Along the way 50 minutes or robot telling me to several robots telling me to hold I was told to hold or they would call me back. They did but explained the bill was for a facility fee? One I already paid, but for a different facility. Asked for someone in. charge. Left a message and told to call SWEYE where it started only to start again. Total I spent $7,0000 plus for a procedure covered by my insurance( but upgrades lenses). Good luck with SWeye or American Vision Partners who owns a bunch of these local facilities.

Had full eye exam, the doctor explained everything very thoroughly and DISCUSSED my normal use with me to get a script that fit my needs. THANKS!!! Everyone was very helpful assisting me to find right size lens and fit. Explained all lens options & pricing options thoroughly. Had case choices and patiently adjusted final fit perfectly. A month later I realized I wanted a different script on one pair for computer reading. They were VERY willing to change a pair, no charge, and allowed me to change the frame color so I could tell the 2 pairs apart. COOL & AWESOME It took over 10 years for me to learn that NOT all eye doctors and glasses are the same. There can be a huge difference. I only had a slight script change from previous glasses. It's the way they made my lenses, cared about my script to get what I needed, and the quality that makes my eyes comfortable. My eyes don't get bloodshot or tired anymore with excessive computer work and reading. I love my glasses so much I bought a third less expensive pair. I now have reading, computer, and going out glasses. I can read everywhere without my eyes hurting or getting so tired Kelly, Mary, Doctor and everyone are awesome and care about making customers happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! The two girls at the Vision…read moreExam desk seemed uninterested speaking with me (one of their names is Jocelyn), and both girls did not have any eye contact with me when they began talking to me (so I wasn't sure who they were talking to at first), and overall it felt like they didn't want to be there, unfortunately. The air puff test has always been uncomfortable for me (as it probably is for many people) and when I told her that as she was setting up the machine, Jocelyn responded to me that it's not even that bad. I felt a little ignored at the beginning, dismissed during the machine tests, and subtly disrespected during my entire interactions with those two female support staff. Dr. Le was fantastic. I felt that he was kind, patient, extremely thorough, and that he made great patient rapport. He's the only reason that I would return to this location, if at all, based off of my first impression here. Later in the day, I got a text notification that my next appointment had been scheduled. I never made a follow-up appointment at the checkout counter with Jocelyn, so that meant either the system schedules patients for appointments automatically, or one of their staff members manually scheduled me without asking me about my availability. My experience (aside from my interaction with Dr. Le) at this location has been a poor one. My intention was to buy both contacts and glasses this year, but I ended up not committing to anything at checkout because I wasn't entirely comfortable with purchasing through this location, based on this experience. I may take my prescriptions and try another Visionworks location or go to a separate company within my insurance altogether. I spoke to my husband about it -- I haven't fully decided what I'd like to do, yet.

My hubby was having issues with his eyes, and he was really worried that something was drastically wrong. He didn't want to spend a bunch of money and hesitated because he doesn't have any insurance. He bit the bullet and finally went in. Dr. Krasemann was able to ease his mind and make him feel so much better. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his genuine empathy. Dr. K was not at all rushed and took the time to get to know my husband, listened to all of his concerns, and gave him well educated advice.
