iNail Spa - Natural nail with shellac with ballerina shape. - Nail Salons Near Me - Vancouver, British Columbia

I was really impressed with my visit to iNail Spa. I walked in as I was in the area and they quickly took me in even though they were busy. When I saw the prices I was a little skeptical about their services as they are definitely on the lower end of the scale. Boy was I wrong! I had the most wonderful shellac pedicure. The nail technician was so attentive, friendly & did not make me feel rushed whatsoever. What I also loved was that unlike many other nail salons, they had so many nail techs working there. And they were all extremely friendly & accommodating. Definitely recommend! read more

This is one of the rudest nail salons I've been to. I went in to get a gel nail change and they are SO rude to customers. The woman who signed me in when I first got there rudely asked me to sanitize my hands, then wait in one area, then go to the bathroom to wash my hands. Once I said down, she was so rough with my hands... I wasn't even moving and she would complain asking me to stop moving my hand ! Then she would yank my hand closer to her ..... while there's this massive plexiglass window in between us. The quality of their work also sucked. Never going back Spend your money elsewhere- read more

I am putting 5 stars because I want you too see this review!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! My nails were bumpy and so out of shape.. I asked for thicker acrylic so my LONG nails won't break and the girl put such a nasty, thick coat of the gelish gel to make it look thicker. EVERYONE THERE PRETENDS TO NOT UNDERSTAND/ SPEAK ENGLISH, so you can't even really explain what you want them to fix or do. Horrible service and management! NEVER GOING BACK! read more

My first pedicure in Canada and I'm so impressed. She took a long time and made my nails look great. Very cute place and staff is nice.

I walked in and was helped by Adam. He was polite and attentive to my comfort and expectations. He always checked if I felt comfortable with the buffing and if I was happy with the progress of my nails. When him and his workers spoke in vietnamese, he apologized and assured that they were just talking casually to each other. The price is reasonable for such great quality work. I will definitely come back and start to do my nails more regularly. read more

The Best! You must go, you will not be disappointed! I get my nails done often. I've also jumped around and tried my fair share of nail salons. I've found some decent nail techs around and have had ok results. I'm nice and easy going about my nails while, getting them done(unless they are hurting me) but secretly I'm very picky. Sheena is amazing, she does my nails exactly how I like. Everything is perfect...the application of acrylic, the colour application and the shape is always on point. No crooked nails, no lifting, no aggressive drilling. The most important thing here ladies is the health of your real nails while having them look good consistently. They are a newer salon, I almost didn't want to write a review because I would like to get in at my convenience but how selfish would that be! I usually bring a design I want done and I've always left very happy with my nails. I'm done jumping around! I love Inails! read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Came here a few weeks ago to get a set of acrylics before I went on vacation. At first I was satisfied with how they looked, and the man who did my nails kept assuring me they were "quality nails" and would not break easily. Fast forward a week later after returning from vacation and I already had 5 of them break in half. Keep in mind I was on vacation and was not stressing my nails or putting any unnessesary force on them. I gave them a call and explained my situation to them, they said I could come in and they would fix the broken nails for me and scheduled me in for later that day. After work I went down to the salon (after another one broke during my first day back at work in a retail clothing store) and was sat down with the same man who originally did my nails. Immediately he said "No, we are charging you to repair these, clearly you have been stressing your nails too much because my work is quality". I explained how that is not possible because I had been on vacation for the past week, and normally a set of nails lasts longer than 3 weeks for me without any breaking. He just kept refusing to fix them. I left angry, and once I got home sent the business both a Facebook message and an email explaining my situation, hoping for some sort of resolution, if not just to get them removed. I received no response, in fact my Facebook message to their page was marked as 'read' shortly after I sent it, and I never got a response. I can't believe this business would care so little for the satisfaction of their clients. Avoid this place; save your money and a headache. read more

