Came in on a beautiful Saturday evening with a group of three people. It was quite busy but we were managed to be seated. Waiters and service was great. One of my buddies wanted to go there to see one of the girls there. HOWEVER, the food was not good. The food looked appetizing, but no flavor - all we tasted was chili and oil. Although the food came out relatively quick it was cold. Reasonable portions and prices that offers a vegetarian/vegan option for a upscale dining experience. Kung pao chicken and vegetable fried rice were good. chicken shashlic and garlic chicken were okay. Staff was 5/5 but food, naaah ! Bellevue outlet food is so much better than this one. This review is not for quality or taste of the food. Food is decent here. But please make sure you double check your bills before dropping your card. They will mostly mess-up with your bill and add the items you never ordered. It happened to me twice. (yeah, I was stupid not to check the bill second time and gave them an opportunity to cheat me second time). This happened in Aug-2018, from then I went this restaurant and complained about billing issue at-least 8 times. Only response I get is "Sorry for this issue. Manager is not here, I will have all the details needed and will report to him. Manager will contact you back". Even after 8 attempts, no one from Inchin's contacted me. I placed an order for pick up yesterday on Valentine's Day so I did expect it to be very very busy. Went in at 6:30pm Tuesday to place for pick up. The staff were so friendly, I could tell people were giving them a tough time on the counter and even so, best customer service throughout such a busy shift. I ordered the Shrimp Manchurian Dry, Kung Pao Chx & an order of their Paneer 14 I believe. She said it would take 45 minutes and since we lived close they would text me when done so I was able to go home and get some stuff done. They never sent a text but I got there about the 45 minute mark and picked it up. They were even busier when I got there to pick up but I only waited 5-10 minutes. The food was AMAZING! Worth the wait and while. The atmosphere was more then welcoming for everyone and anyone to come in. Wait time was expected and food was worth the wait! I would recommend making the waiting area a little larger for busier days as the line was out the door. But overall will be coming again! read more

Located in Canyon Park close to my place. Went in for lunch, having tried at Inchin's Redmond before I had a fair idea abt what to order and menu items. Ordered Fish with Hot-garlic sauce and it tasted good. Lunch comes with spring roll, soup and fried rice. I asked for chicken fried rice which was properly cooked and garnished. My wife order paneer with Manchurian sauce with veg fried rice. Overall a satisfying experience considering ours a fairly quick lunch. Will visit again soon for a dinner to try other items in the menu. Best part of it is tht it has very good seating capacity. read more

This time when I ordered it was different due to IBG have changed their recipe but manager went above and beyond to make sure I get what I used to like before to get same chana masala. This is a pathetic restaurant. There are some restaurant which we term as 'hit or miss' but Inchin bamboo has consistently proven themselves to be one of the worst. I ordered vegetarian food from there, they have the receipt with the correct order yet those guys managed to send the wrong order. When I spoke to them, they said they are busy. BELIEVE ME, they are never busy. I wanted a refund for the wrong order and the sucker on the call said, 'why do you need a refund'. Seems like he was a professional beggar. I went there. I sat at the bar. The Disney channel was on at the bar. I thought ok this is gross af. I finally ask for the remote and bar tender lady puts it on ufc . Good. This is a bar. I was ignored the majority of the time and this old dude who seemed really creepy to be honest, in fact let's just say for clarity sake he was a total creep and I could tell that he pays for sexual favors from the staff. I went in with 0 expectations since a lot of reviews weren't too great on Yelp. However I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quantity for the noodles was more than other locations we have tried - especially Bellevue DT one. We ordered Chili Garlic noodles with chicken, Street side chowmein noodles with chicken and the usual chili chicken gravy. Chili garlic noodles were the most flavor of all three dishes. Chowmein noodles were good but were more like hakka with mild savory flavor. But both the noodles together balanced each other's flavors really nicely. Chili chicken was a bit burnt to the taste but nevertheless good. It lacked a bit of tangy, spicy flavor that is typical at the Bellevue DT's location. Also, the gravy wasn't filled up till the brim of the box. Took off a star for this. Also, they didn't provide any sauces on the side or the fortune cookie that they usually provide. They are enrolled in the five star point system so if you visit them often, you can add up the points and then redeem them for free appetizer, soup or entrees ! We ordered to-go so didn't get much chance to check out the ambience but it looked really nice from outside. There wasn't much rush on a Saturday evening and we got our order ready when we got there within the time they told us it would be ready. It's about 5 mins from the Alderwood mall so one can shop at the mall and pick up some nice noodles from here on the way to home. Definitely visiting this location again ! Pricepoint is a bit high but definitely worth it. Came around $60 for three entrees with lots of leftovers for the next day. read more

