This place turned out to be quite a surprise, hidden lounge to getaway on a rainy night. Especially, on the 16th Floor, and outdoor, relaxed atmosphere, overlooking the Disney theme parks & resorts surrounding the Coronado Resort. We just picked off 1 item each off the menu, going from the top down the list (See the attached pictures & videos), minus the desserts. Plus the "Fruit Punch" was nicely sweet & tart to compliment the foods well, alongside, a glad of red wine!

Staff is very welcoming. They offer indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar to seating. Many come here to enjoy fireworks. Nice quiet bar for those trying to relax and have a drink or a small bite. Create Your Own Old Fashioned- 10/10 They had many options to create your own concoction. I had our bartender Carlos take the wheel and surprise me. He prepared a great old fashioned and all I chose were the bitters. Calamari- 7/10 Fried to perfection just needs some type of seasoning in the batter or on the calamari once it comes out of the fryer. The sauces are where all the flavor is at.

Next stop on our Coronado bar hopping adventure was Dahlia Lounge, perched up on the top floor like it knows it is the fancy one. Our server was fantastic and gave a great recommendation when we asked what one drink we should try on our first visit. After the glowing recommendation, we tried the Sangria Blanco, and wow, it was something special. Imagine if a sangria and a fancy lemonade with a splash of elderflower had a glow-up moment. It was light, refreshing, and dangerously easy to sip. The inside of the lounge was stunning, with classy decor that made me feel like I should probably sit up straighter. The outdoor patio was just as impressive, with gorgeous views of Hollywood Studios and even a little slice of Kissimmee in the distance if you squint just right. We only had time for one drink since we parked at Hollywood Studios and had to make the great bus escape before they stopped running, but we will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Enjoyed this visit so much I forgot to take photos of the food and drinks. Rooftop view was beautiful, you could see three out of the four Disney parks. Food and drinks were amazing!!!! Highly recommend the Dahlia Sliders and the Jamón Croquetas! Best espresso martini I ever had and can't get over the ambiance of this lounge!

I want to start with Oliver. Oliver our server from France, made ALL the difference! He had thorough knowledge about all things on the menu, took time to visit with us, and made our experience TOP NOTCH! We ordered a lovely cheese board with these delicious almonds and honey comb. It came with a sweet tortilla type cracker that paired perfectly with the sparkling wine I had as well. I will definitely go back to the beautifully sparked Dahlia lounge, to"lounge" in peace and comfort and chat with Oliver any day! Plus the views are spectacular!

I was not too happy with some things about the hotel but this spot redeems the whole place! I went here 3 out if my 4 nights. The view is unreal ! It is calming and relaxing looking out over Orlando with flamenco music playing while sitting on a comfy couch . The waiters and waitresses went over and above to make me feel welcome. The drinks are pricey but well worth it . I highly suggest their spiked coffees !

I ate all over Disney World but this lounge had the best meal out of my entire trip. The bartender recommended to me the ham and cheese bocadillo (Sandwich). And it was 10/10. Bread was a toasted baguette with cheese, jamon, and honey. Super simple but was a great last meal of the night. Place also has a great view on the top floor and you can see some of the parks. One tapas I ordered that I would not recommended was the croquettes. Super dense fried outside and bland sauce. Do not order this.

    Calamari and lemon aioli. Yummmm.

What a great view! And excellent cocktails and tapas. Classy joint on the 16th (top) floor of the brand spankin' new Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs hotel. REALLY enjoyed the Tequila Daisy and Alla Prima Manhattan. Calamari was SO good and tender. Cafesito Delicioso was! Not a hot drink, but has espresso and heavy cream and Licor 43. They currently take AP discounts but we'll wait till Tables in Wonderland works before we return. But we *will* be back. And we'll ask for Des because she was awesome!

