Dining area towards the front.

Zeta Asia was nice. The Bonsai roll was blissful. The extra dirty gin martini could have been dirtier but I also think the Monkey 47 gin changed the flavor profile a little... or that might have been the dry vermouth. I enjoyed fried gyoza, but I haven't found an Asian-cuisine restaurant yet that could screw up gyoza. Just saying. Overall, it was a solid experience at the Signia at Hilton resort in Disney Springs. A little on the pricey side, but you are at a resort where prices are going to be higher. It is the convenience without having to venture off site. Service was solid. The sushi was good. I felt good about things. Huzzah.

Pork belly bao buns ($10)

This is a great restaurant in Signia where the staff are all great with some good food. My friend and I came here 45 minutes before closing and they still served us and didn't rush us to get our order in. My favorite item that we ordered was the Nori Kurakka ($22) which are spicy tuna nachos. I love that they fried the seaweed for the nacho chip. It was very delicious and the tuna is not too spicy if people cannot handle too much spice. We ordered the pork belly bao bun as we were told these were popular too. The dragon roll is always a must for me to order so we got that as well. The roll was delicious and was not skimpy either. I don't enjoy sushi restaurants where the sushi is really small and thin and then charge you a lot for a tiny roll. The California roll was probably my least favorite out of everything we ordered. But everything else was delicious overall!

Stopped in for dinner while attending a conference at a local hotel. Was greeted and seated at the bar and was promptly asked for my order by the server. Sports were on the TV, and popular music was playing. Air conditioning was cranked to be fitting of Eskimos. I ordered the green salad with ginger dressing. The vegetables were fresh and the dressing was tasty. At $15, seemed quite pricey. For my entrée I ordered the Ahi tuna poke bowl. Very little ahi, too much aïoli, and the kimchi overpowered the dish. Upon receiving the check I noticed I was charged $6.50 for a club soda, which was just club soda out of the gun. OK experience, but I would not returrn.

Hawaiian Roll, Dragon Roll & California Roll - LOVED the Dragon Roll!

Our dining experience at Zeta Asia didn't have the best start. Even though their posted open time is 5pm (and we arrived promptly for our 5pm reservation), the doors didn't actually open until about 10 minutes later. We sat ourselves at the bar where we had adequate service, nothing spectacular. Fortunately, the food was fresh, delicious and had great presentation. Zeta Asia is convenient if you're staying on property, but I think we'll venture off property next time.

Jalapeño roll

Very good and fresh sushi and excellent and friendly staff! The jalapeño roll had a good kick to it which most rolls in my past with jalapeño have not. The tuna was not fatty at all nor was it super fishy. The rice was a great balance to the roll. Gyoza was solid, and the pork belly bao bun was my favorite! It was oozing with flavor! To top off the night, the pineapple spring roll was both sweet and light. I loved the ice cream and apple that came with it, too.

This restaurant is located in one of the wings of the Waldorf Astoria. My girlfriend decided to order a salad, and I was interested in ordering it. I misu soup and a curry chicken meal They delivered my soup which wasn't as hot as I typically like, but nobody gives it that hot anywhere. As I ate the soup, I got a quarter down, which was way too salty. I called the waitress over, and the waitress happily credited the soup, and I replaced the soup with the salad. The salad had a spectacular dressing. Delicious, I had never had a salad dressing like that, and I couldn't even describe what was in it. It was probably one of the best salads I have ever had. My girlfriend had her salad, and she enjoyed it just as much as I did. The curry chicken dish had just the right amount of spices and hit the right spot. The service was spectacular, and the ambiance would be business casual. They have a full bar. I recommend the salmon overnight, but everything else.

Trio of bao with Peking duck, pickled veggies, spider roll

We went here as part of the Epicurioius progressive dinners, and really enjoyed the three offerings: pickled vegetables, spider roll, and steamed bar bun with Peking duck. The latter was the group's favorite. The only problem is that the room is extremely austere, all hard steel and stone surfaces, so it's not necessarily the coziest Asian dining experience. The service was wonderful.

Korean BBQ short rib Bao Bun

We found this gem on Magical Dining, then booked through Open Table - turns out we were the first online booking they had the privilege of serving. The food was excellent in taste and preparation. Larry took great care of us and Rick, the manager, stopped by for a lovely conversation. Zeta is looking to cater to more locals - tucked away in a Bonnet Creek Hotel, they DO validate parking (just ask!). The Madrasa Mule was tasty and zingy. The selections of sake were various and delicious. The food was perfectly delectable. We will definitely be coming back and are hoping to see you locals there!