My friend and I went here for lunch. We were wanting to try some place new that we haven't been to. We picked here. We were not very pleased with it. When we first got there we ordered a bottle of brut from the bar. We literally had to go over to the bar and show him what it was we were talking about and where they kept it. Then came ordering food. We ordered a stir fry with shrimp, spring rolls, and a beef dish. All three dishes were not good. The shrimp in the stir fry was rubbery and cold. The meat in the beef dish was so tough we couldn't chew it. Over all there was no flavor to any of the food. Looked and tasted very low quality, almost fast food like. Also, for the quality of the food it was very expensive. We often go out for lunch and there's normally a lunch menu that has smaller plates and options for a lower price. There wasn't one here. They have zero organization and completely screwed up my order and when I complained about it took no responsibility and instead were rude. When I called they to order took down my ph no wrong, then without checking on availability accepted my order and of course had no way to inform me ahead of my pickup time. During pickup they told me of 1 item that they couldn't serve, which I was fine with. However they didn't tell me about 2 other items they "forgot" to pack. Came to this place last week for the first time due to its convenience of being across the street from my office. Had a great experience with the sever I had, even though he was taking care of the entire building at the time. He was happy to let us watch the game we wanted while we enjoyed some excellent spirits. The food also was very tasty, I had the chicken 65 and lamb bulgogi and definitely plan to repeat. But for some reason they thought it perfect to add cut green chilli peppers (possibly raw thai green chilli peppers). This burnt my daughter's tongue like crazy. Unpardonable error. Everything is so freaking hot! I found the menu confusing and had a hard time finding something that sounded good. Hot & Sour soup is thick and almost black, Tom Yum was unrecognizable and only tasted of bitter lime... a lot of lime. Lettuce wraps came with iceberg lettuce leaves and chopped and diced veggie filling. (They were ok.) The Biryani rice was unremarkable and could have passed for pilaf. The sauce was very spicy and ruined it. Service was fine but the kitchen wasn't getting things out fast enough. Everything we ordered came one at a time with at least 10 minutes in between dishes. I ordered hot & sour soup, kung pao chicken, vegetable coins entree, and a kids veg hakka noodles... I am not even kidding, the only thing remotely okay was my kids noodles. I asked for "a vegetarian dish with something fried/crunchy inside" and the employee suggested the vegetable coin dish, it wasn't even remotely crunchy; there was nothing fried in it, and the coins were awful. The kung pao chicken was hardly spicy, the hot & sour soup had a tomato-like base. Trust me, I wanted to like this place, I talked about it for a few weeks, I had to talk people into going and was ready to love it... and by the end of the meal, we split my kids noodles and tossed out $50 worth of food. Firstly gratuity is typically charged for more than 6 people, and secondly we were actually 4 people and a 3 year old kid. On asking why the gratuity was added the waitress said "if you have a kid and THE KID EATS, then we will count them as a guest". I've been to Inchin's in Redmond many times and really like it and especially like their Mongolian beef, but the Bothell location was not the same. Some of their dishes were the same but the Mongolian beef was very underwhelming here and it's probably my favorite dish at the Redmond location.
