The manager is RACIST! The waiters were horrible. Had to ask my server for a cup of water 3 different times before someone else had to bring it to me. The manager accused me and my friends of dining and dashing when we were still in the restaurant just because one of my friends went to wait for us outside. Proceeded to confront us outside even after we paid then HIT ME AND MY FRIENDS. We are all 19 and upon calling ihop corporate they said that due to there not being any cameras outside the restaurant they cannot hold him accountable. They also said since this a a franchised business they wouldn't be able to fire him or provide a consequence in anyway. They just sent a 50 gift card after being punched in the face by a 50+ year old man. Don't waste your money here go to another ihop or even a Denny's. Especially if you're black. read more

In comparison to other IHOPs closer to where I live, this IHOP is heaven sent. This is the second time I travel 30 minutes to eat here when I have to IHOPs not more than 5 minutes from my house. Both times have been great. Yes, the food could be a little less greasy, but is it consistent? Yes. Is it cooked right? Yes. Is the service there? Could be a little better, but overall yes. I really enjoy the management there too. The one I always see is always around paying attention and making sure everyone is good to go. That's what management is supposed to do. I wish the IHOPs near me took a few lessons from this one, especially the cooks. Thank you for those who work here for doing it right. We will be coming here from now on even if we have to drive that much. read more

You're probably wondering why is the three-star if the food is good, well it's because of the lack of consistency in service and wait time. I am sometimes surprised by how full I feel with a smoothie for lunch!