After coming back from a long day of Disney , eating hot dogs, cotton candy ,Dole Whip and anything my inner child wanted...it was nice having an on-site restaurant that serves sushi and Asian fare. Zeta Bar & Sushi Lounge , located at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Signia Resort, is a wonderful way to experience sushi and adult cocktails when visiting Orlando. It was popular which means not only travelers were there to dine but locals too. Note: they are only open Wednesday-Saturday. Lucky for us we were able to dine there on Saturday evening before closing. We started off with two signature hand crafted cocktails and I had a bowl of Miso Soup. We added an order of Crazy A Bao Buns to that. You get two baos per order so I chose some of each: pork belly and Korean bbq short rib. I was drawn to the ingredients in both so that's why I opted for the variety. Everything I ordered was so yummy so far! They do have a menu for little ones but our kid enjoyed a side of avocado, sushi rice and other sushi extras to make her own bowl. We had two signature rolls: Dragon Roll and Jalapeño Roll. We started dining there but because our kid was tired, they were able to pack up our sushi and sauces to enjoy in our room. Fresh, Delicious,Memorable..that's what I want from my sushi experience. And that's what we got.

Gyoza - omg yum!

OMG.... do you love Sushi? Go here if you do! The food was absolutely sensational. Such gorgeous presentation and beautiful food. We had a lovely time here, but our waitress was scattered and having an off night. The service was very slow, inconsistent, and the waitress was inattentive. I don't blame the restaurant for that, but would of course go again, because the ambiance and food were just so darn DELISH. EXTRA YUM!

Spicy salmon sushi
Andrea L.

I loved my spicy salmon sushi! The fish was so fresh it melted in my mouth with just the right amount of spice. The short rib was so tender and there was a subtle spicy sauce that brought it together for me. I wasn't feeling the kimchi even though I like it in general. This was recommended by my waiter and it was pretty good. A 3.5 out of 5 overall. The key lime crème brûlée was so delicious! Lastly the service was timely and courteous!

Love the sushi , the vibe of this restaurant was great and great customer service. One of the best hotel restaurants I have been to. I highly recommend this restaurant.

California and dynamite
Tammi D.

My daughter and I swung by to do some pool time with friends staying here. So it seemed easy to just do dinner here afterwards since this place is located inside the hotel. The ambiance was super nice. Chill, hip, cool music playing. Everything was downhill from there. Service was not so friendly. I really didn't even see a smile on her face. It was just like, "Okay what do you want to order?" The menu consisted of soup and salad, shared plates, bowls, sushi rolls, sashimi, noodles, bento boxes, chicken. They had a happy hour special on certain sushi rolls and drinks from 5-7pm. I took advantage and tried the dynamite roll and California. The rolls were okay, but the fish in the dynamite didn't taste super fresh, and the rice wasn't the best tasting. It was sub-par, but edible. The edamame was slathered in salt. I'm sure there are much better sushi places in Orlando, but this one was convenient. I never expect outstanding sushi in a hotel, and this place confirmed that for me.

Sushi was fresh and the service was great. Didn't seem crowded any time we walked by so we just stopped in for sushi and an appetizer.

Their vibe is dark, nautical, it matches the resorts. Everything is navy blue, its pretty dark inside, but they do have a few TVs. My wife and I prefer to come here when we stay at the Yacht Club or the Beach club but we have visited a few times just to get away from the park. We also stop here when we like to do the Yacht and Beach crawl. If you are not staying here you will need to figure out a different way to access the resort. They offer a small selection of food, mostly which are appetizers, but there are a couple of items you could order as a meal. Last time we were here we did see a few people order food to go probably back to their room. Something my wife and I always have to order is the Parker House Rolls and Spreads which has three spreads and 5 rolls. The spreads include Bacon Jam, Pub Cheese, and Citrus Butter. These are so good and actually one time we stayed we ordered these every single night, they are that good. The spreads are great on their own but even better when you mix them. I would prefer the rolls to be hot but they are still great. We also ordered the Truffle Fries served with with Roasted Shallot Mayo and the meatballs which has a porcini and parmesan cream sauce, pickled mushrooms, and chive oil. Both are really delicious and easy to share or even have both as your meal. The last thing we ordered was the flatbread. They have a seasonal flatbread which was French onion soup but we found out they also offer just a pepperoni flatbread which is not on the menu. This was a great flatbread, really cheesy, great flavor, not too heavy on the pepperoni but really good overall. For drinks I really prefer to get order off the menu and get either a dirty martini or a Manhattan. They have a full bar and can do most drinks. My wife loves their wine particularly the Dr. Loosen, Dr. L. Riesling which she finds around Disney. She also enjoys a good lemon drop martini. Overall this is a great stop, it is one of my favorite lounges. It is comfy, dark, not super loud, they have great food options and great drinks. I would say stop by when you can and check it out! ACES!

