While staff is super friendly, the food fell kinda short. Got their normal fried, vanilla milkshake and some burgers. My patty was dry, which would be fine with the amount of sauce on it but it was just my toasted buns.. they were toooo charred to where it tasted burnt :( I had to scrape/scratch off the burnt parts to make it okay to eat. But it tasted like a burger patty between a crunchy chip because of how toasted it was. Fries were kinda mid- they tasted fine tipped with tons of ketchup or my milkshake.. but I'm not entirely convinced I want to come back to this location. It was super packed, parking was hard to find and just getting a seat inside was difficult. It is a more popular location to stop into so it makes sense, but now that there's a few more locations, I wonder if this will help this particular location not be too crowded/busy.

I drove over an hour to In-N-Out Burger Kaiser Station with one mission: try the mustard-fried Flying Dutchman. After all that buildup... major disappointment. The Flying Dutchman came out greasy, with half-melted cheese that felt more sloppy than satisfying. Not that clean, fresh melt you expect just kind of... heavy and off. Definitely not worth the hype on its own. And the fries? Cold. Not even warm. No crisp, no life just sad potatoes after a long drive. That's the kind of thing that'll take the wind right out of your sails. Service was decent and the place was moving fine, but overall, this just wasn't a good experience. After driving that far, I expected way better. I can't say enough about haven fresh food , hot food , not cold !!

Food was just okay. For me personally It was nothing special. Would I buy it again yes, but would I go out of my way to get it No! Service was fast and staff were helpful and nice. Ambience was your typical fast food place. It can get crowned in there so plan accordingly.

I love IN-N-OUT. I drive 1.5 hours roundtrip for you...but for the love of God...why, after 6 years of being open, do I still wait 1 hour in the drive thru for my food???? I thought after 6 months, 1 year even...with the slowing economy, increased prices, and the novelty has all worn off you will not be so popular, but goodness....6 years in and on a busy Saturday night at 6 PM it was ONE HOUR from entering the line to getting the food! Do you need more workers, a bigger kitchen, a warning sign like at Disney when they tell you it will be an hour?? I don't know. Still, with all that complaining...darn you...you made my mustard grilled double double with whole grilled onion and protein style (lettuce wrapped) PERFECTLY! You melted cheese on my fries so they wouldn't taste like Styrofoam and you made the Neapolitan shake (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry) so delicious that all I can think about it is a reason to drive 45 minutes south to do all over again.....Darn you!

I don't have a quick guy In-N-Out Burger and stop. Oil prices are reasonable. Then, when I get there bright and early between ten and ten thirty, there's no wait.

You really can't go wrong here. The food is always excellent and consistent every time we come. Burgers are fresh, fries are hot, and everything tastes the way you expect it to. If you don't want to wait too long, I definitely suggest going inside instead of sitting in the drive thru. Service is always a plus. The staff are friendly and you can tell they're working hard, even when it's busy. They always have a smile on their face, which makes the experience even better.

The food at In-N-Out Burger is always consistent. I can't help but get a Flying Dutchman every time they have the freshest ingredients; it's hard to believe it's fast food. The fries are always a miss, and they taste like cardboard. I still get animal fries anyway because the sauce and the cheese cover up the bland taste of the pathetic fries. I think the service is always top-notch at In-N-Out Burger. The employees, for the most part, look young but are very sharp. With the number of people usually there, they never mess up an order; everything comes out very quickly. The ambience leaves something to be desired. I get it. There's only one within 100 miles, so it's always crowded. Wouldn't you make the restaurant larger to accommodate more people? It never seems clean, but I don't blame them. How can they clean it when there are always people pouring in and out of there, and there is no time to wipe the tables? The seats are too close together, so you're sitting right next to everybody, 2 inches away. Even with all my complaining, I still will continue to go there when I'm driving by the area because In-N-Out Burger is not something I get often. They could contend with the #1 fast food burger place, Five Guys, if they had decent fries.

Keizer, OR -- August 10, 2025 We made a Sunday road trip all the way from Seattle just to try this In-N-Out, and our first impression was great -- the building looked spotless and well-kept. The excitement started before we even got inside: the line to order stretched out the front door into the parking lot. We were only 3-4 people away from entering when, in 100+ degree heat with the sun at our backs, a lovely young employee named Aleah came around offering ice water to everyone in line. Such a thoughtful gesture, and much appreciated! Inside, the place was buzzing -- people ordering, waiting for food, chatting. A local told us this crowd was unusually large for a Sunday, so navigating the packed restaurant took some patience. That said, the staff handled it like pros. Leo took our order and was kind, focused, and helpful. He explained the menu specifics and made sure we got exactly what we wanted: 3 Double-Doubles (two protein style, no bun, wrapped in lettuce), 2 fries (one animal style with grilled onions, sauce, and melted cheese), plus drinks (self-serve -- and yes, they have the good ice). The drink station was a bit crowded, but customers were courteous and it was manageable. From order to food in hand took about 45 minutes total, which felt reasonable given the crowd. While waiting, I watched the prep team -- they looked happy, engaged, and efficient. We found a table outside right away, and the food looked picture-perfect. The burgers were good, but honestly, we thought they were just okay -- and in comparison, the Bag of Dick's we had in Seattle the night before edged them out in flavor. The biggest letdown was the fries. Despite watching the fry station crank out fresh, hot batches, ours arrived barely room temperature and tasted a bit stale. The animal style fries in particular weren't worth it for us -- soggy and underwhelming. That said, the overall experience was fun and the staff truly made it memorable. Aleah, Hannah and Leo in particular stood out as friendly, attentive, and a joy to interact with. For atmosphere and service, this location gets an A+. For the fries... well, maybe next time I'll just double down on the burger.