Was in town for the weekend and went in for a simple manicure. It started off ok, but quickly went downhill. The girl (I didn't catch her name) cut my finger and it was bleeding. What did she do? She dunked it in water and then poured alcohol on it! It continued to bleed, and I actually had to ask her to remove the blood before putting polish on the nails. A day later -- and despite every effort to keep the cut clean -- my finger is inflamed and I'm trying to prevent an infection. She also tried to use an electric file on the surface of my nails (like the one used on acrylic nails), and I had to stop her. This was one of the worst manicure experiences I've ever had, and I should've refused to pay. read more

Ive had mostly good nails from this salon. If you want amazing nails everytime asked for the GUY. I can't remember his name but a part of me wants to say adam? Anyways his nails are brilliant! I also like this place because they do alot of nail art. I feel like with other places they hate doing nail art and arent good at it. I feel very comfortable bringing in a photo to have them replicate. Their eyebrow waxing is good as well. read more

I walked in on a Sunday at lunchtime. The spa was busy but I was seen to in less than 10 minutes. The technician was a little rough, but I have very thin nails so that's on me. My technician was super efficient and two weeks later there is not a single crack or lift. It's lasted so well and I should get three weeks from this manicure. Which is rare for me. I would visit more regularly, but I was visiting from Chicago. read more

I've been coming here since about Jan 2017. The first time I called to make an appointment. I believe Sheena saw me. She was spectacular! I loved the shape, the colour. She worked fast but not too fast that she missed anything. Next time I went for a pedicure and a manicure. Melissa worked on my nails this time. She was great too! I use gel nail polish. It lasted 3 weeks. No chips and still shiny! My latest visit I went to Hillary. She was very sweet and helped my decide if the colour I chose suited my skin. She shaped them perfectly. I keep my nails at active length due to all the typing I do. I'll keep coming back and tell people about them :) read more

Decided to try this place as it's close to home and it was a great decision! I'd previously been to Yaletown Nails spa and was underwhelmed with the service and quality of work. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the owner? Alan? Adam? Very polite and friendly got me seated and comfortable right away. Kim was my nail technician and she was great, friendly and did a phenomenal job on my nails. I was really happy that she was paying so much attention to detail. Over all the whole appointment went flawlessly and I will definitely be back especially knowing with both yaletown and this place having roughly the same prices, iNail spa definitely is the better choice! Thanks again guys! read more

Go anywhere else but here. Adam is the most unprofessional human I have ever met. From the second he started my nails, he was aggressively complaining about how I better be careful when I leave because they won't fix my nails if they break. I feel like he thought I was someone who may have kept going back or something. He threw all sorts of examples like I better not break my nails because of my dog and come to get it fixed and that they are not in control of what I do when I exit the doors so to not come back. His rudemess and level of disrespect actually goes well beyond that but I will save the rest to avoid an extremely long post. Eventually I told him he didn't have to do my nails if he didn't want to and explained that I had requested him but that if he didn't want to do my nails, he shouldn't feel forced and that I felt he had been attacking me from the moment he sat down. He rolled his eyes then got up and said he wouldn't do my nails and that I'd be waiting a long time since everyone was busy. He stopped doing my nails at 630 and I sat there until 8 which was 45 minutes after being done my pedicure for someone to finally work on my hands. I came in at 6 and left at 9:05...NEVER again. There are way too many good salons out there competing against one another - if your staff doesn't have common sense to treat a customer with a basic level of respect, I will never return and make sure all my friends and family know how awful Adam was. On a brighter note, the 2 girls who actually did my nails were good so kudos to them. I did try and phone them to inform them personally of the issue instead of resorting to a negative a review however it seems that the name of the manager they gave me may have been fake because I just phoned and 'Vi' said I had the wrong number and when I asked to speak to the manager, she asked who I am and why I'm calling then said they aren't in and didn't know when they'll be back and kept asking who I am... read more