Recently had an opportunity to check out this bar inside of the Coronado Springs Resort before dining at the Toledo Restaurant down the hall. We arrived with a party of 4 and were led through the main lounge towards the balcony where we nestled in for our apéritif's. The bar is located on the 16th floor with both an elegantly decorated interior lounge and a modern outdoor balcony that includes seating with a view that encompasses most of the Disney properties excluding magic kingdom. The drinks were strong but delectable, my date decided on the Espumoso Punch while I enjoyed the Alla Prima Manhattan. The Alla Prima Manhattan was delicious and the maple syrup pair well with the heavy poor of Elijah Craig 94. I look forward to revisiting this location in the future for absolutely stunning views of the Disney property, the warm and welcoming hospitality shown to us by the staff, and the flavorful Alla Prima Manhattan.

I almost don't want to share this pro tip but here we are: make a reso around 8:30 and you'll get a prime viewing spot for fireworks with your partner. It's all kinds of right, with the sleek 1980s lounge aesthetic and large windows giving you a pretty view of the underside of Spaceship Earth and the lagoon with the World Showcase surrounding it. And that's where the fireworks happen and you don't have to suffer the crowds and noise. Cocktails are elite and the prices match. Be careful of the more risky options unless you thrive on unusual flavors because that's an expensive risk at 25 dollars + a pop. Our fantastic waiter recommended the Peach Shrub Whiskey Smash and was so convincing, I ordered it despite not liking whisky very much but it had bubbles, so I had to and I loved it (he confided that his wife hates whiskey but loves this drink, too). I followed with the Pink Peppercorn Clover Club, less daring but just as delicious. I'll order the hummus next time, looks like a solid vegan option. When people are under the impression that Disney World is just for kids, I'm not sure you can always change their minds. Geo 82 is a good start.

Complimentary snacks and Coca-Cola Freestyle drinks as well as coffee are very nice as well. Some of the seating options also have phone charging capabilities, if that is needed I recommend discussing with the cast member when you register at the podium. Both times we have been we only had a short wait of a few minutes before a table was available. The decor inside fits well with the surrounding Frontierland and the former Shooting Arcade it replaced. This most recent visit, I noticed an animated character moving around on a display that I had not seen before. I imagine there are other "Easter eggs" to discover on future visits.

MAGIC KINGDOM NEEDS A LARGER DVC LOUNGE :o)…read more We recently dropped by McKim's Mile House, the Magic Kingdom Disney Vacation Club (DVC) lounge that opened in 2025. We love having the DVC lounge - everyone in our group enjoyed being able to relax and recharge in the AC space with free snacks and beverages (as well as recharge our cell phones). While we wish the decor was on par with the Wilderness Lodge, simply having a quiet place with AC was more than enough for us weary park guests on the warm morning at Magic Kingdom. Try to have your entire group together when checking in with the Cast Member at the door. If there is a wait list, you might not be able to reserve space for friends and family who are somewhere else in the park and on their way to McKim. Our group had split up in the park and six of us immediately went inside the lounge upon checking in - when the rest of our group reached McKim, the lounge was full so they had to wait outside and could not join us until other park guests left the lounge. It was at least a 15 minute wait on an off-peak day (around 11 a.m.). It is unfortunate that McKim's Mile House only has space for 50 or so guests. We later learned from Google that there are around 250,000 DVC members worldwide - we think everyone can agree that Disney's most popular park needs a larger lounge :o)

