A week later called me and said replaced bushings but needs new bridge and will have to order the part that'll be $200. Another week or so goes buy and they say glasses are ready. I went in to pick them up and the problem wasn't solved. The arms/legs of the glasses were still loose and charged me $200 and did not document what they replaced or fixed. I indicated that they didn't solve the problem and was not happy. They said glasses were fine as they replaced the bridge. I asked them if they did a full assessment of the glasses, and they "said" they replaced the bridge. I said I cannot wear them because they are loose and still flimsy. How do you charge someone but don't fix the problem? I will be filing with the better business bureau especially since I'm a senior. Very Dissatisfied Customer.

Recently went to pick up glasses and and sun glasses. I could not see out of the lenses, pain in my eyes when wearing and the sunglasses seemed wavy so could not wear them either. I wanted to return both pair, but they would not give me a refund for the lenses! Only refunded me for the frames. Even when I could not see out of them. I called them a day after wearing g the glasses, but had to see dr before they would let me return them. I had them for a week and tried to wear them. I had been to another eye dr about a year ago, and when the glasses didn't work, they refunded in full. I guess with a new office, they need the money..... CRAZY that they won't refund a customers money when the glasses do not work!!!! They lost a long time customer. This is not the same place I have been going to for years.
