The doctor recommended that I get several treatments that are not covered under insurance. Some I got, but none of them helped. Bonnie in Optical is also amazing. She does such a great job fitting me with just the right glasses. I'm pretty persnickety about my eyewear, yet she is so kind and patient. There was a black-haired man in Optical also--I don't know if he's still there. The last time I was there, I'd asked him a question about the way my glasses rested on my face. At first, he dismissed me. When I pressed for an answer, he became agitated, scowling and loudly telling me he didn't "understand." I tried to calmly explain again as he stood there, arms crossed with the scowl on his face until a kind, blonde woman intervened. She was able to understand and answer my question in literally less than a minute, thank God. I haven't been bullied like that in years. Zero stars for him!

Without any questions, after they saw the glasses, they stood by their warranty and ordered new frames. (Unfortunately they were not in stock). I was told it would take a few weeks. However, a few weeks later they called to say they were able to get them replaced sooner. So, we picked up the new glasses within the week of getting their call.