I saw on their window that they had the eyebrow service for only $10. So one day I walked in after work. As soon as I walked in, a lady closest to the door who was working on a person's nail looked up and asked how she could help me. I told her if I could have my eyebrows threaded as a drop-in. She looked at the clock and said 'we're busy right now.' So I asked, 'that's a no then?' and she nodded. She didn't bother to say when to return or make an appointment by phone, or anything. I shrugged and left. They were always busy when I walked by everyday, so I guess they don't need more business. read more

I hardly write reviews, but I am appalled by the amount of great reviews given for this place. I wanted to find a nail salon in downtown so that I could go to one right after work or during lunch breaks. Like any other yelper, I checked reviews and found this place to have rave reviews. Overall experience: worst customer service and treatment I have ever got. Pros: huge variety of color selection My friend had called in and booked an appointment for us for pedis and her acrylic nail filling. I reach there on time and they made us wait for 15minutes before even telling us to go select a polish color. When I entered, I asked them if they could even do my manicure and they said yes. However, during my pedicure, the lady who was doing my friend's nails bluntly told me that I will have to wait an extra 35mins if I want to get my manicure. Fair enough that I didn't make an appointment and they are busy, but why tell me initially that it is ok and then be rude and refuse me a service. Now regarding the pedicure treatment: The water was cold, we told them few times but they just ignored. I must have dipped my feet for merely 3-5minutes before the girl started buffing them. She started clipping my nails and never have I got hurt by someone clipping and filing my nails like I did this time. The only good thing of the pedicure was the massage she gave and how she applied the polish. My friend told her lady that her feet were still little rough and if she could buff it more or use a razor, the first thing the lady said was that her feet are cracked and nothing can be done(well isn't that why we go for pedis). But this is the most disgusting and shocking part (which we realised later), my lady gave her the razor tool she used on me and used it on her. They did not even sterlize it and used it right away. That makes me wonder how frequently do they do this. Last but not least, our feet were pretty dry within an hour. I do not remember if they put lotion or cream but never have I felt my feet being so dry and rough after a pedicure. Oh and they do not even offer water or tea unlike all other places I have been to. If you are looking for a place that offers you a relaxed and great pedicure, this is not the place to visit. read more

***Nice place and I will return*** but I have to share this in the hopes that all the ladies know what they sign up for. The staff and service is excellent. I went for a mani pedi which was $40 on the sign outside. The moment I am on the chair, I was asked to pick a colour from the box. The selection is great! Then after waiting 30 minutes they start working on me. I also had a lady beside me that came in for the same service after me. I noticed some things a little while into it. I was asked something like "shellac?" So I said yes. I know I agree I shouldn't have said yes without knowing so big mistake. The lady beside me got a longer massage and even a foot mask which I didn't get at all. One of my feet was worked on for only 30 seconds for massage. I was already disappointed. I felt rushed through the process and in the end find out I am paying $90! Yes ladies! I was in shock and figured out what I had said yes to. By the time I left, the other lady was still in the chair being worked on. So needless to say, just watch what you agree to and whether you get staff that does a thorough job. read more

Booked an appointment with Sheena as I heard great things about her from other reviews. I got a full set of acrylics done. She worked fast which was a little unsettling at first because it felt rushed, but when I looked down at my nails and saw how perfectly shaped they were, I realized that she's done this a million times and knows her stuff! I was super happy with my new nails and I am definitely coming back for future nail appointments. read more

Love this place, Tina had done my nails for years and she is great. If your looking for a place to do ur nails. This is the place to go!

Used to go there all the time, but recently my nail tech went side ways, first refused to do design referring to lack of time, additional cost and etc, then she tried to pass me over to her "friend", she was also good and i didn't mind...another time with a different friend was horrible, i literally had to file my nails myself in front of her...anyways after some time i got an impression that she's ready to lose old devoted clients when chasing new ones ...the quality of service went down, so i'd not suggest this place, they never have "enough" time for you read more
