It's a nice restaurant in Keizer Station. The fries are delicious and the burgers are good, too. There is a nice menu variety (soups, salads, burgers, tacos, chicken, a gyro, sandwiches, mac and cheese). Most things lean slightly barbecue. Hope n drops is my favorite place to get a drink in Keizer! I'm a lemon drop fan and these are served inside an ice glass making the literally the most lemony delicious thing EVER!!! Plus is a perfect place for a family meal as well as a place to grab a bite with your partner. The style is casual, service friendly. VERY VERY disappointed in this new place we tried last night. Had the tomato basil sandwich with totes. I ate half and traded my other half with a family member for a wrap that was supposed to have "hop n drop sauce" spread. Where? Had to ask a different waitress for a sauce cup of it. Ours was stretched too thin and was at a nearby table for over 15 minutes. Sauce must been made by someone who worked at burgerville in the past. The restaurant was packed. Very nice inside and lots of tv's to watch the NBA finals. So they make their own chips. Proud of these they are. A couple of family members had some with their order. We sat at a nice table outside that had good ambience, although it was a bit loud all from the cars with obnoxious exhaust revving there cars up constantly. The service was very good and attentive. The food was good. The chicken burger was very good. The fish tacos were good, lots of fish, and good flavors, although the shells were uncooked and would have been better if they were toasted on the grill. BLT A was good, but lots of lettuce. The pineapple jalapeño margarita and strawberry margaritas were very tasty! Overall a good choice if you're in this area. read more

Stopped by for lunch and really enjoyed it. My mom liked her salad but said it was mostly tomatoes and lettuce than avocado and chicken. I liked my Mac and Cheese. My brother snacked on the chips. My coworker and I received the absolute worst service from the hostess when we asked to be seated in the outdoor dining area. First she tried to dissuade us from our preference by saying we would be seated in the sun with no cover and when we still want to eat outdoors she got extremely rude. Then when we walked out to the seating area and saw that the only reason there was no shaded tables available was because they were not busting the tables with shade leaving the dirty dishes on those tables. I asked if they could bust a shaded table for us and that is when she really got rude and refused to allow us to even sit in a chair until they had time to bust and clean the table. I cannot emphasize enough how rude she was to us. We walked out immediately. Also please notice how they have listed there restaurant 3 time on yelp to dilute their negative ratings. Love their menu and drink selection. Probably the best around! You do pay for it however as the prices are quite high. I prefer the bar for the sports viewing. Went here on a road trip since we have one close to home and enjoyed it. This one was also great! Service was quick to take our orders and our food arrived fairly fast, too. The only thing that was wrong was that we received a Cesar salad instead of a side salad with sides of dressing. We ate it anyway. The chicken wraps were tasty and the burgers were juicy. My son enjoyed the BBQ Mac and cheese. We had no leftovers. The fries were tasty, but a little greasy that upset our stomachs a bit. We liked the outdoor patio since our little dogs could sit with us. If we lived in the area, we would probably come here more often. read more

Before today I had only been to the happy valley location. I am happy to say that I was not disappointed. I had happy hour rib tips. Delicious and generous. I then ordered the cod fish and chips. Without the garlic these are some great fundamental fries, crisp and great with mayo. The Sammie breads are great butter grilled buns, good beef and quality fried chicken makes both of these really fresh and juicy bites worth a second and third helping. Fresh from a sweaty workout to the lounge table at Hops n Drops. My company had jeans and a non BO shirt and we both fit in just fine in our respective apparel. Our hostess was pleasant and quick in helping us get seated and assuring us our waitress or waiter would be with us shortly. He wasn't but he made up for it with charm and a smile. I ordered a chicken salad, which turned out better than I expected but I've had similar bar salads for cheaper. My friend had a cocktail that she said was one of the best lemon drops she'd ever had, so she'll be back for a happy hour. This was our first time here! It was recommended by our hotel and yall--it did not disappoint!!! The food is way beyond traditional "bar food". I had the avocado chicken salad which was fresh and full of amazing flavor. My husband ordered the brat burger, added sauerkraut and it was delicious with the most delicious fries! The restaurant is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. I had the steakhouse burger which includes caramelized onions, frizzled onions, blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes, A1 Steak Sauce, Montreal steak seasoning and chipotle mayo. You get a choice of tots, fries, fruit, or salad. I opted for the tots which were nice and crispy. The burger had too much sauce for me. I would not recommend it. read more

I ordered the blacken bleu burger with what I hoped would be a healthy salad. The salad was smothered in cheap velveeta-like shredded cheese. Too bad, because the fresh chopped tomatoes on the salad were delicious but hard to pick out. I strongly recommend getting rid of the cheese on the dinner salad. The food lacks flavor is my overall observation. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder, which came with three triangles of pita bread and two packages of saltines. I could see the chunks of onion and potatoes. I tasted the creaminess of the soup and the clams, but there was no flavor, just bland. I was recommended to try the Cream cheese jalapeño stuffed burger. Again no flavor, but if it is a stuffed burger, I would assume the ingredients would either be mixed in or in the middle of the burger, NOT sitting on the top. The sandwich is served on grilled texas toast. I think water was used for grilling the bread as there again was no flavor. I cut my sandwich in half, and the beef patty was so small half my sandwich didn't have beef. Housemade chips came as the side with a cup of dipping sauce. I think the sauce was plain sour cream from the taste of it. The wait staff was fantastic but to return for the food probably not. I have eaten here frequently. Mostly for lunch or dinner. I was able to try breakfast just recently and I can say all of the meals I've had at this restaurant have been really good. I haven't tasted anything I didn't like. If you get to try breakfast order the smashed potatoes, they're amazing! My go to is a patty melt but their fish and chips, salads and appetizers are also really good. The service is always excellent! I wish that they would offer breakfast longer and make it available more than Saturday and Sunday. I could only eat half, it had way too much sour cream and I couldn't taste the jalapeño at all. Just salty cream cheese. My husband got chicken strips and macaroni, the strips were crunch but the inside he said was mushy. The cheese sticks, tots and chips were good. Wow,where do I begin? The only thing I enjoyed about eating here was the nice host guy that welcomed us in and thanked us for coming in when we're leaving. So many employees were just standing around, and on thier phone while orders where in the window. None of the employees looked like they wanted to be there,if they did,it didn't show on thier faces. It took over 20mins to get mine and my wife's food to us,and with that the food wasn't good at all,seemed lacking in how they cooked both our meals.
