plant balls, swedish balls, potato cheddar cod, rainbow cake, side mac and cheese

I came for the half off entrees deal and everything was around $30!! It was a good amount of food and pretty good! The cake was dry and too sweet but everything else was a good 7/10. The employees were very sweet and friendly. I came to study as well and it wasn't too busy. It was only busy around dinner time but overall chill place!

Good food and even better prices. Gooey chocolate cake was awesome and only $1.49. cream cake was equally as good and $1.99. Kids Swedish meatball meal $4.29. Big chocolate bar $1.99. I feel like I'm in pre-COVID times. Makes me want to come back every day

Medium Breakfast $5.99 (10-11am)

I love the crepe-like pancakes IKEA has. You get a medium breakfast for only $5.99! Breakfast as of 1/19/25 is from 10-11am only. For the price (and probably similar calories) of a Starbucks coffee, this can't be beat! There is plenty of seating if you need to get some work done. Great option for an affordable and delicious breakfast!

Love coming here! Lots of options to choose from meatballs to plant based. Currently having the Ikea Family card nets you a 15% discount thru Aug. My go to item is always the Swedish Meatballs with that gravy and ligonberry sauce. It comes with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I also opted for the apple crisp pastry and caesar salad and a unique side item I've never seen before but it was quite delicious a stuffed broccoli cheese and rice side dish forgot what it is called. And to top things off you get a free coffee with that dessert if you have the card. I highly recommend you dine here when shopping Ikea did I also mention it is very inexpensive? Love this place!

Hungry. Why am I always hungry before shopping at IKEA and after shopping? Hunger is killing me. I can't control it. The aroma puffed right through my mask. I can't remember when IKEA Restaurant reopened after months of Covid-19 restaurant lockdown. Company took extreme measure to protect employees and customers. I remember I received an email about they closed March 2020. Few stores reopened in June 2020, but not this one. Then, I came to shop at IKEA prior. Again, can't remember when. But I remember the restaurant operation was closed. What a bummer. Because I read the advertisement about Swedish Meatballs and I wanted some. The only option was buy them frozen and go home to cook my own. Not happening. Eating at restaurant is much more enjoyable than doing otherwise. Since Covid-19 pandemic, I joined IKEA Family rewards program. I wanted to order something but system kept lying about the availability. Then, I got mad. So, I started deleting their emails. That's why I can't remember when it opened. Anyways. I've got to take a short cut from upstairs entrance to IKEA Restaurant. Mmm... Checking out the menu. So, I'm looking at the IKEA discounts during weekdays.

Swedish meatballs and apple cider

IKEA is a restaurant in a big blue building on I-10. Value is the name of the game. Two of us got dinner with apple cider tallboys for under $20. For the price, it's really hard to beat. Like all of the other services in this large blue building, expect great pricing but limited options. Meatballs, salmon, and chicken tenders were pretty much the only things on the menu that night, and the soda machine was down. Still, with the price and the friendly staff, it's hard to say anything bad about this place.

More like Ickier Restaurant because the food is Icky, much moreso than when I was young. I'm not a fan of the Ikea restaurant. Maybe when I was younger and had less good taste but I've watched the prices go up and I've watched the quality go down over the years and that's been a little bit disappointing. People are obsessed with Ikea and they don't know how to drive to get in or out so watch out. And the food... nah.

Veggie Balls

Ikea is always a great stop for a quick, affordable, fresh, vegan spot! We love any chance we get to (of course, shop!) but enjoy grabbing a delicious plate! Vegan Options -Veggie Balls, full vegan, you don't have to ask for changes. -*Plant Balls - the plate shows there is milk. This is because of the gravy & mashed potatoes. -French Fries ----We prefer the PLANT BALLS (vegan) with the Veggie Ball Plate. Hopefully, that makes sense. Dine-In experience is always great for us; always clean, available seating, great self-serve section. Beautiful views almost anywhere in the seating area. Only negative: Due to the pandemic, no self-serve beverages. We freak'n loved their tea! Def missed that! (totally understand, though) ***As for the Veggie/Plant Balls, you can purchase them frozen on the first floor. Def recommend. COVID Notes -Indoor seating is available -Social distance & masks are not required. Staff wore masks. -Customer service was delightful, safe, and helpful -Ordering was effortless & smooth -No self-serving beverages are available. -No issues at all. Thank you, Ikea Restaurant, for delicious Vegan Options!

Top - 8 Swedish meatball combo plate, $6.99. Bottom - 12 Swedish meatballs combo ate, $7.99. Bottle water, $1.50.

