He is seriously one of the best contractors I've worked with (I work with contractors for a living so I've seen the full spectrum of good, bad, and ugly). He is super friendly and VERY communicative. I would rather have someone that over-communicates than under, because it removes assumptions from both sides. The work he does looks really great. He is extremely tidy and cleaned up the areas at the end of every day. He was able to match the old French lace texture we have over a fairly large area.
