This place is tiny...but, charmingly so. It reminds me of an old man's bar, which is a compliment because those are my favorites. Well stocked bar, clean, with a friendly bartender and butts in every stool. Made me want to come back another time and just hang out to watch a game or something. But I digress. I was there for a burger, not the booze, right? So on to the dining area. There were maybe 10 tables in a small area. Mostly set for 4 and 2 guests, with one set for a party of 5. After a 10-minute or so wait, we were seated. We both ordered burgers; me, the 1900 with bleu cheese, and my dining partner a plain old burger. Both were delivered fairly quickly and both were deliciously delightful! The burger was huge and cooked to perfection! The fries....yum! Thick steak fries, my favorite! The side of coleslaw was creamy, and the pickles were crisp. I cannot think of one bad thing to say about this place or the food. I look forward to returning and trying something else!

I started with the French onion soup--ooey gooey mozzarella, cheese pull was undefeated. Soup was delicious too. I haven't had French onion in ages and it really hit. Then I had the pulled pork slider, which was really good, but BABY... those short rib croquettes? To. Die. For. I also had to get my classic deviled eggs. A little heavy-handed on the paprika, but still solid. Drinks were half off, so of course I indulged. Started with an espresso martini because I needed something to jumpstart my day. The staff were some of the nicest and most helpful guys I've had the pleasure of doing business with, they even gave us some extra time since we showed up a little late and there weren't any other rentals after us. Good selection of drinks and if you're hungry, they don't have their own kitchen but they have a deal with Rhum next door to order food, which is some good tasty bar food. I love the sort of mid century modern style they have going on, it fits the golf atmosphere, but none of the snobiness that it usually brings with the sport. Parking can be a little tricky, but there are a bunch of lots around (some paid, some not) which are likely your best bet, even if that means you'll have a short walk. Might just be my favorite bar in patchogue, golf or otherwise, and will gladly comeback here any time.

The baos were moist and delicious especially when you dip them in their bao sauce. I got the 2 bao combo that came with 2 baos of your choice, fries and a soda. Their fries are probably the favorite, they're the perfect combination of peppery and salty! Both a plus! The first bao was their Nashville chicken. Sweet and savory chicken in their soft bao bun topped off with some pickles. Packed with flavor! Second i chose the sweet heat bao. Probably my favorite out of all of them haha! Even Tom told me I made a great decision haha! Sweet and savory chicken with their house garnish of carrot and cabbage! Oh myyyyy it was delightful, wish I ordered 3 of each!
