    Starting off with a Jarritos

I definitely enjoyed my meal! Came in after the flower show in the hour before closing and so glad I stopped in. An open kitchen which I always appreciate serving up fusion bowls, tacos and more. I had the seco bowl and the meat was so tender. They were out of white rice, but offered options to substitute it promptly. Grabbed a Jarrito and some plantains on the side too. Very cozy vibe, and the staff is so friendly. Stop by and give them a try, very extensive menu and food portions.

Stopped in here after the Flower Mart after hearing good things about it. The service was great and the staff were so friendly. I got the tacos and absolutely loved the Al pastor, steak, and chicken. The meat wasn't dry and it was so flavorful! I will be back!

This tiny gem is incredible!!! Just a couple of tables (I'm thinking most people do take-out) with the best Mexican and Peruvian food I've had in a very long time. My seafood dish was packed with shrimp, octopus, and squid and was absolutely delicious. My sister loved her chicken quesadilla, couldn't stop saying how good it was. Everything is authentic and homemade. The waitress was lovely; limited English but we made it work. If I lived in Baltimore I'd be there all the time.

Food is good and service is nice. Very small staff so when busy you have to give them time. I've had the empanadas and tacos both very flavorful. I also ordered the chicha morada which was new for me and I enjoyed it.

Our family was in Baltimore to see a concert last night and the restaurant we had tried to get a table at was full. We found this quaint little gem of a restaurant unexpectedly. We were all so pleasantly surprised by the delicious menu options and by the genuine, warm welcome we received! We came hungry and they did not disappoint! For starters I chose a few different empanadas and a basket of fries to give our family of 5 something to try while we waited for our main courses to be prepared. The empanadas were perfectly crispy, not greasy, and packed full of delicious flavors, they came with a few different dipping sauces to try ranging from mild to spicy. Main course we ordered quesadillas, a burrito and a shrimp vegetarian dish. All were served with more dipping sauces, pico & sour cream. The food was authentic, delicious and served hot by the owner. Such a lovely husband & wife team. There were no frills, the prices were fair and I noticed quite a few to-go orders take place while we dined. Drinks came in bottles & cans. The restaurant was very clean, even the tiny one person bathroom. We all loved the entire experience & were beyond stuffed when we left. You won't regret eating here. The artwork inside was fun to look at while we dined and again, the husband and wife preparing and serving the fresh made to order meals were welcoming, friendly and they gave us the feeling that we were part of their family while we there. I highly recommend. Thank you!

This hidden gem brings authentic Peruvian + Mexican dishes. The Chicken Saltado (Perú bowl) the tacos (I've had the shrimp, chicken, and Al pastor) , and the Quesadillas are as well. Everything is made to order. I want to try the sweet plantains next. The fries are good as well. The Cassava fries their house made sauces and drinks are delicious as well. Passion fruit and the jamaica house made juices

This new location is spacious, clean, and has great food. I got the quarter chicken platter with white meat, brussel sprouts, and yucca fries. Each platter comes with sides and each side looks so good you'll definitely have a hard time deciding. I also got some green sauce and white sauce too. The chicken was super flavorful, moist, and fell right off the bone. It was sooo good! The brussels had a surprising kick to them and were nice and tender. The yucca fries took an extra few minutes to come out since they were frying them up fresh for us and it was worth the wait! They have several locations but the food doesn't taste like a chain, if you know what I mean. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone craving some delicious Peruvian style chicken.

Oh and I also got plantains (which they initially forgot but thankfully I checked the bag before I left.) Bf liked his bowl. He's been here a couple of times before and always enjoys. This was my first time and might have to head on back to chipotle lol. Which sucks because I wanted authentic Hispanic food. The flavors were somewhat there. The plantain wasn't ripe!!! How does one fry unripe plantain :-( :-( :-( I might, key word MIGHT, try again.

But, Definitely check this place…read moreout... ordered myself the empanadas de verde (green plantain) and was surprised that they warmed up beautifully the next morning since I had gotten them to go after a 6 hours road trip to this place. Now I am wishing I would have grabbed more stuff to reheat and have the next day and/or gotten there with time to sit and enjoy the food but life, so here we are. Also ordered their fanesca as it is Holy Week... I will update when I warm that up and have it for lunch or dinner. One point on the fanesca they do not serve it with the little empanadas unfortunately or at least not with a to go order. Update: so I did have half of the fanesca for lunch, popped it in the microwave for 2:30 and it was piping hot and delicious! Had the 12 grains, cod, and came with the typical garnishes that I added to the top as I plated it at home. Fanesca!! Really good and with most of the typical garnishes: parsley, cheese, boiled egg, maduro (fried sweet plantain) and avocado. Just missing the small cheese flour empanadas as a garnish, but still amazing flavor! 10/10 The portion is plenty I am having the rest of it for dinner! Definitely give this place a shot if for nothing else the food as a to go option if you don't have the time or patience to look for parking.
