This was a strip of seating inside and outside type of lounge/ bar area. I arrived around 8pm on a Friday night, and it was very full with couples, families, and friend outings. We found a seat inside for drinks before dinner... service was a little slow (about 15-20minutes for our drinks) but she was very kind. The drinks were delicious! Very refreshing, good ingredients, made strong. I'd definitely return for the view, drinks, and to try the food.

We absolutely loved the service, view, and atmosphere here! I know it's meant to be a lounge. I'm sure the cocktails are very good here. It was the tapas that left a lot to be desired. We selected it for a light dinner based on all the great reviews. Unfortunately, the food was "no muy bueno." Shrimp Pil Pil - I appreciated the size of the shrimp. The sauce had a bitter taste that we couldn't discern. It just wasn't even close to being authentic. Dahlia Sliders - They were presented well. The burger itself had this fake charcoal taste. The burger buns were perfectly toasted. The toppings had mixed reviews between us. The patatas bravas served with the sliders were just french fries with a drizzle of sauce on them. The sauce wasn't smoky, nor spicy. It was filling. We will go back one day when the menu changes, or just for drinks. It really has a beautiful view. The food was just not what we were expecting.

I love this lounge. The drinks are quite good and the food is quite good as well. It has great views of walt Disney world and makes for a beautiful setting to enjoy some cocktails with some friends. The service is always good as you would expect from Disney. It is a tad bit expensive to frequent but would highly recommend for a special occasion

If you are looking for a romantic area for a significant other this would be the place but choose the rooftop. I met friends here to have drinks and watch the fireworks. The bar menu is pretty versatile and the staff is pretty on top of things.

Staff is very welcoming. They offer indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar to seating. Many come here to enjoy fireworks. Nice quiet bar for those trying to relax and have a drink or a small bite. Create Your Own Old Fashioned- 10/10 They had many options to create your own concoction. I had our bartender Carlos take the wheel and surprise me. He prepared a great old fashioned and all I chose were the bitters. Calamari- 7/10 Fried to perfection just needs some type of seasoning in the batter or on the calamari once it comes out of the fryer. The sauces are where all the flavor is at.

Dahlia Lounge is on the 15th floor at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, in the Grand Destino Tower. The view is my favorite across all property. MY wife and I love this place and try and frequent as much as possible. Parking is hit or miss with security and not having a reservation. Later in the evening, we usually don't have much issue with security when we let them know we are going to Dahlia Lounge, but if they stop you, you will have to take an Uber, park at a theme park/ Disney Springs and take a bus over. We have sadly not been here in a few months but came over last weekend to some sad news. Some of our favorite items on the menu have been removed or changed. My wife asked the server why they were removed, and she did not know either. One of the items we used to love was the toasted baguette with Manchego cheese and serrano ham, literally my favorite sandwich ever! They also changed the flavor and texture of their wings. They used to be a crispy fried wing that was full of breading and had the most delicious sauce. Now their wings are nonbreaded with a sweet and spicy honey sherry glaze. I personally did not mind them, they were not my favorite wing sauce, but it was ok, I would get them again. However, my wife absolutely hated them, she did not like the flavor, and it did not sit well with her. Disney if you are listening, bring the sandwich back and the old wings, please! Something new though on the menu, however, were their churros. These came with 3 larger churros, which were light, airy and crunchy. They also came with a chocolate dipping sauce. These were really good; I am not a sweet fan, but these were good. I only had a small piece, but I enjoyed it. My wife however, absolutely loved these and said she would order them over and over. I also noticed that had new croquettes and sliders, which we will be trying next time we visit. Their drinks are pretty standard for a Disney bar, they have wine and beer as well as a full bar. They do have a few specialty drink options, including a favorite cocktail of mine- Create-Your-Own Old Fashioned. For this we got to choose from five (5) Whiskeys, five (5) Simple Syrups, and five (5) Bitters, however, they were out of a couple of the bitters. A friend of ours also ordered it as well. We both enjoyed it and made a good combination, but I feel the portion was way too small for the price. My wife ordered the Espresso Martini. Theirs had Stoli Vanil Vodka, Bols Crème de Cacao White Liqueuer, Simple Syrup, and Espresso. Espresso Martinis are one of her favorites and she really loved it. I actually ordered one as well and I agree, very good! All in all, this is one of my favorite bars. If you grab a table outside, don' leave all night. You can watch fireworks from here, you can sit and relax on the couch style seating, and you can enjoy the beautiful breeze. I really enjoy this lounge and will for sure be coming back. You should totally check it out. Aces!

