Illume Rooftop in Orlando was such a beautiful dining experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt upscale. The rooftop views were absolutely stunning, especially with the gorgeous evening scenery and Disney fireworks in the distance. Every night at 9 PM. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, and the drinks were just as impressive. The ambiance, views, food, and overall vibe make Illume a perfect spot for a date night, celebration, or girls' night out. Definitely a place I would recommend if you're looking for great food with an unforgettable view in Orlando!

Located on the 9th floor of the JW Marriott Bonnett Creek Resort & Spa, you have to take a specific elevator to get to this spot. It has great views and supports dining for groups, singles and date night. There is outdoor seating if the weather permits. It serves as an option to view fireworks on special occasions. Shout out to Paul and Rob who were the mixologists of the evening during our visit. They were informative and had good energy. I kept it light with a drink and mochi. You can see other patrons admiring the drinks and food as they're being served. We sat at the bar but there were tables available during our visit. All the items I had were fantastic and actually encouraged me to sip slower to guess the ingredients. The menu isn't that extensive but they get it right. The decor is inviting but it is dimly lit inside. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and it wasn't overly crowded or obnoxious. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Food and drinks were good! We sat outside, loved the view. The servers were so sweet, even gave us recommendations since we're from Cali. The fireworks were just a cherry on top.

Being foodie is a though job to find a good place to try and that will be good on high volume days such as Mothers day. My partner surprised me with dinner with the family at Ilume. This place is beautifully decorated and located to enjoy beautiful views of the Disney Areas. Valentina was our server, she was prompt and attentive. Very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to clear any doubts and document allergies accordingly. The food was amazingly delicious from beginning to end. Everything we tried was exceded our expectations. My kids being little sushi connoisseurs went to the bathroom and somehow ended up speaking to the chef about their beautifully curated VEGTARIAN sampler came back with a complimentary plate of each. Even that was amazing. Will definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

The food is great , they have good cocktails and it's a perfect spot if you like to watch the Disney fireworks during dinner

Made a reservation here for a bachelorette and it was the perfect vibe for a girls night out. I requested to be seated where we could see the fireworks and had the reservation set for 7:30 to catch the 9pm fireworks. It worked out perfectly because there happened to be 3 different fireworks shows for Memorial Day weekend! The food and drinks were also pretty yummy just a tad overpriced. Can't go wrong with the sushi! Service was really nice here as well. A beautiful restaurant in a beautiful hotel!

Exquisite Illume is a hidden gem tucked away in the JW Marriott bonnet creek. On the 16th (?) floor, you need to take a specific elevator to get to the restaurant. A bit of a hassle with little signage to guide guests. When you finally get there, that's when the unique experience starts. Friendly wait stop guided us to our table immediately. We got our orders promptly, it's nice to have the sushi kitchen in the middle of the dining room. The food looks like Art. Everything was presented beautifully. I posted some pictures before my party attacked the plates. We ordered a wide variety of food from sushi to a five Wagyu. This is a high-end/expensive restaurant. Hit me all of my expectations. Would definitely recommend if you want to experience an elevated Japanese menu

Really cool environment outside with a beautiful view. Teriyaki salmon was delicious as well as the spicy rice bites and other appetizers.

As always an amazing experience. Went as a party of 4. Love the tapas idea because everyone shares plates. Food was incredible. We ordered spicy cucumbers, sticky ribs, chicken gyoza, edamame. Food is a 10/10. Pleasantly surprised by the dishes being perfectly enough for 4 to share everything. We ordered a few rounds of drinks. Beers, the firebird drink is amazing, a bottle of sake. I was very very surprised thinking we had over a $400 bill and come to find out it was less than $300!!! Everything about the experience was amazing and I personally highly recommend this place all the time. Perfect from a date night... to an anniversary to an experience on vacation. One of my absolute favorite local spots. 10/10 overall all around. Great job JW

One of the best omakase experience. Great view and you can see Disney fireworks on the rooftop. The five course omakase for $85 was well worth it. You also get parking waived when you dine here. High recommend. Friendly waiter and staff. The wait can be long but take your time and enjoy the view. Recommend to go for dinner to enjoy the view.

yummyyyyy i really liked everything except the sake flight but that might be because i don't like sake. hermes garden cocktail was DELISH though, definitely one of the better cocktails ive had i cannot recommend it enough. kamikaze roll was divineeee it's one of my top rolls of all time honestly, and the duck was cooked perfectly. whatever sauce they had in it was amazing. the bluefin tartar wasn't BAD but it tasted very... mexican versus asian? it had to be the tortilla chips they used and whatever seasoning (cajun maybe?). not sure how to explain it but it was definitely not what i was expecting but not bad. im usually not a dessert person but the miso caramel item was soooo good i cleared the entire plate. we sat outside and the view was gorgeous from all sides and you could see part of the epcot fireworks which was really cute!

This restaurant is located on the 9th floor of the hotel. Great views and a nice place to see some fireworks too. Every staff member we encountered was top notch. The spicy tubs crispy rice was delicious. The oki and gyu were good but I didn't realize that basically would be similar rolls with different top so that was a tad disappointing- but that's on me. They were both good. The kamikaze roll was actually my favorite. Oh and the yuzu dessert was like a light keylime tart but with yuzu- nice finish to our meal.

We sat out at the rooftop around 7pm and the ambiance and sunset was beautiful. Staff is very nice. Food is yummy just a bit expensive. You can see disney fireworks outside as well.

