I have been coming to Instyle nails for about 4 years now, i have witnessed them be rude and disrespectful to other customers, but today the lady who did my pedicure was extremely rude to me because she moved my feet roughly and it hit her hand, she gave me the dirtiest look and then continue to tell me stuff, and the rest of the workers laughed. she then continue to say stuff about me but in her language thinking I wouldnt understand... I come here often, so if you dont think of treating a customer who comes constantly and always recommends your works to others, then you guys need to hire new workers. worse customer service I have experienced, really disappointed. read more

Always come out of here smiling. I pamper myself twice a month with an Ultimate pedicure and Ultimate full set. Jay and Two have yet to let me down. From dipping powder, coffin shape, short nails, long nails, jewels, designs, the whole shabanggggg. Feels good to be able to count on a facility/business. It's always hard to find a location that's consistent. Luckily I came here in November and I love coming back. Every other week my full set is fresh. I came here with my sisters recommendation and so disappointed. The nail tech i sat with literally made my nails the way he wanted. I kept telling him how I wanted them and he would just insist in his way. He also didn't even file down my nails and look very thick. I won't. Be coming back here. read more

The girl at the front desk has always been rude, & usually I let it go because I love my nail tech Tom / Tien. Unfortunately I won't be coming here anymore due to her lack of customer service. She is so unorganized, rude & doesn't value any of the customers. She doesn't update you or give you options- she will literally let you sign in and not tell you that there's 5 people ahead of you waiting for the same nail tech. ( more than a 3 hour wait ) It's ridiculous. I signed in for a fill & a pedicure. When I asked, she told me there were 5 people ahead of me. I said ok I'll take the first available. My daughter is getting her nails done so I'm not paying much attention but then I notice that someone who came in after me is getting her pedicure before me. So I ask what's going on and she said oh aren't you waiting for nails ? I said yes and a pedicure but I told you that I'll go to the next available nail tech. She said oh well you didn't cross the nail techs name off. Im sorry - why is that my job to update your client list ?? Coming here every two weeks and spending $150 + doesn't matter to her. Her attitude is ugly and it sucks for her staff who will lose loyal clients due to her lack of basic customer service skills. read more

Over the span of three days, I visited the salon three times. I kept returning so they could fix the rhinestones that kept falling off. After the second time I returned, I asked to purchase a few stones for replacement, so I didn't have to return in the case that more rhinestones come off. They said no. 2 hours later more rhinestones continued to fall. I returned for a third time. I requested that all the rhinestones be removed. They suggested i just add the missing rhinestones. Very reluctantly they replaced the stones. By far this is the worse service I have ever received. I am a very qualified business woman; I have one piece of advice for you, In Style. If you do not have the manpower to sustain an expansion, don't expand. read more

I came here because I thought it was clean and it's nice. The service is mediocre what can you expect... I went to go get a pedicure the person that did it didn't took her time to scrub or anything. The end result was okay my feet didn't feel soft or pampered. The polish was pretty nice. A day later my toe felt sore the next day pus was coming out of my toe!!!! I was so disturbed! such a disappointment. Was looking forward to doing my nails for months, I came today with my two sisters first thing I noticed was how expensive it has gotten. My nail guy did do a good job but just thought it was overly priced but didn't mind. However my sister and I were done and have paid already we were just waiting for our third sister to get her nails done. An hour and a half later they finished her and she went to pay keep in mind me and my other sister had paid for our services already but the receptionist looks at my sister and tells her oh the lady who did your nails is short $10 and she miscalculated her price my sister didn't say anything only stayed confused and gave her the money. However i question it since we still waited an hour and a half for my other sister why didn't anyone come informing us about it. Why wait until we are out the door to bring it up we sat in the back along with my sister as she got her nails done the lady that miscalculated my others sisters mani pedi literally sat next to us and even took a nap never mentioning anything to us. The receptionist then tells me oh I just found out and just wanted to ask to see if she would pay the difference. I explained that was unprofessional and weird since they literally waited till last minute to bring it up. However my sister had payed the difference. We then left and it didn't sit right with me my sister doesn't like confrontations but what sent me over was that on top of what she paid she gave her a ten dollar tip if it was their mistake why not take the tip and pay the difference because if it would have been any other customer they would have left and would have been short 10 dollars. So i call and tell them hey this didn't sit right with me specifically because she tipped 10 dollars and still was charged another ten after paying for her mani pedi. The receptionist was trying to go around it and finally said she would refund the 10 dollars since she didn't know about the tip. But when we got there it gave us the impression that the lady didn't miscalculated the price but rather the receptionist was trying to pull a fast one. I been coming here since they first opened always came twice a month. After this I will not be coming here. Please be cautious to the amount u pay and how much they quote your price. This place looks beautiful but is completely unprofessional and their work is sloppy. I went in to get a fill. Tom did not completely file away chrome polish that I had previously. And dust particles are all in my nails, as well as the line of my previous nails, it's completely visible. I ended up paying 30 for my "ombré" nails. He did not let me know of the extra charge. It was 25 for the supposed ombré and a mysterious 5 dollar charge. 100% do NOT recommend. If you want amazing nails, I recommend the instyle on Rosecrans 100%. read more

Nothing special about this place, you don't pay for quality or skill here! Their work is honestly subpar and overpriced, the decor and modernness of the salon is what allows them to hike up their prices. The wait is usually about an hour no matter what day or time you go and the less then helpful receptionist is the icing on the cake. Today I decided to come in and I've tried 3 different nail techs (wasn't impressed with any of them) so from the beginning I told her I wanted someone who could do nail shapes well and she decided to respond with "oh you need to come Tuesday for Tran (I believe that's the name she used) now I was very shocked by that response and asked her "are you telling me that no one here today can do nails well?" And she said "no, sorry" I mean come on really? I know she was just trying to be a smart ass and since the salon was very crowded she could have cared less if I stayed but how ridiculous and unprofessional. I definitely won't be returning and just FYI fellow yelpers the receptionist thinks all of the nail techs (other then Tran) do terrible work lol read more

I am so disappointed I am never coming to this nail salon ever! I went in today for a full set ombré and it took TWO HOURS. I don't think the guy who did my nails knew what he was doing, he looked annoyed at having to do my nails kept shaking his head and talking to the other techs about my design. He had to pass me over to another tech to do some 3D work and they tried to discourage me with the price because they didn't want to do it. I then told her it was ok and she started talking in her language and I knew whey were talking about me because they all turned to look at my nails and nodding their heads. I then told her to forget the 3D nails and just place Stones on my nails since they were having so much trouble doing a design she made a face and said yea because this design will take longer, (I mean I'm paying for the service so why does that even matter to her) and continued to talk about me to the other techs next to her. When I went to pay the lady at the door had an attitude! I asked about the 10$ coupon and she answered in a rude tone so I just paid full price and took off.