Bar area with a glass of wine and the tapas trio

The boujee bar on the 15th floor outside of the restaurant Toledo (best steaks ever there!). I say boujee but people were dressed in all sorts of casual clothing. It just looks boujee. The place was packed already but we were able to get a couch seat. Seating outside on the overlook was all taken and the "fireworks" were about to take place at Hollywood Studios. Luckily some bar seating opened up not long after we got our drinks so our server helped us move there. I originally was not going to eat but half way through a glass of wine I decided that I wanted something. I ordered the Tapas Trio (Octopus Ceviche, 'Aceitunas' Marinated Olives, Tomato Spread with Grilled Bread). The best item to me on the board was, you guessed it...the octopus. I haven't had it in ceviche form but I was doing a little happy dance in my bar chair. Sitting there I was getting hypnotized by the Roy Disney/Salvador Dali animation that was on loop on the tv. It's weird but intriguing. Then someone requested the NCAA basketball tourney on the bigger tvs so I snapped out of it. Definitely a nice place to hang out.

Very beautiful open lounge with the friendliest bartenders! I walked in right at 5 and was their first customer of the day. We stayed at the tower so it was a no brainer that I had to drop by and check out the scenery. My little one and husband were exhausted from a day at the pool so while they napped in the room, I snuck up to takeout some food for dinner and grab a drink. Their espresso martini was poured and tasted to perfection. I had a nice little chat with one bartender who told me a few fun facts about the bar and the parts of the Disney parks I can spot from the balcony outside. Great service all around even from just my 10 minutes at the bar. I read great reviews about the ham and cheese sandwich so I was so excited to try this... i left a bit disappointed since I felt like this was simply charcuterie packaged inside a baguette. The components were yummy with the prosciutto and brie, but there wasn't a spread or anything super special about it... made for a good snack tho! The wings were delicious and had a hint of citrus/lemon as an aftertaste. It was super saucy and crunchy. I would order this one again.

Ponche de Fruta (non-alcoholic) delicious and refreshing.

Nice ambiance. No dress code...most people are theme park goers so you'll see a lot of shorts and t-shirts. Although if there's a convention in town, you'll definitely be able to differentiate who are the business people. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. No reservations, every seat is first come first serve. The outside view is gorgeous as you can overlook parts of Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Even if you may not be able to score an outdoor seat, you can see roam outside to check out the view. Small tapas menu. But extensive beverage list..wine, beers, cocktails and a few non alcoholic beverages too. Really enjoyed the jalapeño croquettes. It's not a burn-your-tongue spicy but there's def some spice flavoring to it. Comes with four pieces so it's perfect to share but still a good portion to have all to yourself.

Whitney L.

Went there for a quick drink while waiting for our reservation at Toledo. The CM's there were friendly. The view is freaking awesome. Only downside it was windy but they can't control that at all. Quick service and drink was good. I would go there again.

Dahlia Lounge is located at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. It is on the 15th floor of the main tower. The view itself should make you want to run here! This is another favorite of ours, which we try and frequent as much as possible. Parking is hit or miss. Later in the evening, we usually don't have much issue with security when we let them know we are going to Dahlia Lounge. If they will not let you in, you will have to take an Uber, park at a theme park or Disney Springs and take a bus over. We came here recently again and were actually really sad. They have changed their menu. They have actually removed items from the previous menu which were amazing and one of our favorites. They were also really popular, so I don't really know why they were removed. I actually asked the server, and she did not know either. One of those items was the toasted baguette with Manchego cheese and serrano ham. This was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had and will completely miss it! They also changed their wings. Their wings used to be almost a Japanese Crispy Fried Wings with the most delicious sauce. They have changed it to a nonbreaded wing with a sweet and spicy honey sherry glaze. I absolutely hated these, the flavor was terrible, and they did not sit well with me. However, my husband really enjoyed them, thoughts they were good and said he would order them again. These came with 3 larger churros, which were light, airy and crunchy. They also came with a chocolate dipping sauce. These were fantastic and luckily no one else in the group wanted any so perfect, more for me! I would order these again for sure. I also noticed that had new croquettes and sliders, which we will have to try next time. Their drinks are pretty standard, they have wine and beer as well as a full bar. We had reservations at toledo so we went here for a pre dinner drink on valentines day. The specialty cocktails were delicious. The drinks took a while to come out so we got the chance to enjoy the ambiance. It is open seating so you don't have to wait for a hostess but you may have to order at the bar and stand with it.

