Derek was responsive and very helpful. He spent time with me on the phone to discuss the event and made menu suggestions for what would work for the number of guests we expected to attend and he visited the site to see the space in advance of the event. On the day of the event, he arrived early to ensure that everything was set-up and ready ahead of our guests' arrival. He made two trips to our location, one for breakfast and one for lunch and he remained on-site during lunch to fill in items as needed. The quality of the food was excellent. We served a light breakfast and lunch. The breakfast pastries were baked that morning as were the cookies and cobbler bites and it was apparent in the quality. The sliders, salad and the assorted mini bites were well presented and delicious. I would not hesitate to hire them again for another event.

The server that filled our waters when we were initially seated asked if we were celebrating anything - yes my birthday! She mentioned that I would get a brownie with ice cream on the house. Awesome! My favorite! I don't think this was communicated to our actual waitress. When I asked about the brownie she said "yeah it's a birthday thing, but I think I can make that happen". But.... It's my birthday :'( I felt like a jerk making some special request. My brownie came out without a candle. I overheard a woman at another table also celebrating a birthday and she got a candle with her birthday dessert. I hate to sound like an ungrateful pick me brat, but I wish this would have been communicated to our waitress. Having to ask about the brownie made me feel awkward. Make sure your insurance is current and pay attention! Whoever designed the parking lot should consider a different line of work. Interior is your typical Panera. But the flow is horrible! The entry is crowded and how people would move around to get food and sit down is convoluted. On top of the poor flow of human feet, the bathrooms are super small, gaps in the stalls far too large (peeping eyes beware) and someone needs to do a good detail. On the upside? The patio here is HUGE and super nice. Half covered with a roof and half with umbrellas. Saving grace for such a poorly designed interior. Not our favorite location, but serves the purpose!