I been wanting to try the famous Ikea Swedish meatballs for the last twenty years. Finally my youngest daughter and I got a chance while shopping at Ikea. We both ordered the meatball combo plate with steamed mixed veggies and masked potatoes from the steamed table. The foods tasted kind of bland. I really needed some ground black peppers to spice it up. However the prices were very affordable. $6.99 for 8 meatballs combo and $7.99 for 12 meatballs combo. The ladies behind the steam tables were very friendly. We probably will eat here again since the prices were so budget friendly.

I've had the food at Ikea many times. My girlfriend is remodeling her kitchen and we have made many trips there. The coffee isn't good and it's free for IKEA family members. I will drink it but I will never buy their coffee. The Swedish meatballs are a cheap but funky meal. It gets the job done and it's very affordable. The chicken strips are just okay. All the desserts I've had there were basically passable. I will eat at Ikea if I'm there for a long time and get hungry. I really enjoyed the ice cream.Don't make a special trip there just to eat their food.

If you're at IKEA and you're happen to be hungry, then by all means, stop by here and grab a something to eat (Or go downstairs for 2 for $1 hot dogs). However, don't expect anything fancy. The purpose of this restaurant is so you get something to eat and can continue shopping. That's it. I had the Swedish meatball plate and it wasn't anything special. For an extra $1, you get four additional meatballs (perfect if you're really hungry), but they taste just okay. Mashed potatoes tasted like boxed mashed potatoes. Gravy helps with the taste. Biscuit roll will cost you $0.69. Drink will cost you $1.49. The best part of my meal? The fruit bowl ($1.99) If you're here and you're hungry, stop by. However, I wouldn't trek out of my way to dine here.

The dining room is chic and feels very upscale but comfortable with a large open fire kitchen that was really fun to watch while dining. They were very on top of service with both our dining captain and waiter checking on us throughout the evening. For appetizers we ordered the deviled crabs, tuna tostada and wood roasted carrots. All were great but I especially loved the carrots which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. For my main course I had the chicken and dumplings, husband got the NY strip, our friends shared the whole fish and we had the cabbage and crab rice as sides. Everyone was very happy with both their main courses and the side dishes. We were too stuffed to order dessert but they sent out a s'mores inspired sunday for my birthday which was both thoughtful and sublime. Overall we were very impressed with our meal. Food was delicious but veeeery indulgent. We will be back.

We were greeted by three different people - one that took our drink order, one that cleared our plates, and one that took our order. All were very nice people and gave excellent service! I forgot their names unfortunately. My receipt said Zachary but not sure which waiter that was. Between me and hubs, we had a Pan de campo, an order of Gulf Oysters "casino", (4) dressed oysters, a 16 oz dry aged ribeye, a snapper entree and a side of crab fried rice. We finished almost everything except a quarter of the Pan, about a quarter of the rice, and about a third of the ribeye. All were great dishes and would definitely order again. We skipped dessert because honestly none stood out to us. He said their popular dessert is the souffle but they were sold out. Our total before gratuity was about $250 and that included one cocktail. Hubs had their "classic" old fashioned which he said was excellent! Overall, highly recommended if you don't mind the splurge or for a special occasion!

When walking in it wasn't crowded but there were a fair amount of guests for a near 10 pm crowd on a Wednesday. I went and sat at the bar to which I was immediately greeted and provided menus. Food & Drink - 5* I immediately ordered some wings and fried pickles and peppers. Then I debated between the Irish Stew or the Shepherd's Pie. When I inquired, both are great but advised I should go with the Shepherd's Pie. Off to races we go. Fried pickles and peppers, delicious, the batter isn't over the top yet doesn't fall off terribly. The cilantro jalapeño sauce is a fantastic pairing. The wings -- great, nice crisp, flavor was not necessarily what I expected, I couldn't place it at the time it they were good. Now, the shepherd's pie, wow, this dish was addicting. I'd come back over and over for this while sabotaging in semblance of a balanced diet. Just makes me know that the Irish stew is likely equally fantastic. The drinks, well, I can't speak to cocktails but the Guinness was delicious, cold, with nice collar/head. Can't go wrong with that! Service - 5* Everything one would want. Friend, fast, and attentive. Water was always full and was asked if needed anything multiple times. The only thing I didn't get proactively was napkins, but when I asked, I was provided some quickly. Cost - 4.5* Overall, I think, subjectively speaking, everything here is pretty well priced. The shepherd's pie may be a tad overpriced but it's worth it in how delicious it is. Overall - 5* This was a pleasant surprise to visit and I will certainly come back. Subjectively the location is good and bad. Being next to the improv and movie theater I'm sure helps attract many patrons for these businesses. At the same time, this joint, with a loyal following, would sustain business and "feel" better as a free standing establishment in a more neighborhood type environment. Nevertheless, great place, would recommend people stop in even if they aren't visiting the stalwart attractions in the area.