Enzo's Hideaway is the speakeasy for Maria & Enzo's, an Italian restaurant in Disney Springs. The entrance is somewhat inconspicuous - through a door underneath the restaurant which takes you down a hall into the bar. The decor definitely gives you the feel of being underground - with exposed fixtures and an overall industrial aesthetic. The bar is also a decent size - bigger than a traditional speakeasy but it's Disney so they need to account for some volume. They had some food items, but we only opted for a round of drinks since we wanted to move on. I decided on the key lime daquiri which was quite good. The key lime flavor wasn't too overpowering, and the ingredients works really well with each other. Service was good - the bartender was friendly and even cracked a couple of jokes with us. Overall, I had a good experience at Enzo's Hideaway. I only got a small sample of their offerings, so I would definitely be open to returning to explore more of the menu.

When I saw they were offering special Halloween-themed drinks and food, I knew I wanted to stop by! Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to my expectations. We ended up waiting in line for about 25 minutes just to get inside and order drinks, which was a little frustrating. Once we finally got in, I ordered the Midnight Relic ($18), a Halloween specialty cocktail made with Tito's Handmade Vodka, ube syrup, cream of coconut, lemon juice, and edible glitter. I was really excited to try it because it sounded so unique, but unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the taste. It wasn't something I particularly enjoyed, especially for the price. Looking around at the other Halloween-themed drinks and food, everything looked so cute and creative, and I found myself wishing I had ordered something different! One thing I did enjoy was the atmosphere. The bar was decorated for Halloween, and I loved all the festive details throughout the space. It definitely felt like a fun place to celebrate the season. However, we were seated outside, right next to a stage with a live latin music performance. While the entertainment added energy to the area, it was pretty much all I could hear, which made it harder to enjoy the actual atmosphere of the bar. Overall, I would give Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar a 2.5 out of 5 stars. I loved the idea of the seasonal drinks and the Halloween decorations, but the long wait and disappointing cocktail made the experience feel a little overpriced. I don't think I would go out of my way to return, but it was still a fun stop during my 21st birthday trip! If you're visiting Disney Springs during Halloween, I think it's worth checking out the seasonal menu, but I would recommend looking at all the options before deciding what to order.

Service was great throughout my visit, and the staff were attentive. The Susuru Gohan was fantastic and definitely my favorite dish of the night. It comes with a soy-cured organic raw egg yolk, sweet aged soy, onion, Japanese seasoning, and steamed rice. I added both uni and ikura, and everything paired really well together. I would absolutely order this again! Their drinks and cocktail menu is very extensive and I chose the Ultraman drink, which was great. It's made with Haku vodka, lime juice, cinnamon chai syrup, grenadine, cran-apple, and ginger beer, topped with a dehydrated apple and normally a limited mini Ultraman toy. They were out of the toy when I went, so they offered a $2 discount, which I didn't mind at all. For yakitori, I tried the Hiza Nankotsu (knee cartilage). Their skewers are prepared in-house and grilled over Japanese binchōtan charcoal, then finished with aged tare and served with Susuru citrus salt. The knee cartilage was good and had a nice crunchy texture. I also tried the Mi-So-Hot ramen which comes with pork chashu, a shoyu soft-boiled egg, corn, scallions, chili hair, and spicy miso broth. It was just okay for me. There wasn't anything particularly wrong with it, but nothing really stood out either. With so many other options on the menu, I probably wouldn't order it again. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Susuru! The attentive service made solo dining at the bar comfortable, and the Susuru Gohan was easily the highlight of my meal. Since we wanted to have one more round before drawing the evening to a close, we decided to move over here for our last drink. That being said, we packed it up and made the short walk over. I've always heard about The Edison as a popular spot in Disney Springs, but am yet to dine there myself. When we arrived, it was pretty much wrapping up and there were only a few patrons at the bar. From what I can see, it's a large space with seating on two floors; we were on the lower level which housed the bar. The restaurant is marketed to have a 1920s theme, but I honestly didn't notice to see how true that was. We had one round, and I decided on The Dame'll Sting Ya. This contained gin, ginger liqueur, honey, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and a garnish of honeycomb. Despite the ingredients, the drink wasn't overly sweet. Service was good - the bartenders were very friendly, and overall I had a good, albeit abbreviated, experience at The Edison. I usually visit for dinner, but this was my first time dining for brunch/lunch. The food was great as always, I got the TOMATO SOUP & GRILLED CHEESE, but the service left a lot to be desired. Due to a wait for a table for two, we sat at the bar to order quicker and have the rest of the day to explore Disney Springs. The bar was packed, so we were guided to a tiny table near a support beam, which was fine since we planned to just eat and go- not hang out. When going to order at the bar though, we stood for a while with no one coming up to us. When a spot opened at the bar, we moved there and still waited a long time for anyone to come over. Even the couple next to us got worried that we were all forgotten about! Bartenders came by but no one stopped at either of us. There were also dirty cups and napkins sitting in front of us for a while and when a bartender did finally come up to us- they asked if we were done! I was shocked that they didn't even realize we were new to sit. Once we were finally served, food and drinks came to us in decent time. The server that ended up tending to us was very nice and did apologize, so I felt bad, but I feel like the over all problem was staffing the bar! Two women running the entire bar when every seat was taken, which not only involved them serving the people sitting, but also making drinks for the people at the tables. I still tipped well regardless, because I understand the stress, but to the Edison please staff better! If not, then I recommend if you choose to eat here, just have a lot of time to spare if you go to sit at the bar. Don't come in hungry because it may be almost a half hour before you even place an order. On a side note- I was devastated to see they got rid of the dip trio appetizer!! This was the best thing on the menu and I am so sad to see it gone!! Please bring her back!
