Adam and Sheena are the owner's and I have been with them for a few years now even before they had their own nail shop. They both do fantastic work. Adam is a perfectionist on his trade and always makes sure you are satisfied before leaving. Sheena has great skills and goes beyond her job to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Definitely recommend them for the pampering of your hands and feet. read more

So I'm waiting around for a technician to see me. And I've been coming here for awhile. Big mistake! You take care of your loyal clients. I waited over 40 mins while there are two girls working on one girl. How efficient is that. Never will be coming back to this place. Also the service is terrible. Not impressed. read more

Adam did a great job on my acrylic full set. And my nails are really hard to work with because of their shape.

Great place to go get a A pedicure and massage. The staff is excellent service and clean. Go and Thi and have her work on your feet. Love this place. I will return. read more

Absolutely disappointed, I have been going here on and off for a couple years every 3 weeks.. They were decent at the beginning but over the years the service began to be terrible. I decided to leave for a couple months and came back to try again because of the convenient location & my work schedule... When I came back Adam ,owner instantly called me out for leaving and gave me the most attitude, saying how i would be back cuz hes the best. But then arguing with other clients & myself, about nail shapes or certain things I wanted to get done. Which ive gotten that same shape that he claimed was not workable with my nails by his wife sheena. It was uncomfortable.. wont ever be going back. read more

Horrible gel manicure. Noisy. Uncomfortable chairs. Crowded into small space. These are the times that I wonder if businesses can manufacture their high reviews. read more

Was in town and decided to get a pedicure. Got seated about 30 minutes before closing. I don't remember the name of the girl helping me but she was very efficient. Also loved the massage chairs, it definitely helped release some soreness after a drive up from Seattle. I thought the pedicure was pretty solid and my feet felt and looked a lot better after it. Price was very reasonable as well. I believe $30CAD. Overall, not a bad place at all. I would definitely return here. read more

I Should've listened to the bad reviews. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. There are other way better nail salons in Vancouver. DONT waste your time here. Wasted money and time here for nothing. The nails are super thick, uneven and look cheap. My nails underneath were burning and stinging the whole time and that doesn't happen when I get my nails done. I have to wait for them to heal for 6 months now. The technician seemed like she can't even understand what I'm asking for AT ALL and seem inexperienced or just impatient It's like I was afraid to tell her exactly what I wanted cuz she was getting upset that she didn't understand what I was saying I had to repeat myself several times. They don't understand English fine, but don't have an attitude about it. I definitely won't come back and I don't recommend this place. read more

Adam did a beautiful job on colour selection and precision with shaping. For the price point(42$), the quality exceeded my expectations. I had a fill done in under an hour and the workmanship did not falter. I will be coming back here soon. read more

My nails... I got French acrylics. You can see where they put the extension. It's only been a week or so and its already lifting. I haven't done much this week. I wouldn't recommend this place. I've been to better places for 10-15$ cheaper. They charged me 55$. Last place I got them for 44$ and they lasted 1 month with barely any lifting till I went camping but I was really rough with time and they were great. I just can't see myself coming back here. Maybe it was just the person who did my nails. I don't know. read more

Pretty disappointed. Brought my aunt from Norway here to enjoy getting her nails done but left feeling quite the opposite. Poor technique had me wondering if she was actually a nail tech; although the shape turned out well, the tech left a lot of the acrylic resin on and around my actual finger and was very rough and was not careful or accurate with the tools. Although the paint colour itself was beautiful, there was quite a bit left on my finger as well. But I've never left my nail techs feeling pain in my fingers and stinging before until now. Getting this mess fixed at my nail tech here in Langley. read more

So I came to inail for a walk in because my other salon was booked, I go in and everything seemed to be fine I've had 5 sets of acrylic nails before this from the other nail salon I was going to and I haven't had a problem with them breaking or lifting until this set!!!! Both of my index nails are super broken because the lady who was doing my set put the acrylic on way too thick. It's been really painful and once I'm in Vancouver I'll be heading over to the spa to see if I can get a refund. read more

Got a great gel mani here! I walked in and was helped right away. Had a great time watching the Olympics with the girls!

All of the ladies were so sweet and funny and they took their time to make my nails look absolutely perfect. Amazing work!