Recently, each time I've visited, service has been exceptional. The staff is very friendly and fulfills requests quickly. Today I tried one of their new bottomless sodas. Yes, the price seems steep at 4.99, but when you think about as many refills as you want without extra charge, it's a good deal. You're not going to get "fancy" soda flavors and toppings anywhere else for cheaper that I know of. I ordered the bacon and blue burger lettuce wrapped with broccoli. They do have a gluten free bun option for a bit of an up charge, but the lettuce wrap is a free substitution. The manager, Nate, stopped by my table multiple times during my visit to check on me and my waiter was very attentive too. Sundays after church can get a little busy, and with it sharing a strip with the movie theatre I'm sure there are times before/after movies that are more busy too. Even with that, there are tons of tables and even a bar area to sit if you'd prefer. I'm very happy with the positive direction this location seems to be going in and I look forward to eating here more!

Went to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews tonight and honestly the food was actually pretty good…read moreand the service was alright. The place was organized but a little dirty as some walls definitely needed to be wiped down and a lot of furniture needed dusting. Our server Hugo was very nice but I genuinely felt bad for him because he was stretched so thin. He was serving and bartending at the same time which is kind of wild for a Friday night in a busy shopping center. You could tell he was stressed so I am not even mad at him for that part. The issue came with dessert. I needed to run into a store before it closed so we planned it out to give me about 45 minutes to grab what I needed without rushing anyone. Instead of eating dessert there we ordered the "fudge filled chocolate chip cookies" which are described as "five soft chocolate chip cookies with a fudgy center." So naturally you assume they are soft and probably warm. We waited a little over 20 minutes after ordering them just to get a box with an apology from Hugo saying they were frozen and we could bake them at home. I was shocked. Like why would I order dessert to go and want it frozen. The way you get them straight from a supplier (probably Sysco ) I literally got up and started laughing because what. We left and were laughing about it but I was still pretty annoyed so my husband called to try to get some kind of ticket number or reference so we could give feedback to corporate. The first girl who answered, I think her name was Natalie or Natalia, was very kind and got the manager on the phone. That is where it went downhill. The manager would not provide any reference number or anything at all. She just repeated our order back to us. Diet Coke, strawberry lemonade, Reds double burger meal, royal Red Robin burger, triple yumm platter, and the cookies. We explained we were given frozen cookies and she said yes that is correct. We asked if that is how they are served in restaurant and she said yes they are served frozen in restaurant and to go. We told her the menu says soft cookies and frozen cookies are not soft. She doubled down and said they were served exactly how they are supposed to be. My husband asked again for a ticket number so we could just verify with corporate and if we were wrong then no problem. She then got super patronizing and said "oh you had a good experience but it was the cookies, oh my goodness it was the cookies." It is honestly wild that she spoke to us like that. She then offered to refund the cookies which we said was not necessary because we just wanted to give feedback. She kept going on about how it was the cookies and how that is how they serve them. Like why would I pay for frozen cookies. Please get a grip. Hugo was kind and doing his best but it took over 20 minutes to box up frozen cookies. We just wanted to give feedback or be told we misunderstood, not be talked down to. I would not recommend coming here for to go orders, you might get a frozen patty next.

I've been to a few of their locations around town and enjoyed it. This location is pretty big. The space inside is spread out with lots of seating. They even have a little area with an arcade. The patio is very spacious too. For a Sunday with games on, the place was pretty empty. It worked out for us as we were seated immediately and got our servers undivided attention. Service was great. One of the things I love most about this chain is that they have really great daily deals. Since I had just ate my weight in popcorn next door, I skipped over their appetizers and set my sights on the wings. I ended up going with the wing basket which came with 10 wings and a side. They have around 20 flavors to choose from. I like options. I went with the Buffalo Hot which is a saucy option and the Spicy Ranch which is a dry rub option. I've had these flavors before and they packed some heat along with flavor. At this location, it fell a little short though. The wings just didn't pick up the flavor options. They were cooked perfect and weren't bad by any means, but just ate pretty bland for me. I like a little kick and like the sauce or rubs to stick to the wing. The side of waffle fries also were room temp at best. My friends seemed to enjoy their choices. Overall, I am pretty sure I got them on an off day. The chain usually hits the spots on most visits. I would check them out again if in the area and the wing cravings hit.