Let's get a cocktail at 8:30 and go stand out on the balcony to watch the Fireworks. That's what you got here. You see the end of park shows from the parks and no hassle of crowds. Just a nice, expensive, cocktail. The balcony is nice as well, seating for those that come first. Overall, this is a gem to have a drink and watch the fireworks show from a distance. Unlike some other resorts, this one's audio is not directly tied in though.

Enjoying the lounge!

Whenever visiting Coronado Springs I think we will be eating breakfast at Rix from here on out instead of the food court. There was no wait to get in, in the morning. Their omelet and avocado toast were pretty good (though the omelet was not as warm as I would've hoped) and I appreciated being able to substitute the potatoes for fresh fruit. Overall for the price this is an excellent choice if you want food that isn't greasy like the quick service breakfast and want to avoid potato barrel overload.

I made this mistake when my husband wanted to come here for dinner and I looked it up and it said 2pm which he thought was odd for a sports bar as all the games are in the evening so we ended up going to Maya's which was great. I looked up Rix again and realized there were two of them and I had looked at the Cafe hours and not the bar and grill hours. We had our first breakfast here. We got up around 8 and had a leisurely breakfast around 9am. Plenty of time before they closed at 10:30am. For table service they were really quick. The waitress was really. Nice and was on the ball. She got us seated, waters to us and our orders taken. Our food came out quick too. I was really impressed with the service. I had the Rix Omelet, with herb butter potatoes and cheddar biscuit. I was so full that I didn't get to try the biscuit. I would order it again. My husband got the Floridian French Toast. He really enjoyed it. I loved the fruit on it. It cut down on the surgery contents. As for eating here again. If we make another trip to Disney World I may eat here again. It was great, so don't get me wrong, but we have table service for all of our dinners and 2 out of the 4 lunches so we really didn't need another table service meal to carry us though out the day. It was perfect for us on the first day when we ate at 9am and got to the park at around 11am and then didn't eat till dinner time as we were so full from breakfast. I do reccomend Rix Sports Bar and Grill. It was delightful. The food was great, the service was impeccable, the ambiance was that of a Sports Bar and not a DIsney World/Theme park which was good. We wanted the feel of a nice peaceful restaurant before we hit the busy park. I feel the crowed was mostly convention center guests. No kids were there when we were there. It fit our needs perfectly.

We also stop here when we like to do the Yacht and Beach crawl. If you are not staying here you will need to figure out a different way to access the resort. They offer a small selection of food, mostly which are appetizers, but there are a couple of items you could order as a meal. Last time we were here we did see a few people order food to go probably back to their room. Something my wife and I always have to order is the Parker House Rolls and Spreads which has three spreads and 5 rolls. The spreads include Bacon Jam, Pub Cheese, and Citrus Butter. These are so good and actually one time we stayed we ordered these every single night, they are that good. The spreads are great on their own but even better when you mix them. I would prefer the rolls to be hot but they are still great. We also ordered the Truffle Fries served with with Roasted Shallot Mayo and the meatballs which has a porcini and parmesan cream sauce, pickled mushrooms, and chive oil. Both are really delicious and easy to share or even have both as your meal. The last thing we ordered was the flatbread. They have a seasonal flatbread which was French onion soup but we found out they also offer just a pepperoni flatbread which is not on the menu. This was a great flatbread, really cheesy, great flavor, not too heavy on the pepperoni but really good overall. For drinks I really prefer to get order off the menu and get either a dirty martini or a Manhattan. They have a full bar and can do most drinks. My wife loves their wine particularly the Dr. Loosen, Dr. L. Riesling which she finds around Disney. She also enjoys a good lemon drop martini. Overall this is a great stop, it is one of my favorite lounges. It is comfy, dark, not super loud, they have great food options and great drinks. I would say stop by when you can and check it out! ACES!