This place is always great. It doesn't matter which location you go to. The food is consistently great. From the burgers to the fries and the service is always top notch. Keep up the good work INO. You will forever have a customer in me.

Here's the deal: you will wait to get great food. You'll wait less if you go in. The drive through takes longer in my experience. I love the double double but recently sharing a 4x4 (four patties and cheese) with my man has been the move! The sheer amount of meat and cheese in the 4x4 is so good. I like the raw onions but you can get them grilled too. The service is always so kind. Round up to donate to stop human trafficking!

Finally was able to scoot in to this In-N-Out location! Passing by on the freeway the line always looks a mile long, but we caught a window where it wasn't that busy. We decided to eat in rather than sit in the drive through line. Despite the line being out the door, the wait to order was less than 10 minutes. Inside was crowded, but there were plenty of open tables outside in the shade. We only waited about 20 minutes for our food & it was great! Kudos to the staff & their efficiency, churning out orders quickly & exactly as ordered. My burger was great & the animal fries I was craving really hit the spot!

I don't know if I'll ever understand the hype behind In-N-Out! When I moved to California 15 years ago, people told me I had to go! I know people from the Midwest who dream of visiting one someday. It's always packed, but I will say they move efficiently. An orchestrated chaos of dozens of employees operating various stations with numbers being called every few seconds. You'll still wait. A limited menu and not so secret menu make the choices pretty easy. We ordered a classic cheeseburger, an animal style cheeseburger, and a protein style (no bun) cheeseburger. Animal style with the grilled onions and mustard are nice, but something about that raw, crisp onion hits different. The execution on assembly is unmatched in fast food, beautiful burgers and the grilled bun is superb! Yum! My favorite "secret" item is the Neapolitan shake (all 3 flavors in one) The spicy little peppers seemed new and I'm loving it! The fries I'll never understand, they suck! A raw potato chopped in front of you and fried as is! Even when "extra crispy" these are not good. I wish they would coat them in some kind of corn starch mix. It's a good burger, but I wouldn't wait for it regularly.

Not my favorite In-N-Out, but certainly delivers the taste and quality you come to expect from INO. The place can get packed at off peak times, and the drive-thru is almost always poppin. They do a decent job at keeping it clean and the employees are always friendly and quick to take your tray or garbage from you. My go-to order for the last 20+ years has been a grilled cheese, animal style. However, for the first time ever today, I ordered a cheeseburger protein style (lettuce instead of bun) and it was awesome! Will definitely order again. Pro-tips: ask for the kids sticker/worksheet pack if they forget to offer. Secret menu: aside from asking for spread to dip your fries or ordering animal style, order a neapolitan shake or root beer float. Also, free hot chocolate for kids on rainy days. I love In-N-Out.

How long does it take to get through the line?

Your best bet is to go inside but sometimes you can still have a long wait that way too but it is much faster then going in drive thru. Definitely not worth the wait.

Is this location still busy during COVID? How long is the wait time on average for drive thru?

I visited this location twice a couple of weeks ago, and the wait was almost an hour both times.

When is the most busy and least busy time of day during the week to go?

I had good luck at 2pm on a Tuesday. There was a fast moving drive up line, and from the time I got into that line to the time I pulled away with my food, it was 20 minutes.

House made of course so it's even better than the store bought stuff in my opinion because it tastes like actual chocolate. I ordered the filet minion chicken fried steak and it was cooked to perfection. So juicy inside and crispy but not like overly cooked crispy on the outside! Topped with a hot gooey layer of house made sausage gravy. The overall size of this steak was about as big as my face. To complement this enormous steak was eggs, a biscuit & some smashed Yukon potatoes..like they were literally small potatoes they just smashed which was really different to me because I've never seen that before. I also had to order the infamous cinnamon roll pancake I been seeing floating around on other people's reviews. IT IS A MUST.. and if you are ordering it to take home make sure you have a piece of it while it's still hot and fresh because that was to die for. I won't go more into detail about it you just have to try it. It will speak for its self. Overall the dinning experience was great! Servers were more than happy to get you whatever you need. We sat at the bar so y'all should try their drinks because they looked so good and the bartenders looked like they were having fun making them. The restaurant is a literal house and while charming it is small and packed inside and the parking lot is also really small so you may need to get there early or expect to park somewhere else in the streets. We got there an hour after they opened and it was only a 30 minute wait thankfully. Will be coming back again to try other menu items!

The food took one hour to find our table. Nothing special, my wife had an omelet, with a big glob of Brie cheese, overpowering the omelet. I had corned beef hash that was extremely dry and salty. I also had warm rye bread. Not toasted. We were half done with our breakfast, and was given the bill, and boxes to go. Very rushed, crowded, and expensive. $58 for sub-par breakfast for 2.
