When wife & I entered I felt we were ignored from the get go. Our server not sure if she was new or just didn't want to be bothered being there. Got our drink order about 30 minutes after seated. Food was taken about 1/2 hour after drink order. Here comes our food my wife's food was fine. But, mine was missing the pickles & bacon i had to wait 15 minutes for waitress to let her know that my double cheeseburger was missing my bacon & pickles. She took my whole plate back which all she had to do was bring my bacon & pickles in an extra plate from the back. Now here comes new plate with less fries & NO pickles, I'm not going to gripe again without pickles all in all it was a good double cheeseburger I ate it reluctantly. I went there with my Mom after a day of shopping in Macedonia. We wanted an easy meal; nothing fancy. With it being so cold " breakfast for dinner" with a hot cup of coffee was perfect! The staff were very friendly but probably unprofessional. I ordered the M n M's pancakes with 2 pieces of bacon and a cup of coffee. The coffee tasted like I be was at the dealership getting my oil changed at 1 pm. The server placed my tiny stack of pancakes in front of me...they were plain ol' pancakes. No MnM's! I paid extra for them. I inquired. The manager said "oh yah, we stopped putting them out because the staff was eating them ". WHAT? Sounds like your problem. I asked for them. They came over with a plastic teaspoon of tiny MnM's and dumped them on the top of my stack. Also, wear gloves if you are going to look at the menu. I promise you all I will never go back! The food was great, but I was disappointed by our server's lack of transparency. I asked three separate times if I could substitute cinnamon pancakes for buttermilk and add strawberry banana topping to the French toast, and he never mentioned that both were upcharges. I do not mind paying extra, but having worked as a server myself, I expect upcharges to be clearly communicated. The failure to do so felt misleading, and my tip reflected that discomfort. read more

Been seeing the Rooty Tooty commercials so I decided to try. This IHOP is relatively new so I thought I would try them. Got the strawberry Rooty Tooty Bfast for dinner. It was good. I could have used a few more strawberries and whip cream but it was fine. Tasted good and came out in a short period of time. Service was good and friendly. Food came out fast. Server was attentive. Plenty of parking. And the usual IHOP atmosphere. Ads on what they have and it was pretty clean. Overall, not bad. I will definitely be back. read more

Waited unacknowledged with the couples in front and after us for 20 minutes - at least 3 servers on and 7 empty tables and a manager audibly laughing and chatting with the staff in the kitchen. I'd like to first say my server was very pleasant and apologized for getting my order incorrect. However when the woman (manager) who delivered my meal she was very rude and disrespectful. I was stopped in my tracks before I could gather my thoughts and remain calm. Not being able to enjoy my meal with my husband was not acceptable. I later learned that my meal was taken off my bill but that was not my goal. The total disrespect could have gone all the way wrong if I gave her the same energy as she gave me. read more

Husband and I went on a Sunday evening. There was 1 other table when we arrived and maybe 5 other tables by the time we left. ( the place was mostly empty). My husbands order was incorrect. Nobody ever came back to check that we had the correct orders , waiter never refilled or even offered to refill drinks , literally never came back to the table until he brought the check about 25 minutes later. Mind you I did try to gently waive down a different waitress but to no avail. Never noticed my husband didn't eat his food. When I was handed the bill , I asked for a box , boxed up the food. Waiter never came back to run my card so I went to the front and checked out. I was not asked how the service was or how the food was so I just paid and left. It was so pathetic I didn't even bother to try complaining. Will never go back. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Went to IHOP one Saturday and their older to middle age hostess is very rude to prospective customers who comes there. You as the prospective customer asked how long is the wait is she says "30mins wait", you're like okay put my name down on the waiting list. You also see the waiting area is packed with other people waiting. So you go outside for those 30mins hoping to come back in about 15mins before the 30mins is up. But instead that older to middle age hostess says "I called your table and no one came" Which leads me to say "I was outside waiting for those 30mins that you said is the wait." So now your waiting an additional 30mins for a table and with the manager now assisting you instead of there hostess. Moral of the story / suggestion: hostess needs to be somewhat accurate with their wait list times. You can always tell a prospective customers the wait time is about 30mins or less, please wait here it's possible a table or booth can open fairly quickly. Please don't go outside to wait. read more

I don't always have high expectations for IHOP, particularly since I'm not a pancake guy. We stopped at this location on a busy Sunday morning. Our server was a little sassy with great service. I am normally a sucker for IHOP. The blue and tan theming hits a sweet spot for me, existing in a pseudo-Disney, cheesy but lovable place. This one fits the bill in terms of aesthetic, although it often feels a little bland and unfinished. The problem is that this location has been open for a few months now and always seems to be experiencing some issues. Even when the place isn't that busy they seem short staffed and the employees appear visibly frustrated. Today I had a problem with the food, where it came out in a reasonable amount of time but the sausage was ice cold. Very odd considering the relatively calm demeanor of the customers and staff. It wasn't a hectic day, but I wasn't the only one suffering. The table next to mine remarked that their food was ice cold as well and had it remade. It seems like this place is either cursed or is being mismanaged. The brand name is strong enough to keep customers coming in, but the question is: is it worth it? read more

We were seated right away. Our server named Rubi was amazing and sweet! If we lived in the area we would be going back again.

When visiting Macedonia, I stopped into this IHop and our server, was awesome and super friendly. It wasn't busy in the restaurant and I was surprised. Our waitress explained that it was a realativly new store and used to be a Pizza Hut. The strawberry cheesecake pancakes were awesome and my son loved getting to decorate his own scary face pancake (a special for kids in October) I Loved going on this little mom and son date after swim lessons.
