IHOP is the same no matter where you go. Good for a quick hangover breakfast, but their pancake sizes have declined in size. Womp womp!

It's IHOP. Their food is alright. Consistently good good food. The service I've had has been consistently above par & very friendly.

It's IHOP. Gourmet it is not. It's well maintain ed and good shape. The bits of the kitchen that are visible appear clean. All big pluses. Service has always been friendly, although I don't tend to go during peak hours. Quick service both in dining room and for take-out. I've been there a billion times before and the service is just mediocre. But today I went with my brother, and our waitress was just horrible. When she bought our food out, I told her it was wrong, it's not what I ordered. She said "it is". And I'm like okay whatever. Then a few minutes later she comes back saying "oh yea it's missing some stuff". Like seriously?? Okay whatever I let them remake it. It was just annoying bc I've never had such shitty service before at this place. She ignored us the whole time, bought out the check when I didn't even take a bite of my food. And I had to get another waitress to get me a box to go. I'm a waitress so it pained me to leave her a bad tip, but it was that bad. Typical IHOP. Food was good and service was fine. However, while I was trying to enjoy a nice peaceful morning breakfast, all I could hear was a continuous yelling, like ranting, coming from the kitchen. I thought maybe a disgruntled employee might be upset or something. But it continued nonstop the entire time I was waiting for my food. So I brought this to the managers attention. He said it was someone who calls out the orders to the cooks. REALLY? It was very loud and never stopped during the entire time I was eating. I've never had a bad experience dining at this local ihop over the past 4 years. After trying the tilapia fish and steak tips we are dine in and take out regulars for dinner. Their fried chicken is really good too. 22 bucks feeds my family of three- we can share 2 entrees, the portions are that large and they offer a side salad and tasty garlic bread. read more

My children were out of school today so I thought I'd treat them to IHOP. However, what they were treated to was an example of racism. The waitress led us past empty tables and seated us in the back of the restaurant. Upon arriving, I noticed another black family there as well. When I questioned why we had to sit so far back, she explained it was because of the servers charts. I watched as whites filed into the restaurant and were seated in the front or middle. ." When the next black family walked in, they were seated in the back. This family immediately asked, "Why are all the blacks in the back?" At this point I asked to see the manager. The waitress ran to him immediately speaking to him in her language. While he of course wanted to side with the waitress, I left him words of advice. "Be sure it's really according to the charts." What do you know, as I was gathering my children, two whites were sat in the back. By chance? I think NOT! I encourage everyone to be mindful of the environment around you and don't be afraid to speak up. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything! read more

We went on father's day today and we called at 9:18 to ask for the wait to see if we were going to decide to go here to eat or somewhere else and they said 10-15 minutes so of course we say perfect, we get to IHOP at exactly 9:30 and tell us 30-45minutes and even after I show the manager and everyone he just yells and tells me he can't control how many people come in the span of 5 minutes. Literally awful customer service especially from a manager of an establishment. Have some manners or take an etiquette class. read more

The worst service ever. We had a party of five. Walked I'm and there was no one there to seat us. I had to stand and wave a server down that was in the kitchen chit chatting away with other staff. It was 9pm. The dining area had one elderly couple already eating and a party of about 8 finishing up and then there was us. Place was basically empty. Our server finally came to greet us 10 min later. We had a very simple drink order. 3 waters, 1 of, 1 Pepsi no ice and a Swiss mocha coffee and a bottomless coffee. It took the server 15 min to bring us the drink and she came back with 3 waters, Oj, Pepsi with ice even though we said it twice no ice, bottomless coffee and no Swiss mocha. She said oh was that iced coffee or hot. We said it is the Swiss mocha no where on here says that it is ice coffee. It is supposed to be hot. The server said oh that one ok. Not sure what that meant. Again we waited another 10 min for that. We placed our order. 2 breakfast samplers, 2 omlettes 1 plain cheeseburger. My husband was able to finish the entire pot off coffee by himself and she still had not returned. We waited and waited then my husband go frustrated and walked up to the kitchen with the coffee pot to ask for more coffee. When the food finally came out 35 min later the plates where hot but the food was warm. The pancakes were already dried up from sitting under the plate warmer. We finished our food and we asked for our check. She said ok be right back. Where on earth is she disappearing to go so long! Over 10 min we waited for our check. Gave her our cards, it was a split check. We finally left only to realized she only gave 1 card back. Good tbing we were still in the parking lot.They had already locked up. We had to knock on the door for them to open it. Worst experience ever. I could understand if they were busy but there were just 3 tables being occupied! read more

Boooooooooo hands down the worst ihop in Virginia. Unfortunately for me my daughter loves their stuffed french toast and this is the closest one to my house. The experience we had there was absolutely unexcusable and completely unforgivable, they were not busy when we went there for dinner yet it took the hostess over 10 minutes to even acknowledge us and offer us a table. Once we were seated another 10 minutes goes by before a waiter comes over to our table to take our drink orders. Then because I expressed my displeasure with the waiter the manager comes over to my table and apologizes, takes my drink order for the second time but fast forward to another 10 minutes and we are still drink less. I wanted to get up and walk out right then but my daughter was complaining how badly she wanted there french toast and how hungry she was. So I made the bad decision to stay. Our waiter finally brings us drinks takes our food order and then doesn't come back over to our table for another 45 minutes when he brings us our food. "Enjoy" is all he said. No refills, no apologies, hell I even would've settled for a, "Fuck you" it would've shown more emotion than the lifeless robot waiter we got stuck with. And after all that, the food was cold, bland, and just plain god awful. I will NEVER return to this location, Jesus himself wouldn't be able to talk me into stepping foot in this horrible blemish of a restaurant. read more

IHOP=It's Half Of Portions...still full price. EVERYTHING was TINY...except the bill. Smaller drink glasses, 1/2 size hash browns, 1/2 size pancakes (even though we bought more expensive specialty pancakes). Won't be goi back, you shouldn't even bother. read more

The very first time we went to this IHOP, our car was towed. It was a busy Sunday, the IHOP lot was completely full, so I parked at the day care center next door which was closed on Sunday. Before we left IHOP, my car was towed and impounded in what looked like an obvious collusion between the towing company and the day care center to profit from all the IHOP customers parking on their lot. I wasn't the only one towed. I had to take a taxi along with another couple to the impound lot and pay $250 for a car which had been stored only minutes before. What's wrong about this? I have since learned that IHOP customers are frequently towed from the day care center lot. IHOP knew of this problem and should have informed their customers their cars were in danger of being towed. It was irresponsible of them not to have warned their customers. read more

This was a disappointment. We ordered and waited 15 minutes for our orders. Pancakes for my hubby and scramble eggs, turkey bacon, whole wheat toast, and fruits. I asked the waitress to make my turkey bacon extra crispy. It came cold and limp. Hubby ordered 2 more pancakes and it took 10 minutes. Service is not great. Food was okay. read more

Biggest drawback was my 7 year old getting a large OJ with his kids breakfast (and charged for it) and waiting for about 15 minutes for the server to pick up and swipe my card so I could pay. it was 11:30 last night when we expected to go inside IHOP and eat when we first entered we were told we couldnt eat inside because it was too late even though they close at 12 we said ok can we order to take out than, we ordered as we were waiting we were relaxing laying down on the sofa at the entrance, the manager comes in and says excuse me sir "this is a restaurant" please get up we said ok sorry. ironicly they were people eating inside laying in the chairs the manager approached them we expected him to say the samething but he asked them if they needed anything else and didnt bother to say anything to them........i recommend going to another IHOP read more
