The McDonald's at the Keizer station is The best by far it never takes long in the Drive-Thru. The french fries are always hot out of the grease which is very good and they're salty.. I enjoy the double cheese burger value meal with a frozen Coke.. The double cheeseburger is great!.. The wait in the Drive-Thru is okay. I just listened to my radio. Ordered curb side from this McDonald but waited 25 min at the parking spot without food. Tried to go inside and see what is going on, the door is locked and I have to wait someone comes out first in order to go inside. The manager said they are short in staff so unable to fulfill the dine in and curb side orders. I waited another 10min she willing to bring the food out. Disappointed in what I received tonight. Fries look half empty as if someone grabbed a handful before stuff them in the bag. My order was one McDouble, one hot n spicy Mcchicken and large fry. I kindly ask for some sweet and sour sauce and the man gives me one sauce cup. How can someone expect a grown person to be satisfied with one little cup of sauce? Okay, it's a McDonalds. Like every other one. But the people here make the difference. Sure, they're minimum wage. But the managers make an effort to know their people and do the right thing. I've never had an unfriendly staff member here, and I've very rarely had a wrong order. I think maybe one time in the dozens I've been here, mayo has been on a chicken sandwich. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. Whether it's the high school kid or the retiree or the mom working to make ends meet, all their staff seem to try and do their best. When dealing with a multi-billion dollar franchise, service counts when I decide where to go. Since I refuse to frequent the Burger King nearby, this makes it that much better. read more

I can't believe I am reviewing a McDonalds, but here we are. I have been to this location several times now for a quick snack or dollar beverage while taking advantage of the power outlets available under the tables. On each occasion, the restaurant was impeccably clean, the employees and managers all welcoming and helpful, and any food has been delivered correctly and well made. I witnessed the employees all enjoy serving a homeless gentleman after a customer came in to buy him a meal today. It was clear that every one of them was genuinely happy to be able to make this man's day brighter. These people care about their restaurant, their employees, and about their customers. They forgot my quarter pounder and did not give me a receipt. I called and they said I could go back. It added at least 15 minutes of driving/gas/starving to my evening. I was very understanding. But I did feel like a hot fudge sundae was not too much to ask for (for my trouble). They literally laughed in my face! read more

Worst service ever had to wait an half hour and they messed up my order fast food lol

Entrance is a hazard! Watched someone fall 3 times because it iced over so instead of getting de-icer they just mopped it, making it worse. Ordered two drinks and got told it would be a couple minutes even though I ordered inside and all he had to do was hand me my cups. Won't come here ever again. Wouldn't suggest it unless you are looking to sue for fall damage. read more

Clean, fast and what you'd expect. Only been once but was pleasant, love the location. Keizer station in very nice and convenient. Cleanliness is key for me, and this location was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The employees were professional and quick, I've used the drive thru now twice and it was always 100% correct and timely. read more

i ordered spicy chicken nuggets because well they were on the menu so why would i not. i payed for my order and they handed it to me without anyone every telling me they discontinued them. it's fine if they did but at least tell me that before i pay for them and get all the way home expecting something different than what they gave me. annoying read more

First walking in to the store my sister falls because the floors were slick. I bought two large drinks and he says that will be out in a couple minutes and looks down and just says oh and hands me the two cups. My brother said something about the slick floors and all he had to say is do you want me to get my manager. This one McDonald's has poor staff all other McDonald's have decent staff members. I stopped here to use the restroom and get something to drink, upon walking in the door I fell down hard. There are wet floor signs but it's more like a thin layer of ice all over the entrance area, I couldn't keep my balance no matter how hard I tried. Nobody acknowledged that I fell and when informed that the area was extremely slick, they offered to mop it and then acted like we were inconveniencing them. Terrible location. There's always a good deal at McDonalds. This operation always clean and well maintained, the cashiers and service people are friendly, the parking lot close to the doors which helps when its raining, and there are often coupons and discounts offered in the local newspapers and magazines so you can get bargain prices on the regular product selection. Overall a very high quality McDonalds a compliment to Kaiser, Oregon.
