I can't say enough good things about this IHOP. . we were a party of 4 on Easter Sunday. The place was packed . We waited maybe 10 minutes tops. From The hostess who took our name & seated us & our waitress Jenny- as well as Noel, & another waitreds ,Sabrina) ...each one of them were professional friendly & handling the crowd with smiles & ease . We were so impressed mostly by Jenny who seemed too young to have so much experience & who went from table to table with a smile .. her tone of voice & just how she interacted with all of the the customers ... very impressive ! We all just seemed to notice as we kind of sat in the middle of things . . We had a a few requests & an issue of paying an additional bill besides ours . We needed to make sure we paid both bills - because of an oversight - not anyone's fault but Jenny ... She had an answer for everything & kept her cool . We needed the help of Sabrina her team member who also went above& beyond to help us with our bills . . She did not have to do what she did .foe us that day. So thank you all. My boyfriend and I decided to have breakfast for dinner. IHOP is where we found ourselves. I ordered the spicy poblano omelette and subbed the beef for sausage. It was quite good and the spice level was perfect. I did notice the omelette itself was not filled and the fillings were mostly on top, and the eggs were just folded over. Kinda disappointed with that part. My boyfriend ordered the Colorado omelette which he enjoyed. We both had pancakes as our side which were your basic pancakes, but good nonetheless. This has become our go to IHOP when in the area. Yes we frequent IHOP. It was one of my grandmother's favorite places and it kinda just stuck. This IHOP though has been one of their stand out locations for us. Not only has the staff been extremely pleasant and helpful each time we visit. The kid gets the chicken and waffles while I usually get the breakfast crepes with extra cheese sauce. Both are pretty good! The food comes out very quickly and it's pretty consistent each time. I have to note the cleanliness of this location too. My feet are not sticking to the floor when I walk in. The menus aren't slimey or gross. Solid location overall and a great pit stop if heading out east! read more

Due to popularity, the establishment does get busy. The earlier you arrive for breakfast, your chances for being seated right away is better. read more

I have not been happy with the crepes and strawberries the past two times at IHOP. I have enjoyed them for about 30 years. It's seems that they have changed the recipe. They were paper thin and hard and rubbery around the edges. It was very disappointing. I will not be ordering them again. read more

I love IHOP and this new location did not let me down. This location was the previous location of Ruby Tuesdays. The waitress was nice and was attentive to our requests. My order was excellent. I love IHOP chicken fried steak and my order was very tasty. However, the hash browns could have been cooked longer. That's ok because I didn't ask for that. Next time I will. I had coffee too and my cup was kept full. Surprisingly, the coffee was very good. For parking, there is a large parking area. Off to IHOP hubs favorite. He loves the chicken fried steak. It comes with perfectly cooked eggs (over medium as requested), crispy hash browns and two pancakes. I helped him by eating a pancake as it was too early for me (7am). My granddaughter loves dining here so we have the APP on our phones for great discounts. I went to this IHOP for the first time last night with my mom. She is 90 years old and the people working there were so sweet and so patient the food was delicious. The place was spotless, and the one guy that seated us had a smile on his face the whole time he actually came in and look up the room so I think this place is a wonderful place to eat, and even on the way out one of the guys went to the door to open the door for my mom and I to leave food was excellent. Me and my girlfriend ordered two hot chocolates through the app to pick up and bring back to our place to enjoy. We didn't get to taste it until we got back to our home only to find out it tasted like pure water with a hint of cocoa almost like a cup of tea with chocolate. It was pretty gross and when asked for a refund we were told they couldn't void the order at the moment but would look into a way to compensate us for next time. Worst Ihop I have ever been to. The service was horrendous, the food was disgusting and it was all around a nightmare. We went on a Friday morning and it was not busy at all. I had my 3 kids and 2 of them ordered the kids happy face pancakes. The picture I attached is what came out. They said it melted on the way out. My children were so disappointed. They are 5 and 4 years old. They didn't understand why their pancakes looked this way. On top of that one is on the spectrum and she was mortified that all the whip cream melted onto her bacon and sausage and her pancakes were saturated. She doesn't like her food mixed or touching. We have gotten this several times at other ihops and she was ok with it because the whip cream is always cold and in place so she will eat it off separately. The server had the audacity to still serve it this was and say oh well at the fact t that the kids were not only disappointed but my one child was hysterical about the mush mixing. Needless to say they didn't eat. I ordered a Colorado omelette and it was just gross. The flavor tasted just old and wore. I can't really describe the flavor profile. The only thing that was decent was the drinks. To top off the experience, we had the option to pay the bill through their QR code app. We paid and after submitting it said the payment couldn't go through because of a server error of some sort. So we just gave the card to the server explaining what occurred. She swiped the card and we signed. Something said to look at my bank account and sure enough I was charged 2x. I spoke with the manager and explained what happened. She decided to void the payment to show us that the app payment didn't go through. So now we had to swipe the card again making it 3 pending transactions hoping that I don't get charged 3x now. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again read more

Ordered to go, the pancakes were blah... which is a first because I love ihop pancakes, they are my favorite. But these tasted bland. Also, I selected butter pecan syrup with my order and they sent old fashioned. Every time I order takeout, they never send the syrup I select. They always send old fashioned. So, why give the option on the order form if you will ignore the customer's selection and just send what you want? It's annoying. I used to love this place as soon as it opened but this time it wasn't really the best could've been better like it used to be, it was on national pancake day. He is so personable and accommodating I really think he should be serving customers at the tables because I really believe he is being underutilized as a host. It's nice to have a new breakfast spot in the neighborhood! This location is brand new and the staff is extremely friendly. They have a gigantic menu and there is something for everyone here. It was very busy and the staff handled the crowd perfectly. We figured the wait was going to be long time with the amount of people standing and waiting, but we waited only about 10 minutes. A recent visit to IHOP in Yaphank following a baseball tournament weekend was just perfect! Staff were friendly and professional , food was great and service was quick. We enjoyed our visit ! I first visited Medford satuarday at noon, we were seated and the noticed they did a great job on renovation from what was formally Ruby Tuesday , but then we waited as if we were not present , there were plenty of waitresses and we had to notify front hostess that no one came over , Then a wonderful waitress Diana came over and was sincerely apologetic . We ordered and my wife's appetizer came out with what was shrimp but asked earlier for extra lemon , delayed again and clearly said sweet ice tea which it wasn't . I then get my breakfast that was cold and I asked a waitress walking by if there was any other syrup besides maple like butter pecan which is popular as long as I can remember , she never came back and waited another 10 minutes , we asked for a manager and at that time our waitress said we have it and blueberry also , I was curious why not on table because of Covid she stated , that makes absolutely no sense then why is maple on table or any items for that matter , she stated corporate policy, WTF , I said ok it's not your fault and had brought the syrup I requested and I said to manager makes no sense and my meal cold and said I don't even want the cold pancakes , I was displeased with experience but our waitress was pleasant , they wound up crediting bill but I said no , I'll pay , I insisted but waitress said no , I felt bad and we tipped her well as it's not her fault at all but all the people we noticed were hanging around coffee clutching and could wait to leave it seemed .
