At the time I had 3 buildings so this location worked out pretty good as it was on my route to the buildings. Today 04/30/20 I called on General Lock again to get key fob for my wife's car. The key fob I got was a pre furbished key that cost $108.00 out the door. I could have gotten the same key fob @ Toyota for a mere $464.00 + 10% tax only $510.49. Yeah I think I'll stay w/General Lock.

It's now been 3 months that I've been waiting for a simple phone call for someone to call me and say whether or not they will be able to add a lock to our sliding glass door. 3 months and not a single person at Keller Lock & Safe has been able to call me back and let me know if it's possible. Paul is the person who has come to measure twice (both times being hours late) and even when I've gotten ahold of other people, they always direct me back to him saying I need to connect with him to find out if a lock can be installed. I would have called someone else months ago except when he originally came over he broke our door and said he would fix it when he came back the next time. This place is horrible to do business with and terribly unprofessional. STAY AWAY.

0 Stars. Left two…read morevoicemails two weeks ago and never called back. On my third try of calling them, due to their stellar Yelp reviews, I finally got to talk to Brian. We scheduled the appointment for last Monday for him to come and give us an estimate in installing new locks on a two unit building (17 locks; it's not a small job). He showed up on Monday and we went over everything. He took down notes and I thought ok, this might work out after all. He said he'd get back to me with a price in a couple of days. Great! I am excited because he seemed like a nice guy. A week went by and I called to follow up the following Monday. At first, he didn't sound like he even remembered this job and then he said that his computer broke down so he couldn't email me the estimate. I told him to just to text me a bottom line quote. He said he will as soon as he get home. Nothing. Called again on Tuesday to follow up and he said he will get his partner to send me something by 1 PM because his computer still doesn't work and he got home late last night. It's now 1:40 PM and I have a feeling that this is not going to work between us after all... He didn't pick up his phone and I left a voicemail asking if he plan on getting back to me. I understand we can get busy (I also run my own business and I am a one-woman shop) but this is absolutely ridiculous! At least he could have just called and give me a reason why he couldn't get the estimate to me this third time around. NOTHING. Maybe they are great when they actually show up to do the work but as of now, I am extremely disappointed at the flakiness and the lack of professionalism this company have shown. I am counting the no. of calls I've made to get that initial estimate sent to me and it's over 6 calls of following up from me. I would never recommend them to anyone else unless they like to have a frustrating experience or need more drama in their life. Furthermore, I should have listened to my husband and checked their Angie's List reviews: not good at all.

I had a great experience with this company. They charge much less to come out and assess the issue…read moreyou're having ($45). They estimated between 9 and 11 and came around 9:30. Jayden quickly found and fixed the issue I was having with my door hand and lock. He also spend some time trying to fix my deadbolt too, but he realized the key pad needed to be replaced. Though he worked on it for quite a while, he didn't charge me for it. The Professional Locksmith seems like a good, honest company with knowledgeable workers. Another company told me the handles were beyond repair and needed to be replaced and quoted me $300, but Jayden fixed it for half that.

This is an old school business. It looks like nothing has changed but the product in the past 30…read moreyears. But the people are very knowledgable, and they have their safes on hand so you don't just have to visualize what they will be (some things aren't meant to be online shopped). You can poke, kick, try to lift and play with the safes. You can see how much room you will have and actually need. Their prices are probably not the cheapest, but again, you get to see and feel what you are getting. And if you want they will even deliver and install them for you (at an added cost of course). If I finally do decide to get a safe, i'll most likely buy it here.