It is located near the entrance to Star Wars and kiddie corner to Star Tours, directly next to Sci Fi Drive In. The line can get long but will move fast. My wife and I prefer to rope this spot of come in the evening before park close. I prefer to get beer flights. Some of my favorites include: Golden Road Hefeweizen, North Coast Red Seal Ale, Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA, Stone Delicious IPA, Golden Road Mango Cart or North Coast Scrimshaw Pilsner. Honestly they are all pretty good! MY wife always goes for a cocktail. She loves the strawberry hibiscus soda, which is non-alcoholic, and adds Tito's to it and make it a cocktail and will always do a double for around $3-4 more! For food we always go for the large pretzel with cheese and mustard. Its a great price, really large, served warm, its soft and salty and served with cheese and mustard. You can ask for a second cup of either for no additional cost. In the last year, they have changed their charcuterie board and I personally prefer the previous version but this one is also really good. It now comes with Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese, Mt Tam Brie, Midnight Moon Goat Cheese, Sopressata Salami, Sliced Bresaola, Blueberry Compote, Onion Jam, and Bread and Butter Pickles with Lavash. Their last food item is the "Avenue Chips" which is House-made Ranch Kettle Chips served with Beer Cheese Fondue. Not a great portion for the price but these are ok, I would say get the pretzel instead. All in all this is a great bar to relax, sit and people watch or grab a drink or a snack, just a great atmosphere. It gets really nice in the evening when the sun is setting and it's not as hot. We love coming here and always make a point to stop in when we visit Hollywood Studios. ACES!

I can't tell you how many times I think…read moreabout going to try another restaurant around Disney Springs and then remember, oh wait it's between 2:30-6:30pm I should just go to STK since they have the best happy hour. I've been here early, late, by myself, with dates, with my family. However, I've still never had a steak here lol and I am a total steak guy. I prefer sitting upstairs. Many times though they won't open upstairs if it isn't that busy. Even better if you can sit up there secluded and have your own VIP experience where 1 bartender waits on you and there are actually TV's up top. If you have to sit at the bar downstairs it's ok, but not TV's. You kind of want a corner seat to people watch. Oh, and up top has an outdoor patio rooftop. One night many months ago, I had a hotel room at the Holiday Inn nearby and decided to try all of the cocktails on the menu. Yep, sometimes ya just gotta do it. However, the first drink of the day is always the $9 Spiced Watermelon which consists of: patrón silver tequila - st~germain - watermelon purée - fresh lime - jalapeño Holy smokes do I love that thing. Additionally, espresso martinis, old fashioned, or any of the cocktails here are always fabulous. Don't be afraid to get outside your comfort zone. I also really like the cucumber stiletto. I've basically had every item on their happy hour food menu as well. Been here on many occasions and just said bring 1 of everything. You can never go wrong with the burger or meatballs though.

STK at Disney Springs is one of the most overrated restaurants I've ever been to. They charge…read moreluxury steakhouse prices for food that wouldn't survive at a chain restaurant. I should have taken the hint and gone somewhere else when the stale tasting bread loaf was served. We requested another loaf, and it tasted exactly the same. Maybe stale bread is the new steakhouse trend? All the main dishes are served à la carte, and the sides were over twenty dollars on top of sixty to one hundred dollar entrées. That alone would be fine if the food were actually good, but it wasn't. The tater tots were mediocre at best, and the Brussels sprouts were overcooked, dry, and tasted like burnt bacon. Our server ended up removing the Brussels sprouts from the bill since none of us touched them after the first bite. Tina, our server, is the reason I gave two stars instead of one. She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience a little better. Now for the cocktails. My wife ordered the espresso martini and said it was decent, but not even as good as the one from our local burger joint. For a twenty two dollar "craft cocktail," I expected much better. I ordered two dirty vodka martinis with blue cheese olives, which came with a four dollar upcharge on an already twenty plus dollar drink. When the order was taken, I was asked if I wanted olives, but no one mentioned there would be an extra charge. It's not the money that bothered me, we already expected outrageous Disney Springs pricing. It's the principle of charging extra for olives in a martini, which traditionally comes with olives. To make matters worse, the drinks were so watered down that after two martinis I barely felt anything at all. The entire place feels more focused on loud music, Instagram photos, and pretending to be exclusive than actually delivering quality food and drinks. After paying nearly four hundred dollars for three entrées (chicken, shrimp scampi, and salmon), one salad, two sides, and three cocktails for a party of four, the experience was honestly embarrassing, both for me and for STK. Orlando has far better steakhouses that actually deserve the price tag. I left feeling completely ripped off and won't ever be back!!
