throughout with very nice ladies! A little plate of pickled Daikon was immediate and oddly refilled before gone. No ban Chan here though which disappointed me! I can live on the little Korean pickled snacks! Menu is QR code. Very clean restaurant with ample parking. We ordered the beef and noodle soup and they were great at backing out the other seafood for me beyond prawns. We also got the pork cooked in a sauce with rice and a fried egg on top. Food came quite fast. The noodle dish was good but sort of spicy and very gochujang heavy. But I liked the broth. It didn't like me the next day. It was essentially a stir fried beef prawns and vegetables in a Kimchee soup style with basically large spaghetti noodles. I'm pretty sure most of this came from the chef store next door. Not fresh or unique noodles. I would order this again if I went there. The pork dish was really a very sweet gloppy mess with a nice mound of rice topped with a fried egg. We didn't eat much of this and took it home. Maybe my wife will eat the leftovers?? Overall I am generous here with 4 stars, mostly for service, and we are on the fence over returning again. Decent food but just not our "jamb". Ultimately we ate the leftover spaghetti soup (I felt ill after) but threw out most of the gloppy sweet pork dish and rice packed in a cardboard box that dried out! If you like the different home cooked Korean dishes instead of KBBQ you may like this place.

Wondering if the food was a fluke on our first visit we returned and oh boy, did these guys drop…read morethe ball. The food here is good and worth the drive if you are in the county, but I am dropping my review to 3 stars based on all the issues between both visits. On this visit, we came for dinner. Dinner specials are about 20% more than lunch. You certainly expect a larger portion and, in most cases, the dinners include an egg roll or BBQ pork or something to round out the meal. That was not the case here. Nope, this was just soup entrée and rice and the portion was not larger than the lunch portion. That was the first issue. The second was not having out water refilled, AGAIN. When we asked for water, the woman had an attitude and the customer waiting for his take out said, You, can grab a carafe from the cooler. I had seen them, but not only was one never offered to us, it should have been placed on the table for dine in. A reviewer called the Almond chicken weird. It's not weird, they just use the same process as the sweet and sour chicken instead or pounding out a breast. I've had it this way a few times and actually like it. Each piece is about the size of a Starbursts, but once battered, it puffs up to a fun size Snickers bar. The advantage is a fully coated, crisp piece of chicken. The downside is it's an illusion. It makes a small portion of chicken look like a full-size portion. That said, the chicken was good, well seasoned, battered and cooked perfectly. That same take out customer asked for hot oil, the same thing I asked for on my first trip, the lady reached down and grabbed him a tiny cup. Yes, the same thing we were told they don't have on our first trip. WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON HERE! The final issue was the soup. As mentioned in my initial review, the hot and sour was really good, but when I asked about another cup, I was told I had to buy another lunch. So this time, based on reviews, I tried the wonton soup. It was about $7 and it was in the same size cup as the lunch soup, so maybe 10 oz or even 8. It was packed with 4 wontons, it also had bamboo and carrots and another vegetable that may have been zucchini It was good, but not as good as the hot and sour and not worth the price. This is a $3 cup of soup, not a bowl, either lower the price or increase the portion. The food is an A, but the service is an F. They are inconsistent and since we have been the only dine in customer's on both trips, I guess all your take out people have a different experience. If this place was in our neighborhood, we would get take out, not dine in and we would be selective about what we order. I think the food is 5 star, but everything else is an issue. When you can't trust the people serving you, it's hard to fall in love with a place.
