    Food Review - Swedish meatballs with fries and peas. It's always so good for $10, but wish the food was hotter. Lukewarm. Ikea is always so much fun to go to. It feels like a new place every step you go. Great place for inspiration on decorating. I own so many ikea products, but my room does not look like their model rooms. Currently they have a back-to-school sale 15% off til Labor Day if anyone need school/dorm stuff.

    Good store, exceptionally great staff. Special thanks to Evette and especially Avianna. Looking for the most direct route to the checkout area, Avianna personally walked me to the checkout lane and helped me get on my way. Employees at most retail outlets often won't go out of their way to help a customer in need. Not here. Thanks New England IKEA!

    Often a madhouse but I find the prettiest things. And, I love the Swedish meatballs for lunch. Word to wise: don't come here during college move in weekend.

    This review update is in regards to current changes made for reopening in a world of Cov-2. A few highlights: Even though the CDC does not require masks for those who have been vaccinated, Ikea still requires all customers to wear their masks. Patrons are asked to continue to keep 6 feet apart when possible. Dining is open. There is a 'roped' line to enter the cafeteria where a host will give you a sanitized cart w/the number of trays you need and instructions on sitting and ordering, which are basically the same as they were. There was only apple juice and water available for beverages during our visit. The soda, coffee and tea area was closed off. Salads and desserts are still self serve and meals are plated by staff. There are some chips, cookies and chocolates on the way to the cashier. Both the food service staff and cashier are protected by plexiglass. Staff were wiping down all tables and chairs between guests. Lots of signs in restrooms asking patrons not to 'linger' in the area, to keep distanced and there was only one sink available to keep patrons properly distanced (this seems excessive as they have about 8 sinks in the main restroom) and the hand dryers are disabled. Two paper towel dispensers are available. The store was not busy during our visit, and they have rearranged some of the displays making the labyrinth follow a slightly different path. Most of the expected items were available although we walked out with nothing on our list making me think perhaps I should have check availability online before making our trip. With so few patrons in store it was easy to keep socially distanced although many folks didn't mind passing 'close by' in the aisles. There was a good amount of staff available throughout the store, although not in every department as previously so you may have to walk to another department to order if you are not picking up your item(s) in the warehouse area. it's good to get back in store (MA did not welcome RI's for a long time) we got a good stretch of the legs walking around the store, the new displays are interesting and inspiring and we got some Swedish meatballs, so that's a win.

    Great place to get furniture and household items! I also got some food from the quick service area after the cashiers and unfortunately they forgot about my order so it took a while for my food to come out :(

    Guys please help me out! I bought the Brimmes bed from Ikea in January and would like to exchange it for the Malm Bed. I've already assembled the bed i know i have to dissemble it but I also threw away the boxes. What should i do? Bed is perfect btw

It's not easy to find what you need but they do have a large selection. I think the only time we don't get furniture from that store is when we can't find what we want in the outlet section downstairs. They do have a large selection in the discount area and even in the non discounted section on top but the prices on top are a bit high for us on top. We have even bought a mattress from there maybe 15 years ago. I would check that store first to see if they have what you need discounted and then if you don't don't something you like, check other places.

When I sent pictures (required) I was told the life of a mattress is 7 year. I was offered a $300. credit toward a new mattress and they are running a 15% promotion as well. I feel the sale was a scam to buy the higher priced mattress. I could have had a king size mattress for half of what I paid. Had I known the 10 year warranty was fraud. I expected Jordan's to fight for me as their customer with the manufacturer. I was told the indention needed to be 3" deep before any warantee would be considered. They no longer sell the mattress but said they try to stay competitive and sell various manufacturers mattresses. Will no longer shop at Jordans.....

    This was, quite possibly, one of the absolute worst delivery and customer services experiences I…read morehave ever had with a business. My husband and I recently moved into a new home and ordered two bedframes from Bob's, one full and one king. On the initial date of delivery, the full frame was built with no issues, but we were informed that there was a broken piece with the king frame, and that they would have to undo it and take it away. The gentleman who delivered it was incredibly nice and got me on the phone with customer service. I spoke with a woman who informed me the delivery would be replaced a few days later. When they arrived a few days later, they came with only parts for the frame, and not the entire replacement frame. This time, they left the miscellaneous pieces of frame in our bedroom, taking up space, and we had to get on the phone with customer service AGAIN. This time we spoke to two different people (neither of whom seemed to understand what we were talking about or who understood our situation). And once again, they assured us that the next delivery (the 3rd attempt) would be correct and the entire frame would be delivered. When the third delivery was attempted, they (shocker) only came with just the pieces again and not the entire frame, but thankfully this group of delivery men were kind enough to move the leftover pieces of frame from our bedroom to our garage so they weren't in the way. My husband talked to customer service on the phone and very clearly explained the situation, and we were once again informed that the now FOURTH delivery attempt would be correct. This morning, which was supposed to be the final (correct) delivery, my husband received a phone call stating that they, once again, had the wrong order and only had parts for the frame, not the entire frame itself. After multiple other confusing & frustrating calls to customer service agents (who very clearly follow a script and have trouble straying from it), and trying to explain to them that we did NOT want a replacement or exchange at this point and just wanted a refund, we finally got a satisfactory response. We definitely not be purchasing any more furniture from Bob's and will be advising our friends & family against it as well. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different furniture store or get something off of Amazon.

Mind you, it was a huge hassle, even getting them to deliver it and it took over a month to set up a date. If you try to ask if there's a certain window of the day they will arrive, they're unable to give you that until the day of delivery.... Then when it arrives like someone took a knife to it in NINE different places? When I called to have this taken back, they were unable to that night and mentioned friday. I agreed to set it up Friday then they call saying they don't have anything until 6 weeks.... So now I'm stuck with a carved in piece of furniture like someone was g0d damn wood carving. I mean, they don't call it discount for nothing; Absolute joke- I should've bought from Ikea and endured the annoyance of putting it together.     I passed by this furniture store at least once a quarter throughout the years and only decided to…read morego in because I was on the hunt for a new living room set. No frills from the moment you walk in, until you buy and leave. What you see is what you get! It's an overstuffed showroom with lots of great finds like paintings, baskets, chairs, tables, etc. The owner won me over with his dry sense of humor, and when he said, I have an award winning, million dollar smile ! The Sales Consultant Cecilia is a gem and so cute. She is funny as Fock and very personable. She kept it real and kept it going, and was cool doing it. She didn't hound me, yet let me know that she was available for any questions. I ended up purchasing a huge, dark grey sectional that felt amazing when I sat on it. Good Springs! I only paid about 1700 for the entire set, so if it gets damaged, I won't feel so bad‍ The delivery guys arrived the NEXT DAY and I was ecstatic when they started to put it together! The set looked HUGE in my livingroom... but it was still dope I gave them a nice tip!
