They only have a build your own burger option. I got mozzarella cheese on mine and bacon. They forgot the bacon when they bought out my burger and they were going to take the burger back but I asked them just to bring a side of bacon instead that I could put on my burger. The burger was good but I wish the cheese was a little more melted. I also had a cup of coffee the coffee was great! They make a really good cup of coffee here. The interior of the restaurant is very cute, farmhouse chic. The servers were really nice and they actually let Carol and I stay until almost a half hour after closing. We gave a decent tip for sitting at the table awhile to catch up with each other. Patchogue has a ton of good places and Buttermilk is one of them.
