me and my family come here every once in a while and every experience has been wonderful. so comforting, cozy, and warm. as much as i'd love for this place to have more business, i prefer the slow & quiet ambiance as the service is more attentive. the food is soo good every time--it never disappoints. and it doesn't take very long to come out either. i love the burgers and sandwiches here, while my sibling is obsessed with their pancakes. there's just so many classic flavors, i have no complaints. all of our waiters / waitresses have been super kind and welcoming. we'll see you guys again!

Best IHOP Everyone was nice - food came out fast - nice and warm My waitress was really nice and welcoming. The manager was involved- helping out even made my daughter's milk shake .

Open! But not really.

Wow. I, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, understand that these workers need to be with their families during the holidays. IN FACT, Corporate should have just shut it down and closed itself for Christmas Day, and given everyone Holiday Pay! But No. Online said you were open. I called, and you said you were open. However, upon arrival, with the OPEN sign lit-up as bright as a Christmas Tree, a manager walks out and says "Sorry, we are closed, we are sending our employees home" Again, no problem, but I told them "YOU MAY WANT TO TURN OFF YOUR OPEN SIGN THEN!" and she scoffed at me. Literally the most disrespectful thing I heard all day, and Kevin Durant got a technical earlier that day for mouthing off to a referee. Look, all in all, claiming to be open, and then not being open, even though your sign says you are open, is not just confusing, its deceitful. And whether corporate even knew you were closing, doesn't help the attitude. A Christmas story is always right, stick to Chinese food on Christmas Day when you need to go out.

Food is nasty. Eggs were runny. Hash browns had no flavor, not fresh. Frozen. IHOP is such a disappointment. I don't plan to ever go back

They would not substitute the chicken sausage which is fine but I also couldn't order a side of it. (The owner came by after we finished and explained that it would have been more expensive and was very nice about it. ) Server seemed annoyed that I asked for chicken noodle soup but checked for me and it was ready. Unfortunately, it was not very good - wasn't expecting a bunch of zucchini - which only irritated our server even more. My husband got the biscuits and gravy combo. It was ok. The biscuit was cold so not the fluffy biscuit you expect. Gravy was good. I had asked to hold on to a menu so I could order food to go and while my husband and I were discussing what to get, she came and grabbed the menu off our table. And every time she asked how we were doing she didn't even stop at our table! So we did not order anything to go. I really wanted to like this place. It's decorated very cute with old pictures of Martinez and most of the people there seemed like regulars and the owner was talking to everyone. After meeting the owner we might give this place another chance. But hopefully the server will be having a better day.

Umm... Please go here and support this business!…read more Came here on a Monday morning and it wasn't crowded at all. I was seated right away and they came to take my order and make recommendations quickly. It wasn't long before you could smell the food coming to your table. The food was presented nicely and you can smell everything on your plate. The sweetness of the waffles and french toast, the flavoring from the chorizo. You eat with your nose here first! The food was fudging delicious! So good, and I am not a person to usually finish breakfast when I go out to eat! I ate everything and pretty much licked my plate clean! Everything was cooked to perfection and the staff was extremely nice on top of that!! They are amazing! So good and so delicious. Check them out if you are in the area! This is also a great place for families, they have coloring pages and crayons for the young ones!

We lucked out and found good parking, but I can see if it's busy downtown-parking will be challenging. Downtown Martinez sure has changed and looks good! We sat in a booth in the corner with a ripped leather bench, but I believe that is due to the many patrons this place has-great wear & tear. Seating & dining is adequate; a homey feel. The staff acknowledged us when we first got there. We went Thursday afternoon and while it was not packed, there were a lot of people in and out of the restaurant. There were also regulars there. The ambience was good! There were many options on the menu to choose from. Portions were good and hearty. Service was fast! The food was delicious and very filling! We ordered funnel cake fries to go! Couldn't pass that up! This is a wonderful brunch spot! We definitely will be back again!

When we went they were doing pop ups at Cafe at The Inn in Benicia. Excited to see where they end up in the future. That I know of Solano County doesn't have experiences like this. What they have is special and I wish them much success. From beginning to end everyone was amazing. They followed up multiple times to confirm the reservation. They were thorough about food allergies. I love the personal touch that you can choose to send them a photo to print out as a keepsake. They also gave each woman a long stemmed red rose. We got the margarita, chicken wings, silog, A5 Japanese ribeye Wagyu, the salad, and ice cream. It was soo much food! We even have enough leftovers for the next day. I'd say the 20 oz ribeye could probably serve close to 3 people. Wagyu is so rich it's like Elvish lembas bread from Lord of the Rings. One small bite is enough to sate a grown man. I'm glad the portions are so generous but had to pace myself. The Wagyu was melt in your mouth! It was cooked absolutely perfectly. Usually it comes with a chimichurri sauce but they substituted a different sauce (maybe a soy sauce based mixture) because someone in my party really dislikes cilantro. I would highly recommend getting an order of the salad. It's very refreshing and helps balance out the richness from the rest of the dishes. Or drink something with carbonation like sparkling water. Amanda checked in with us multiple times throughout the meal while also looking after their adorable daughter! You can really feel the heart and soul that they put into Chiquo & Eva. I will be recommending them to all my foodie friends. I looked up the price of Wagyu ribeye afterwards and it's a good deal for the size and quality of the cut! Thank you Chiquo & Eva for such a stellar night. I cannot think of a better way to celebrate a special occasion than with the Wagyu experience here.

What a sweet welcome gift! The location is very interesting, which located in a cottage looking Inn. Very charming garden and summer warm interior. Cozy but not crowded. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. Our steaks were savory, rich, and deeply beefy, with a salty, caramelized crust on the outside and a juicy, tender, reddish-pink center. All the sides were equally delicious, each of the item has it's own unique flavor, make you just want to have more. Deeply appreciated this dinning experience. It's hard to find such high quality and unique restaurant that pay attention to the details and really care about customer's needs. Glad to find this local gem, we will visit often. And want special thanks the service team, they provided the professional and friendly services and made the evening full of joy. Thank you!
