Okay so quick rundown. Method was drive through, quick, easy, took maybe two minutes from time I ordered to time I parked and started eating. Service, great. The guy was super chill and polite. Food, off the chart. Look at those pictures. Everything is stacked and not skimpy at all. The potatoes, seasoned great. Crunchwrap? They've never gotten the no tomatoes part wrong, and healthy portions of all the other ingredients. A cheese quesadilla is easy but also, great. Baja blast? An absolute blessing to the world. The teenagers you have working on the night shift are super disrespectful towards women and customers in general. They had the audacity to laugh at my girlfriend because she walked in to the lobby! For a pick-up order. I hope the GM can speak with them and teach them the importance of customer service. They've finally trained this monkey to begrudgingly use the kiosk. I ordered and paid for the meal and then watched 4 customers behind me walk out or drive away with their food. After 10 minutes of watching the staff watch me watching them clean tables, clear counters and laugh it up at the prep station I finally said something. Voices from the kitchen told it all. They just simply started goofing off and forgot. They finally bagged up my two items and handed me the bag. Not a "sorry" or even a thank you. I know how to place the order. Best Taco Bell we've had in a long time! We ordered through the app to pick up inside since we were traveling. The crew was friendly, the dining room and bathroom were very clean and the food was great! Everything looked like it was out of a commercial. You can thank Stacy if thatabwhatbhwr name really is. I didnt have an issue for the order placed 01/08. However major problems 01/09 around 9:15pm To start off. I wasn't given a receipt. I requested 4 bean burritos no cheese, no onions, add black beans (half black bens half reg beans). This ws a drive thru order. I got home rhw burritoa had cheese. I returned to taco bell. Asked for my receipt and a refund. As there where customers behind me. I was offered to remake my food. I didnt want to hold up line, and just wanted my money back. I told Stacy I was broke and just wanted my money back instead of them re making my food. She was rude and asked if I was so broke why I went there. Also asked if why I drove home with the food if it was wrong. That was very disrespect full. She was using curse words when talking to me. I didn't appreciate that. Ordered via taco bell app. Waited 45 mins while other customers have waited even longer. The excuse was they were "shorted handed" but another customer and I saw at least 2 employees standing around talking . Once one of them finally started making an order, she did not have a mask covering her mouth and nose and she reached in her shirt twice, didnt bother washing her hands before putting on gloves. This Taco Bell was a huge disappointment, nothing to do with the facilities or food. The staff was incompetent when taking orders and unable to deliver the correct food ordered. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and was given a "chicken melt" without chicken. It goes without saying I was very frustrated to not be able to order and get the food I paid for. The staff needs to either improve drastically or be replaced. They cussed in front of customers when I had to ask for past of my order for the fourth time. Went through the drive through yesterday and ordered. The tacos were mangled and appeared to have been thrown into the box. 9 of 15 tacos had the shells broken and mangled beyond picking up. I drive down to Salem every other week to pick my kids up from their biological's house and, as a pregnant woman, I have to make pit stops for (hopefully) obvious reasons. I've been to just about every fast food and gas station in the Market St and Lancaster Mall area (maybe it's the Hazel Dell of Salem?) and have consistently been disgusted by every one I've walked into. I had a little extra time today and thought I'd give the Keizer Station area a chance to redeem Salem. This Taco Bell is without a doubt the cleanest and friendliest store I've stopped at in the Salem area. I was greeted with a smile on the way in, the lobby and restrooms were both very clean and i got a wave and a 'good day' on the way out. The Baja Blast Originally came out as a Soda, So when ordering a Baja Blast I assume that I'm ordering the carbonated soda version, Not the Baja Freeze. Today when I went through Taco Bell drive through with the purpose of getting a Baja Blast for my friend and I (literally the only reason we went there for lunch) When the employee went to hand me my drinks they were the Baja Freeze... I very politely said "I'm so sorry those were meant to be the soda not the freeze." Employee gave me a nasty look and " ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" and just stared at me...Then the employee pushed the drinks in my face and said "Well they will get thrown away if you don't take them." Then she very short handed me my food and said my sodas would take a couple minutes. I then just refused the drinks. As someone that works in a customer service job I know how it is, and I am a pretty understanding person but the employees attitude was awful.