It is directly next door. The lounge has seating at the bar, a few high top tables, and then tables partnered with couches or benches. It is really designed to be a low key, relaxing lounge. We like to come here when we stay at the resort as well as just heading over when you want some relaxation with food and drinks. They do serve a small selection of food and specialty cocktails as well as beer and wine and a fully stocked bar. I have personally tried a couple of the specialty drinks as well as just ordered off the menu. I really prefer this lounge when staying at the resort, you can head down from your room and grab dinner and drinks and then head back. If you are not staying here you will need to get over to the resort in another way. On our last visit and actually every visit, my husband and I have to get the Parker House Rolls and Spreads which has three and includes the Bacon Jam, Pub Cheese, and Citrus Butter. These also come with 5 rolls. This is such a great snack, starter, whatever you want to call it. They are so good, the spreads are each delicious on their own but even better when you pair them together. My only thing would be the spreads should be not as cold, they are hard to spread on the rolls since they are cold and the rolls are also not warm. But it is minor. We also enjoy the Truffle Fries served with with Roasted Shallot Mayo. These are a good snack, very truffle heavy but still very good. If you are looking for something more substantial then I would recommend the Seasonal Market Flatbread which will vary. But what they also dont tell you if that they have a pepperoni flatbread not listed on the menu. We ordered the pepperoni last time and it was hot, crispy, had a great cheese pull and was really good. Solid flatbread. We also ordered the meatballs which has a porcini and parmesan cream sauce, pickled mushrooms, and chive oil. These were fantastic meatballs. I really enjoyed them. It had great flavor, and came with 4 meatballs. They also serve other food items such as a burger, wings and salads. The food is great. For drinks I really prefer to get what I love which is a lemon drop martini. I also enjoy some of the wines they offer. If you want a specialty cocktail then I would recommend the Seaworthy Breeze Absolut Vodka with Grapefruit and Cranberry Juices. It was a nice cocktail, not super sweet, but more on the tart side. Overall this is a great stop. We really enjoy sitting here an relaxing with some appetizers and cocktails. You can make a meal out of the food as well if you want. No reservation required, there have a decent amount of seating. I would say stop by and check it out.

You cannot park at the Boardwalk without a reservation and this does not take reservations. I would recommend a bus from Disney Springs, or cut through the park if you have a pass. You can also park at Studios and take the Skyliner to EPCOT and then walk over or boat to Boardwalk. It is not the easiest to get here but you can do it. Inside they offer bar seating and then a couple of high-top tables and then couches and bench tables. There is a server that will come to you if you are not at the bar. The theme is magicians and magic, they have pictures on the walls that move and change, everything has a magic theme. There is also props and such with the same magician theme. It is not super big and can get busy, but we have usually had a good chance to get a seat. We do go early though, we have not been here late in the evening. You can also grab a drink to go which a lot of people do. It is between Flying Fish and Trattoria Al Forno restaurants, so a lot of people will sit in here waiting or grab a drink before dinner. Some of their drinks are interesting with a couple trying to stay with the magic theme, however, if you don't like any of the drinks, you can just order your own. They have a pretty well stocked bar serving beer, wine, and many different types of liquor. I personally enjoy ordering my own and always go for an espresso martini and a lemon drop martini. There is also food available from 5:00pm to 10:00pm but only 3 options. This is designed as a snack, you are not getting a meal here. My favorite items is the Lump Crab Fries which has Wasabi Aioli, Doenjang, and Tobiko for $17.00. This was a huge portion of crispy thin fries, topped with tons of crab and then drizzled with sauce. The crab was fantastic, really good and did not have a fishy taste which sometimes you get. I would highly recommend them. We will go back for these, they are that good! As we get older we are discovering the more adult things in Disney such as lounges as opposed to riding rides. If you can fit this in, I would highly recommend checking it out. Most patrons don't appreciate the theme, but we sure do! The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, with a dimly lit, intimate vibe that's perfect for a date night or a chill evening away from the crowds. The decor is playful without being over-the-top, with nods to classic magic tricks and sleight-of-hand illusions that make every corner a little fun to explore. Be sure to ask your server to give you the inside scoop on hidden Mickeys, backstage stories, and cool little easter eggs filled with Disney surprises. Abracadabar has skyrocketed in popularity among Disney adults in the last few years, so getting a coveted seat inside can be difficult. The bar is very small, and there is often a line forming out front long before opening time. It's an easy walk from the back entrance of Epcot (we often leave the park mid-day to go grab a drink and take a break from the park crowds). I'll be honest, as an introvert, this wasn't my jam the first time I visited, because we were seated at the bar and the bartenders chose me for one of the acts. But the last two times, we were seated at a table in the very back and I love to watch from my dark corner. My husband ordered a zombie and our waitress did a hilarious zombie act as she brought it over to him. It's just so fun. I ordered a pineapple drink that featured Dole Whip and I didn't love it because the consistency was reminiscent of a Slurpee rather than Dole Whip. I feel like drinks are a little hit or miss and some are strong AF so know what you're getting into. Other things to keep in mind: if there's just two of you and you're not sitting at the bar, you will share a table. I don't love this but it is what it is. One time the couple we were seated with was cool but this last time, I made the mistake of making a light political comment that was meant with stony silence... my bad, but I don't need to think about putting my foot in my mouth if I'm not seated with strangers.
