We were here for an anniversary and were given free champagne before our meal and offered more at the end which we declined because of all the other lovely drinks we'd had. This was their first time here and admittedly I was happy because they haven't had many pleasant food experiences in Buffalo. I was nervous that we'd either a) be turned away or b) not get the best service since it was so close to the time that they closed. Let me be the first to say that that was not the case at all. We were seated in the most perfect little nook tucked away near the door. Dimly lit but cozy for good vibes and good food. Our server Megan came over and she was truly delightful. She provided really great recommendations. It was the perfect mix of personal reccs, insight on bestsellers, and answers to our mainy questions. We ultimately settled on two pizzas, fried rice, and a buyer (not pictured). The food came out in a timely manner. The drinks were incredible and the service was undeniable. Regardless, I definitely recommend the pizza! They also have a really good cocktail menu. Their bar staff were all really friendly and knowledgeable. Aside from pizza, I'd make sure to stop in for a cocktail, as well. Overall, our time at Marble + Rye was short and unplanned, but it still left a great impression and made me wish I could go back a second time to explore both the cocktail and food menus further.