This is actually one of the worst places to get your nails done. The owners get mad at you if you are a few minutes late, however they make you wait half an hour when you made an appointment. Also the continuous talking in a different language clearly about the patrons is rude. There is never any consistent service. Everytime I have had pedicure done, it's always a different experience . Some technicians don't massage, some don't use cuticle remover and would continue cutting your cuticles dry. I have had cuts because of this. Adam is very rude and never wants to follow what you would like to get done . He always tries to dissuade you from getting what you really want. Honestly, this is one of the worst nail place. Save your money and don't come here. I for sure never will. read more

I called in during my lunch break and they managed to fit me in later in the day. Adam was the one that did my nails. I always had a problem with my nail because they naturally curved down and it always made my nail look thick after I get acrylic/gel done. However, Adam knew that and he made sure that it would look as natural as possible. Adam always made sure I was comfortable and he was not hurting me during the process, I was out of there in an hour. This place has so many colours to choose from, it was hard to pick. Overall, I am very happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be returning. I would definitely recommend to others and their service is amazing! read more

Love my new nails... I don't get them done often so it wasn't nice to have them explain everything to me. Ended up looking great

Favourite nail salon I've been to. I always book in with Hilary for my shellac manicure and she does an amazing job. She's very meticulous and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and she's very sweet. I've had my shellac on for well over a month now and I have zero chips. Would highly recommend. read more

I just left this salon by far the best in Vancouver my nails are amazing and the staff was very nice. Totally in love with my nails.

I love this place! I got an acrylic set done, and the store was clean and organized. The staff are all very friendly, and they are very thorough in their work. My acrylics were perfect and I had no complaints! They really give so much attention to detail. This is the first time I've been 100% happy with a set of acrylics. read more

I've been coming to iNails for a few years now and highly recommended them. I tried out quite a few nail salons before sticking with iNails. Adam is great, he's very friendly, accommodating and does an excellent job on my acrylic nails. Service is quick and their prices are much more reasonable than some of the other salons in the area. Great colour selection too! read more

In the interest of fairness... perhaps this was just a bad day for them. I don't like to be too critical of people cuz everyone has off days... but ... I NEVER have enough money to spend on getting my nails done, and the day I went to iNail was supposed to be a fun Christmas date for my friend and I... and it was the worst salon experience I've ever had. - Unsanitary. Never once saw them wash their hands or clean their instruments between clients. - Booked in advance yet waited 45 minutes for service. My friend waited over an hour. - Ended up with an infection 4 days later (underneath my shellac). Ouch. - Literally got yelled at by one of the employees. Too frustrating to get into. - The employees were so rushed they made multiple mistakes. Wrong color on my friend. Started shaping my nails without asking the shape I wanted. Etc. - Watched the employees literally yell at another client for simply showing up for her appointment. Super inappropriate and awkward. - The chemical smell is incredibly overpowering - with no circulation or open windows. I worry about the people working in there! Good luck breathing during your appointment! Bottom line: There are salons in the city that manage their time better, train their employees to do their work properly, follow proper sanitation protocols, don't YELL at their clients - all for comparable prices. Don't waste your money here. read more

This place is the best! I came in to get an acrylic set done by another salon fixed. I do not remember the gentleman's name that did my nails but he was very knowledgeable. The work he did was amazing! I am going in for my fill today, 3.5 weeks after and had no issues with my nails. I got so many complements over the last few weeks (opted for a rose gold gel that was perfect for the holidays) read more

I walked in the door and just about passed out from the strong chemical smell. Had to leave. This place really needs some ventilation.

I am visiting from California and decided I wanted to get my nails done - new full set. I found good reviews on iNail when looking online and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did! I was a walk in and Sheana took me right away. She did an AMAZING job on my nails. I wish I lived closer so I could have her do my nails all time..... I highly recommend her if you live in Vancouver! read more

*BEWARE!* If I could rate this place lower I would. Untrained staff, limited English which isn't a problem but a little tricky when they can't understand "french manicure, keep the white strip thin". Misunderstandings happen, absolutely no problem. But, when their error couldn't be corrected due to a lack of skill set and we asked for a discount two aggressive managers began to demand payment and tell us the error was our fault. read more

Just had a pedicure and shellac mani today and had an awesome experience! My feet feel and look soft and amazing. As for my hands, I was blown away. I brought in a picture from Pinterest of some intricate nail art I wanted for my upcoming vacation and the girls were amazing in replicating the look EXACTLY! The only thing was I felt the price overall was a bit on the high side and the mani was solely focused on the nails as opposed to the whole hand (no lotion or massage etc). However the compliments I've already received in one evening are worth it! Thanks again :-) read more

This place is a factory. Not very spa like at all. Any place that cuts someone's cuticles and makes them bleed is an automatic out in my books. Also the don't clean their foot baths after every use. Not for me read more

