Yep yummy sriracha shrimp
Stacie S.

This place is a great find in Keizer Station. The sriracha shrimp are out of this world!! I want those in my life every day!! A good beer selection, great service, a variety of seating options and many great food options as well! The atmosphere is brew pubish. Families welcome! Give it a try!

AVOCADO CHICKEN SALAD

Stopped by for lunch and really enjoyed it. My mom liked her salad but said it was mostly tomatoes and lettuce than avocado and chicken. I liked my Mac and Cheese. My brother snacked on the chips. The wait staff was very friendly and quick. The restaurant has a nice feel about it. I'd go back for sure.

The food was yummy. They had an extensive Gluten Free menu. And the ice drinks were delicious!

Went here on a road trip since we have one close to home and enjoyed it. This one was also great! Service was quick to take our orders and our food arrived fairly fast, too. The only thing that was wrong was that we received a Cesar salad instead of a side salad with sides of dressing. We ate it anyway. The chicken wraps were tasty and the burgers were juicy. My son enjoyed the BBQ Mac and cheese. We had no leftovers. The fries were tasty, but a little greasy that upset our stomachs a bit. We liked the outdoor patio since our little dogs could sit with us. If we lived in the area, we would probably come here more often.

Super flaky cod. And the clam chowder.

Before today I had only been to the happy valley location. I am happy to say that I was not disappointed. I had happy hour rib tips. Delicious and generous. I then ordered the cod fish and chips. So clean tasting and flaky. Again delicious! Not to mention the cup of chowder that came with it. You guessed it, delicious. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. What a great meal.

SRIRACHA SHRIMP- tacos

Delicious! Nice happy hour and small bites menu. Quick service. Highly recommend the shrimp tacos!

Chicken sandwich and SIDE GARLIC FRIES
Joseph M.

First time into this delicious place. They make outstanding fries, and the garlic fries are even better, crisp, seasoned and a garlic lovers paradise. Without the garlic these are some great fundamental fries, crisp and great with mayo. The Sammie breads are great butter grilled buns, good beef and quality fried chicken makes both of these really fresh and juicy bites worth a second and third helping. A fun chain store decor, the people make great food and give perfect service. Everyone was nice and courteous.

Now I didn't walk in there with high hopes. No sir. I walked in like a man who just got stood up by his own cheeseburger. Expectations were low... borderline underground. But then bam. Steak comes out like it's got something to prove. Cooked just right, like somebody in that kitchen actually gives a damn. Seafood? Sitting there warm and proper, not acting like it just woke up from a nap. And those fries hot. Not "kinda warm if you believe hard enough" I'm talking honest-to-God hot. Service? Smooth. The kind of smooth where you don't even notice it at first. Next thing you know, your drink's full, your table's clean, and your mood's done a complete 180. And the place itself clean, sharp, even the bathrooms looked like they had a little pride in themselves. That's how you know you're somewhere decent. Ain't nobody faking clean bathrooms. Walking out, I had that rare feeling... like maybe the universe owed me one and finally paid up. Outback didn't just fix dinner it restored a little faith in the whole going-out-to-eat operation. And that, my friend, is what I call a comeback story with steak.

We ordered: The Pickle Gambit, Country Mac's Cajun Mac & Cheese, Mac's Famous Mac & Cheese, & the Cinnamon Roll Beignets. Both Mac's featured perfectly-cooked shell noodles & decadent cheese sauce! The "reg" Mac had hearty chunks of bacon & fresh basil ribbons. The Cajun Mac was SUPER flavorful & had andouille sausage bites & VERY moist chicken tenders. The beignets were pillowy-soft & served with an amazing cinnamon sugar cream cheese drizzle.

We decided to try the Nashville chicken breast with hot chili oil on the side. I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to spicy. I also ordered the lemon poppy seed slaw. Our friends got the salmon Chowdah and also some spicy chicken with Cajun fries. They remarked that the salmon chowder pronounced Chowdah looked to be quite thick and was very flavorful. I gotta say it was some of the best fried chicken I ever sampled. The slaw was very tasty as well. Great combination of savory and sweet. My daughter and I split an order of chicken as we wanted to sample the beignets. We ordered the Killa bees and they came out fluffy and hot with a very nice honey drizzle. Ryan also gifted us with a second order of beignets of our own choosing, and we asked for the Good God Lemon ones, and they were very sweet and tangy. For the five of us the bill came to right around a hundred dollars which being from California I found very reasonable. It's a small place, and you order first at the counter and then go and find a table. If you are looking for some very tasty chicken this side of Nashville you should stop by and order some at this unique place in Salem Oregon.

The stark difference in our second experience was night and day, making this visit truly exceptional. The cozy and romantic aesthetic of the restaurant remains fantastic, and the food and drink menu is still absolutely amazing. She gave us a complete, helpful rundown of how they structure their tapas menu, offered fantastic recommendations, and was incredibly attentive throughout the evening. We had a great time chatting with her and her professionalism and warmth instantly made our return worthwhile. Her suggestions were perfect--she expertly helped us select a great wine and recommended the black ink pasta, which was a showstopper. Cozy Taberna, when paired with service like Tiffany's, is easily a 5-star restaurant. From now on, we will only return if we can be seated in her section!

His plate had a large bed of excellent hummus and a big ladle of marinated spiced beef (with a garnish of thin dill pickle slices) poured over it and it came with a side of flatbread. He said the beef and hummus was savory and delicious. The lamb plate that I had was served as diced cuts of marinated and perfectly spiced tender lamb, a side of hummus, and a side of cucumber tzatziki salad. As we began to eat our food, sitting at the picnic table in front of their food truck, the gentleman - and indeed he was a polite, friendly, helpful gentleman - called out to me that the white sauce in the small lidded take-away cups (which I had ignored) was intended to be eaten on the lamb but warned me that it was spicy. So of course I immediately dug them and the included cups of a tangy red sauce out of the bag and drizzled a thin trail of each over different parts of the lamb to differentiate the tastes. The red sauce was rich in flavors and exotic seeming but the creamy thick white sauce was plush but hot. Not a quick burn but more of the slow intense heat type. Both together was what the gentleman indicated to me so I gave the lamb a good stir to blend all the flavors and dug back in. As good as it was before I added the two sauces, it was even better with the them. But the slow persistence of the white sauce's heat was reaching the deepest recesses of my tastebuds' last good nerves so I decided to try the cucumber tzatziki salad to see if the dairy would stop the burn. It did. Immediately. Blew me away that it stopped the burn so fast. But to be honest, I like the burn, although I also like to be able to extinguish it and the excellent tzatziki dressing on the cucumbers performed perfectly in both taste and performance, if stopping spicy heat is even in its job description. Namaste, tzatziki, namaste! Our friend, who's a v-e-g-a-n (ikr!!), said he'd heard that Damascus Kitchen's baklava was really good, then got up and put his curiosity to rest by getting all three of us a piece of it. It was amazing. Best Bite is easy to get into and out of on Silverton Road. It's a cute but spacious food pod. Damascus Kitchen turned out two meals that would have been right at home in a white tablecloth Syrian or Middle Eastern restaurant. Even in their clear plastic takeaway boxes the food was plated with precise care and looked (and smelled!!!) sooooo good. The gentleman who served us was incredibly polite and outgoing and I appreciate the care he showed by calling out the suggestion and heads-up regarding the included sauces which enhanced an already superb dish. Thank you! The weather was chilly but the food was so fresh and perfect that I didn't notice that it was only 45° at our table outside until I was done eating and separating trash from leftovers which were danged sure going home with us. We will be back!
