Smash Brothers was honestly some of the best smash burgers we've had in a really long time. The meat was flavorful not too greasy and they have a tater tot bowl with two smash burgers on top with their sauce. That was absolutely delicious. Their onion rings were golden and crispy, and the onions didn't come out when you eat them, which was super amazing And the owner was super super nice and even gave us a free koozie I definitely recommend you get there, honey glazed jalapeño burger.

I invited a small group to lunch and celebrated birthdays with a meal for two friends....I bought lunch after signing up for the rewards program. I opted to take the requisite photo of my receipt and have the meal credited to my rewards account. The points were never added. There is no customer service phone number to call for assistance. And the phone number at the corporate office only leads to voicemails. So I sent an email. No reply. It's been 3.5 months. A few days ago I decided to call the store for two reasons (1). to see if they could lead me towards resolving this issue before make my next rewards-motivated purchase, and (2) to see if they would be able to pull together a last minute event for 23 people. When I called, I started by asking about the rewards program issue. A young lady announced that the manager had just left the store 20 minutes earlier. She said he could call me the next day when he returned--somewhere between 12 and 4 pm. I said okay and gave her my name and number. The next day at about 330, I had not heard from the manager Dennis So I called the store and a young man answersed the phone. He didn't identify himself, so I asked if he was Dennis. He asked me to hold on a minute, so I did. An older sounding man answers the phone, also not identifying himself. So I said "hi, are you Dennis?" He replied "if you are selling something, we don't want it". I responded "I'm not selling anything, I'm a customer. I'm trying to reach Dennis". The call was then disconnected. About an hour later I called back, hoping that the call had been inadvertently dropped. Again, the young fee-sounding man answered. I explained that I thought we had bbeen disconnected when I called earlier. He replied "please hold on a moment". I said "okay", feeling that the first call had indeed been disconnected. The call then resumed, with the older sounding gentleman answering "hello". I said "hi". The call was again discontinued and I heard silence. I cant imagine why a business would not want to speak with a person who identifies as a customer. I had a question to ask about their process and an order for food that they sell. While this was at one point my preferred spot for my vegetarian diet, I can honestly say that I would not recommend anyone go there, if their service continues at the level I experienced. Why would anyone call a business that repeatedly hangs up on customers trying to do business with them?

Here, you don't have your typical combo options; you order everything separately. What I like about Five Guys is that you can customize toppings for your burger or select their "All the Way" option with a selected group of toppings. We ordered a little cheeseburger, a little bacon burger, and a little hamburger. We went with the little one because the regular burger has a big portion. The fries portion is big, too, so we ordered large fries to share. If you are into knowing where your food comes from, they have a board saying where the potatoes used for the fries come from. They have the Coca-Cola-free-style machine. Oh and I almost forgot... you can grab free peanuts from a buckets. The Sand Lake location was clean, and the staff was friendly. Despite its proximity to a high-traffic area, there was plenty of parking available.

The service is friendly and kind, and the ambiance is casual and comfortable. As always, the food is fresh and hot and a good portion size! Thanks for serving us--always a good time!

In addition to that, my husband, a Florida native, had never been before. I was excited to show him what I grew up eating and see how he felt about it too. We popped in mid afternoon prior to heading to the grocery store. Because let's be real, you can't go to the grocery store hungry so this was the right fix! The establishment was clean, and we are immediately welcomed by the staff, despite the long line ahead of us. It gave us time to look at the menu as it had changed a little bit since I remember. I ordered the rigatoni Rosa and my husband ordered the chipotle chicken cavatappi. We sat down at a table nearby with our number and very shortly later, we were greeted by the nicest staff member. The portions were big and the meal was cooked fresh. The Parmesan chicken was absolutely to die for. I tried my husband's and his was really good as well. They do have a rewards program which we didn't sign up for, but will in the future. Even later that night, my husband mentioned how much he liked it. Thanks so much for a great experience. We will be back!

Raising Canes is a fast casual quick service restaurant serving chicken. This is their specialty. They have a small variety offering chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads and the best crinkle cut fries. It's a simple menu but delivers!! We had not been there before so the wonderful guy at the register suggested we order the Box. He said it gives you the best variety. It came with chicken tenders, coleslaw, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast and their signature dip, the Canes Sauce. Their chicken tenders are crispy but not super bready. They were very good. It was a nice thick piece of chicken. The fries were very crispy and the Texas toast was delicious. Their signature sauce is their only sauce. It had a little kick of pepper to it but was a really good sauce for the tenders. It was creamy and really yummy. Overall this was a great place. We don't typically eat fast food much but I think we will be back for a quick meal. Everything was hot and delicious and the staff was very nice and friendly. This location has inside seating as well as a lot outside. They also have a drive thru as well. Really great food! Thank you Raising Canes, we will be back!

So going into to this I was looking forward to it. When arriving the first thing I noticed is the prime location on International Drive. Lots of hotels near by and foot traffic. The second thing I noticed was the drive thru. It's a large size drive thru, which gives me the sense that it will be busy during lunch or prime eating times. The restaurant is on the smaller side. Think the dining room can fit about 40 people. The menu itself is tight and is broken down to four categories: -Combos: The Box: 4 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, regular fountain drink-The Caniac: 6 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, 2 cane's sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, regular fountain drink-The 3 Finger: 3 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, Texas toast, regular fountain drink-The Sandwich: 3 chicken fingers, cane's sauce, lettuce, toasted bun, crinkle cut fries, regular fountain drink-The Kids: 2 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, one cane's sauce, kids size drink -Talegates: Chicken fingers that come in 25 pieces comes with 8 cane's sauce, 50 pieces comes with 16 cane's sauce , 75 pieces comes with 25 cane's sauce, 100 pieces comes with 33 cane's sauce; each would come with a jug of lemonade, unsweet tea, sweet tea -Drinks: Lemonade, fresh squeezed everyday; Unsweet Tea, fresh brewed daily; Sweet Tea, fresh brewed daily; Half tea & Half Lemonade; Fountain drinks My wife and I each got the box and a unsweet tea. The chicken itself is succulent, it has a nice crispy outside, the chicken fingers are larger than I expected. The crinkle fries were perfectly salted and hot. The coleslaw tasted good too, this coming from someone that isn't a coleslaw fan. The Cane's sauce is absolutely delicious, and I couldn't get enough of it. All in all it was a fantastic experience. The staff were truly nice and informative about the menu. We definitely will be returning.

I don't usually go out of my way for fast food. But today? I did. I made the trip. I committed…read more Because when it comes to Raising Cane's, I'm usually all in. That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.