They greet you as soon as you go in even when they are busy. I had Melissa work on my nails and she recommended me popular colours. She was quick but at the same time made sure my nails were painted evenly. Did a great job =) would definitely go back to her. And the prices are great! read more

I never write reviews but unfortunately today I dealt with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever come across. I would say this was probably my 8th visit to inails. Quiet Sunday until I'm guessing a regular came in. She was dancing around the studio digging for compliments on how "beautiful" she was. Very sad as she looked in her early 30's. She continued to sadly dance around and speak extremely loud to get the rooms attention. I just brushed it off as I was on my phone replying to work emails with one hand and my tech working on the other. This woman was so angry that I wasn't playing along with her "beautiful" game she started cracking jokes about my weight. It really didn't bother me as I'm quiet secure with myself BUT 3 of the staff members started laughing at the jokes and looked at me waiting for me to respond. I just simply shot her a dirty look and half laughed. Again with how desperate this woman was to get attention I really didn't care it was just how the staff played along. COMPLETELY unprofessional and rude. . It's sad as I live and work a few blocks from the studio and come in with coworkers. I'll be heading back to Varnish from now on, something this unprofessional would have never happened and the professional service is well worth the extra $10 charge. read more

Wonderful service, Adam & Cindy are the best!! gel manicure and pedicure came out great! Will be back again :) super fast wifi is always a plus. Loved it! read more

Adam is one of the best nail technicians Vancouver has. He will do anything your heart desires with great patience and accuracy - a true perfectionist. The spa itself is brand new, very clean, and very pretty! I've never had a set of nails done by Adam that didn't get complimented daily. Highly, highly recommend going here! read more

They're good with getting you in on short notice and lots of options. Have gone here a few times and usually get acrylic which is usually pretty good quality. A few days ago I went in for a shellac manicure, the lady (didn't get her name) made me bleed from being to rough, but nails ended up looking nice so I didn't care too much. But my nails started chipping the NEXT DAY. It's been 3 days now and half of my nails are chipped!! read more

I have gone to this salon a few times over the past year out of convenience. Although Sheena does do good work sometimes it isn't consistent. The last shellac didn't hold at all. The previous time I had problems with the quality of the work they charged me to fix it so I didn't go back for several months. Convenience drove me back but I'm done as they have now outright refused to fix it. As I say it hasn't been a great experience overall. You are often left waiting even with an appointment because they over-book and there is quite a staff turn-over. read more

I was a walk in and was welcomed and seated right away! Everyone was really nice and listened to exactly what I wanted. They did and amazing job! They also have free wifi which was really nice. It was $40 for a mani/pedi and I thought it was worth it :) read more

Liked coming to this place, went a few times and thought I found my spot that wasn't to expensive, nails lasted fairly long and it was easy to get to, especially living downtown. I got my last fill and within a week 4 nails broke off. I called to inquire about what could be done and was told $20 to have the nails fixed. Unfortunately I won't be going back here as my nails shouldn't be snapping off especially only doing day to day things. I always can last 3.5-4 weeks before my next fill. Now I'm off to another place to fix this and pay for a whole new set after I already spent $45 a week ago. read more

Consistently great customer service and amazing nails each appointment! I've been going here for over a year and getting acrylic set/fill every 2-3 weeks. I have never had a problem with my nails and I work with my hands with a lot of water exposure to my nails. I've never had them break or the polish chip. I'm a loyal customer and always suggest people to go to Sheena or Adam for their nails read more

This is my go to nail salon. They do such a perfect job every time. Thank you to Adam, Sheena, and Cindy for being professional and doing an immaculate job every visit read more

I came here as a last resort, as both my nail places were fully booked and I managed to break two nails (I'm really rough with them), so needed to repair immediately. I had been once before and wasn't impressed with the service, but thought I'd give it another chance. BIG MISTAKE. The girls were nice-enough, but Adam was SO rude and unprofessional. He did nothing but complain about how my nails were previously done... and when I say complain I mean make rude comments on each and every nail. No joke. I felt so uncomfortable! When he was done repairing the two nails, he literally tossed my hands back at me and called upon someone else to finish up with the gel-polish. The finished product was fine, but between the rude service, the very apparent rush to pick a colour and get out I would never go back. Whilst sitting there a customer behind me was speaking to one of the girls about what time they had agreed upon for her appointment... this resulted in the employee fully aruging with the girl and the entire salon turning to look in disbelief. So so unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. read more