Ale and Compass Lounge is the lounge area at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. There are two areas, the…read morelounge (this one) and then Ale and Compass table service restaurant. It is directly next door. The lounge has seating at the bar, a few high top tables, and then tables partnered with couches or benches. It is really designed to be a low key, relaxing lounge. We like to come here when we stay at the resort as well as just heading over when you want some relaxation with food and drinks. They do serve a small selection of food and specialty cocktails as well as beer and wine and a fully stocked bar. I have personally tried a couple of the specialty drinks as well as just ordered off the menu. I really prefer this lounge when staying at the resort, you can head down from your room and grab dinner and drinks and then head back. If you are not staying here you will need to get over to the resort in another way. On our last visit and actually every visit, my husband and I have to get the Parker House Rolls and Spreads which has three and includes the Bacon Jam, Pub Cheese, and Citrus Butter. These also come with 5 rolls. This is such a great snack, starter, whatever you want to call it. They are so good, the spreads are each delicious on their own but even better when you pair them together. My only thing would be the spreads should be not as cold, they are hard to spread on the rolls since they are cold and the rolls are also not warm. But it is minor. We also enjoy the Truffle Fries served with with Roasted Shallot Mayo. These are a good snack, very truffle heavy but still very good. If you are looking for something more substantial then I would recommend the Seasonal Market Flatbread which will vary. But what they also dont tell you if that they have a pepperoni flatbread not listed on the menu. We ordered the pepperoni last time and it was hot, crispy, had a great cheese pull and was really good. Solid flatbread. We also ordered the meatballs which has a porcini and parmesan cream sauce, pickled mushrooms, and chive oil. These were fantastic meatballs. I really enjoyed them. It had great flavor, and came with 4 meatballs. They also serve other food items such as a burger, wings and salads. The food is great. For drinks I really prefer to get what I love which is a lemon drop martini. I also enjoy some of the wines they offer. If you want a specialty cocktail then I would recommend the Seaworthy Breeze Absolut Vodka with Grapefruit and Cranberry Juices. It was a nice cocktail, not super sweet, but more on the tart side. Overall this is a great stop. We really enjoy sitting here an relaxing with some appetizers and cocktails. You can make a meal out of the food as well if you want. No reservation required, there have a decent amount of seating. I would say stop by and check it out.

Probably my favorite place in Hollywood Studios to sit back and take a break, enjoy a snack, and an…read moreadult beverage. On this trip I got the only cider they have on tap and the charcuterie board. Ran.me $30+ tip for both items. Which is pricey, but it's Disney. I've had the charcuterie board in the past and I enjoy every component of it. Especially the pickles and the blue cheese! Service here is always great. I've never experienced a very long wait here at all and seating has always been easy to find too.

It's been a few years so time for an update. Baseline Tap House is located at Disney's Hollywood…read moreStudios and is just a bar with drinks and snacks. It is located near the entrance to Star Wars and kiddie corner to Star Tours, directly next to Sci Fi Drive In. The line can get long but will move fast. My wife and I prefer to rope this spot of come in the evening before park close. I prefer to get beer flights. Some of my favorites include: Golden Road Hefeweizen, North Coast Red Seal Ale, Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA, Stone Delicious IPA, Golden Road Mango Cart or North Coast Scrimshaw Pilsner. Honestly they are all pretty good! MY wife always goes for a cocktail. She loves the strawberry hibiscus soda, which is non-alcoholic, and adds Tito's to it and make it a cocktail and will always do a double for around $3-4 more! For food we always go for the large pretzel with cheese and mustard. Its a great price, really large, served warm, its soft and salty and served with cheese and mustard. You can ask for a second cup of either for no additional cost. In the last year, they have changed their charcuterie board and I personally prefer the previous version but this one is also really good. It now comes with Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese, Mt Tam Brie, Midnight Moon Goat Cheese, Sopressata Salami, Sliced Bresaola, Blueberry Compote, Onion Jam, and Bread and Butter Pickles with Lavash. Their last food item is the "Avenue Chips" which is House-made Ranch Kettle Chips served with Beer Cheese Fondue. Not a great portion for the price but these are ok, I would say get the pretzel instead. All in all this is a great bar to relax, sit and people watch or grab a drink or a snack, just a great atmosphere. It gets really nice in the evening when the sun is setting and it's not as hot. We love coming here and always make a point to stop in when we visit Hollywood Studios. ACES!
