Very close to the Swedish medical centre. Easy find for a breakfast option. Restaurant was not busy when I walked in. I was helped by Christina. She gave me a comfy spot in the corner. Started with a coffee; and went on to order a Chicken Fajita omelette with hash browns on the side. Great ambiance with some festive decorations. Food was served really quick. As usual, the IHOP quality omelette. Served with Salsa and hot sauce on the side. Really enjoyed my breakfast. Service has been fantastic - Christina was super friendly and helpful. Great place to dine in. Loved the experience!

Protein Power Pancakes

I got the protein power combo with a side of hashbrowns, bacon, and sausage. I have three stars because I was supposed to get two bacons and two sausages but didn't realize it. Service was fast especially for a busy night. I would say the spacing of the store is pretty small.

Still a great spot for fast service, good breakfast and affordable prices. Our server was attentive and ahead of all our requests for sauces, napkins and refills :D

Visited this location on 9/17/2025. Although this place is small, it didn't seem so crowded. Our server was excellent and very welcoming, food was hot, and the taste and preparation was excellent. Definitely be a regular stop when we go up!

I generally do not choose to eat at IHOP. I would rather eat at a Mom, and Pop place if I can over a chain that. When we were in town this last weekend, we needed something that was normal looking. And everything around us just didn't look like regular breakfast fare, so we decided to come here. I went with an omelet, with mushrooms, and avocado. I honestly do not remember what the rest of the family ordered. I can tell you it was breakfast, and they liked it. Lately I have been having a hard time eating eggs, (it's a long haul covid thing), but if they are made a certain way, or with certain things I can eat them. I was able to eat my omelet. So I was grateful for that. We were seated right away, and our service was great. It is a little small inside. Probably would come back, if we were not able to find another breakfast spot again.

What a great 2017 seasonal deal.

Ambience. A Service. A Food. A Price. A This establishment has been here over 40 years. Private parking spaces for customers. It's been updated and modernized and clean and great ambient lighting. Young girl Service was very polite and friendly. It used to be run down, and I haven't been in decades. NOT it's been spruced up nicely and clean! Found an $8 online special. Mentioned to server for the menu but this offer was just by word of mouth only and server explained the 3 different options that was avail for $8. I had the ham cheese omelet with 2 large fluffy pancakes. Cooked to order and very fluffy omelet as well as fluffy pancake with as much butter as I wanted. Menu prices definitely reflect the cost of products and living in the city. Breakfast can run from $15 and UP! Quite pricey! Im glad I mentioned the $8 deal! I would go back! I'm a FaN!!!

Great fast service, staff friendly, great American Breakfast. Tried the boutique breakfast shops and I'm staying with this ihop. Great job to the staff and management

Best spinach and mushroom omelette EVER! Great service too! Worth the drive to this IHOP location. Staff very welcoming and professional.

Jalapeo Kick

IHOP is the place to go when it's late and no where else is open. I ordered the jalapeño kick burger with regular fries this time and overall, the flavor was a bit bland and I would've liked the shredded cheese to be melted. The pickled jalapeños were a good addition. Service is hit or miss, and being late and not busy at all, I wasn't expecting much. This trip satisfied the craving for a burger and I would come again!

A wild installment of Reggie Reviews has appeared! Today I am reviewing one of the most prestigious and well-known restaurants in all of Washington state; the always delicious House of Pancakes itself, IHOP! This establishment has all of the breakfast cuisine that a Nintendo fan could dream of. I asked the waitress to tell the kitchen to put some extra tanooki leaves on my pancakes. The joke went over quite well, and I was the hero of the staff outing. The pancakes were delectable, the sausage was impeccable, and the hashbrowns were to die for (unless you haven't picked up a few extra lives, of course.) Overall, I could not recommend IHOP more if you're a Nintendo fan looking for a nice meal in the Seattle area. And if you are looking for some fun after a nice, warm breakfast - leap into a new World with Super Mario Bros. Wonder! Available now only for Nintendo Switch™!

I had the combo silog (lumpia, pork chop, longanisa, Ilocos sausage, eggs, garlic rice and kamatis (tomatoes). The pork chop was tender, and went well with the homemade vinegar & garlic sauce. The long lumpia shanghai was GBD, and also went well with the sauce. The longanisa had a texture that reminded me of childhood, and the Ilocos sausage (that is less fatty), was a nice contrast. Lastly, the savory corned beef was a good way to finish the big portion of garlic rice. I def needed a nap after this meal. Regarding the ambiance, its a small, casual place that holds 50. You order at the front, and your food is brought to you quickly. There were a lot of Flip clients, but there were also a fair number of non-Flip clients. Many of the clients looked like regulars. The staff is super nice, and they play Hawaiian reggae in the background. All in all, an awesome experience in DT Seattle. There's a reason Ludi's is on Yelp's Top 100 list. I have a trip booked in Oct to SEA, and I'm glad my hotel is very close to Ludi's.

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

We got lucky, it was 4th of July weekend, so it was busy! We ordered pizza for the table and for my toddler. It was really good! He loves the pepperoni. My order was the salmon burger. They used a good slab of coho, nicely seasoned with a aioli. The fries were crunchy and nice. I shared with my husband and it was just right, since we had a bunch of apps at the market. We also got a round of beers. Or in my case I got their hard seltzer, which wasn't too bad, I would probably just get a light beer next time. Service was great outside! Also you get the nice breeze, they also had heaters on top. Picnic style tables and quick service!

Burgers are well constructed on paper and well photographed but lack any flavor. The burger appeared to be a preshaped frozen patty, nowhere near a medium temperature; nothing close to pink inside but not burned. Why bother asking?? I had a fig, arugula, and goat cheese burger. Sounded amazing. None of the veggies had any flavor whatsoever and the burger itself was mid at best. The goat cheese was the only thing with taste. Oh and the server was constantly staring at the girls passing by with hardly a concern for anything happening at the table or anywhere in his immediate vicinity . I can't say I can expect much more from a 21 year old frat boy with nothing to say but one liners. But honestly I don't really care about that much. Is what it is. I was most offended by the sharp contrast between image and taste. This is an extremely generic pseudo-gastropub with subpar food, an okay beer list, and a great photographer. Instagram restaurant? Wrong priorities in my opinion. Save yourself the time and if you want a good burger go to Big Time. I hear shake shack is good too. They did have a dog-friendly patio and were mostly cordial.
